Aiming at facilitating the research of urban tourism image positioning,this paper summarizes the domestic and abroad theories on urban tourism image and analyzes its significance for cities.With Dengfeng as an example,its goal is to boost development of Dengfeng tourism,which is an excellent tourism city in China.This paper presents its current urban tourism developing situation,positions its tourism image,concludes the plan of image brand and proposes promotional slogans based on the analysis of Dengfeng tourism local features,its core elements and perceptions of visitors.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of titanium(Ti)-bearing medium-carbon nonquenched and tempered steel with different nitrogen content before and after hot forging were investigated through smelting,forging,and laboratory tests.The results show that the grain size of nonquenched and tempered steel was gradually refined,and the ferrite content gradually increased with an increase in nitrogen content.The grain size of the material with low nitrogen content increased abnormally,and its impact properties significantly decreased after hot forging.The grain size of nonquenched and tempered steel with higher nitrogen content was slightly larger than that before forging,and the tensile and yield strength increased,but the impact toughness was not significantly reduced.The Ti-bearing nonquenched and tempered steel showed better strength and toughness after hot forging with the addition of 0.010%0.015%nitrogen.

This study evaluated the physiological characteristics(e.g.,growth parameters,chlorophyll content,metabolites and antioxidative enzymes activity)of Alternanthera philoxeroides(A.philoxeroides),as a hyperaccumulator plant,during the phytoremediation of cadmium(Cd)from water.After cultivating A.philoxeroides in a Cd-containing medium for 30 days,the growth rate was inhibited by up to 33.5%as the exposed Cd concentration increased to 0.80 mmol·L−1.Cd exposure interfered with the photosynthesis of A.philoxeroides and caused oxidative stress as indicated by the rise of malondialdehyde(MDA)and H2O2,which increased by 8 times and 3 times compared to the control group.Moreover,high exposure concentrations of Cd also reduced the activities of multiple antioxidants(e.g.,GSH and AsA),indicating the inhibition of Cd on the plant’s ability to mitigate oxidative damage.Finally,the fluorescent patterns of the rhizosphere dissolved organic matter(rDOM)revealed three major components(humic,fulvic substances and protein-like substances)well correlated with the changes in antioxidant activities.Partial least-squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)visualized the difference in the activity of the antioxidative enzymes between different groups.The study unravelled deep insights into the potential mechanisms of tolerance and resistance of A.philoxeroides for phytoremediation of Cd pollution.

为了探究金刚石器件在机械研磨过程中原子层面的材料表面成形和亚表面损伤机制,利用分子动力学(molecular dynamics,MD)方法建立金刚石多磨粒研磨金刚石工件的模型,仿真研究金刚石材料表面成形的过程,并对比不同研磨深度对研磨力、材料回弹率和材料亚表面损伤的影响规律。分析表明:堆积在磨粒之间的切屑原子具有微研磨的作用,磨粒之间的相变区在研磨的作用下逐渐融合在一起,形成金刚石材料的加工表面;分别以h=0.36 nm、0.71 nm、1.07 nm、1.43 nm的研磨深度进行研磨,研磨深度超过0.71 nm后才能有效抑制金刚石晶体材料回弹,但增大研磨深度会增加金刚石工件表面堆积原子,不能改善其表面研磨质量;研磨深度在0.71 nm范围内的金刚石亚表层损伤较小且稳定,超过0.71 nm的研磨深度会使损伤快速增大,且会出现超过3.00 nