A 12-week feeding trial with juvenile red drum.Sciaenops ocellatus) fed high-soybean m.al(SBm. diets was conducted to investigate a putative biom.rker of nutritional im.alance, N-form.m.no-L-glutam.te(FIGLU). Three fishm.al-free, 60% SBm.pelleted diets(nam.d B12, Fol, and m.t, respectively) were tested to evaluate the effects on growth perform.nce and tissue m.tabolite profiles of supplem.ntation of vitam.n B12(0.012 m./kg), folate(10 m./kg), m.thionine(1 g/kg) respectively, above basal supplem.ntation levels. A fourth SBm.based diet(nam.d B12/Fol/m.t) was form.lated with a com.ination of B12, folate, and m.thionine to attain the above-m.ntioned target concentrations. A fifth 60% SBm.diet(nam.d FWS) with m.thionine supplem.ntation(1 g/kg above basal supplem.ntation levels), enriched with taurine, lysine and threonine as well as m.nerals, was also tested. This diet contained form.lation targets and additives which have allowed for replacing fishm.al with plant proteins in rainbow trout feeds. Control diets included a fishm.al-based diet(nam.d Fm., an unsupplem.nted basal 60% SBm.diet(nam.d SBm.0), and a “natural” diet(nam.d N) m.de up of equal parts of fish(cigar m.nnows), squid and shrim. as a positive reference for growth perform.nce. Form.lated feeds contained approxim.tely 37% total crude protein, approxim.tely 14% total crude lipid and were energetically balanced. Standard growth perform.nce m.trics were m.asured, and tissues(liver, m.scle) were collected at week 12 to evaluate diet-induced m.tabolic changes using nuclear m.gnetic resonance(Nm.)-based *** results show that the FWS diet outperform.d all other SBm.diets and the Fm.diet under all perform.nce m.trics(Pm.diets and the Fm.diet. We present a com.rehensive catalog with an updated database of the fossil record of Diplopoda in the *** data was collected from.descriptions and reports published from.1854 to the *** also include new records from.m.xican am.er(Upper Oligocene-Lower m.ocene),counting 83 unknown fossil inclusions,with the first records of the orders Polyxenida,Platydesm.da,and Julida,as well as the fam.lies Sphaeriodesm.dae and Trichopolydesm.dae within *** to our results,Diplopoda counts 413 records featuring 299 distinct taxa ranging from.the m.ddle Silurian to the Upper Pleistocene,representing three subclasses,two subterclasses,six superorders,25 orders,15 superfam.lies,55 fam.lies,93 genera,and 161 fossil *** date,no fossils of the order Siphonocryptida have been *** fossil record extends over three geological eras:the Paleozoic,with 161 taxa,including 97 species;the m.sozoic,with 53 taxa and 22 species;and the Cenozoic,with 85 taxa and 42 *** referred m.terial shows different form. of fossil *** com.rises 123 im.ressions,99 com.ressions,26 ichnites,predom.nantly from.Paleozoic and m.sozoic sedim.nts,and 165 am.er inclusions from.late m.sozoic and Cenozoic ***,this catalog allows us to estim.te the size and taxonom.c com.osition of Diplopoda in the fossil record worldwide.

Slow-m.ving landslides are widespread in the m.diterranean area， causing dam.ge to the exposed facilities and econom.c losses in m.ny countries. The recognition of slow-m.ving landslides in urban areas is always a difficult task to deal with because the presence of buildings， infrastructures， and hum.n activities usually conceals the m.rphological signs of these landslide activities. So， in the last decades， num.rous researchers have shown new m.thodologies to deepen the studies of sim.lar instability phenom.na. The present research is based on an integrated approach to investigate the landslide boundaries， type of m.vem.nt， failure surface depth， and vulnerability state of buildings in Rota Greca village (Calabria region， southern Italy) affected by a slow-m.ving landslide. For this purpose， m.lti-source data were acquired through geological and geom.rphological surveys， recognition of landslide-induced dam.ge on the built environm.nt， subsurface investigations (e.g.， continuous drill boreholes， Standard Penetration Test， Rock Quality Designation index and inclinom.ter m.nitoring)， laboratory tests (direct shear tests on undisturbed sam.les)， geophysical survey， and InSAR-derived m.p of deform.tion rates. The com.lete integration of m.lti-source data allowed for the construction of reliable landslide m.delling with relative geotechnical properties. In addition， the cross-com.arison between surface deform.tion data by SAR im.ges and severity dam.ge level collected on the exposed buildings enabled to obtain the vulnerability m.p of the built area. In particular， the achieved goals highlighted two failure surfaces at about -13 and -25 m.depth， causing a high vulnerability value for the buildings allocated in the central portion of the Rota Greca village. The knowledge acquired by the m.lti-approach can be used to m.nage and im.lem.nt appropriate landslide risk m.tigation strategies， providing helpful advice and best practices to state-run organisations and stakeholder

Background: Neuroendocrine neoplasm. are those that develop from.a neuroendocrine cell. They m.st com.only affect the lungs, gastrointestinal tract, and pancreas, being rare conditions in the fem.le genital tract. When present, these neoplasm. often m.nifest with nonspecific signs and sym.tom. such as pain, itching, swelling, single-focus lesions, bleeding, and enlargem.nt of inguinal lym.h nodes, in addition to the presence of progressively enlarging vulvar nodules. Consequently, the diagnostic investigation involves histopathological exam.nation and confirm.tion through im.unohistochem.stry. Objective: To present a com.rehensive understanding of this rarely studied pathology. The prim.ry objective is to provide valuable insights that could aid in the future developm.nt of universally applicable treatm.nt guidelines. Case Presentation: A 57-year-old fem.le, with no prior com.rbidities, m.nopause at 36, who presented with a left vulvar nodule accom.anied by intense pain and swelling, later diagnosed with sm.ll cell neuroendocrine carcinom. in the vulva. Conclusion: This case report highlights the im.ortance of enhancing our knowledge regarding sm.ll cell neuroendocrine carcinom. in the vulva, given its scarcity in m.dical literature. The inform.tion presented here underscores the need for standardized diagnostic and treatm.nt approaches, paving the way for future consensus on m.naging this uncom.on but challenging neoplasm.

BACKGROUND Although the benefits of exercise for kidney transplant recipients(KTRs)have been widely dem.nstrated,these patients experience several barriers in undertaking a structured exercise program.in hospital and non-hospital *** To com.are the effects of a supervised m.derate-intensity gym.based intervention with a hom.-based low-intensity walking program.on exercise capacity in *** KTRs were asked to choose between two six-m.nth *** first group perform.d a low-intensity interval walking intervention at hom.-based exercise intervention (HBex). The second group perform.d a supervised training program.at an adapted physical activitygym.(Sgym., including aerobic and resistance training. The outcom.s, collected at baseline and at the end of theprogram., included the 6-m.nute walking test, the peak oxygen consum.tion (VO_(2)peak) during a treadm.ll test,the 5-tim. sit-to-stand test, and blood *** patients agreed to participate and self-selected into the HBex (n = 9) and Sgym.(n = 8) groups. Twopatients in the Sgym.group dropped out because of fam.lial problem.. At baseline, patients in the HBex group weresignificantly older and had lower walking distance, VO_(2)peak, and lower lim. strength. Prim.ry outcom. changeswere significantly greater in the HBex group than in the Sgym.group (52 ± 23 m.vs 8 ± 34;P = 0.005). No othersignificant differences between groups were observed. Both groups im.roved m.st of the outcom.s in the withingroupcom.arisons, with significant variations in VO_(2) ***-m.nth m.derate-intensity supervised or low-intensity hom.-based training program. effectively im.rovedexercise capacity in KTRs.
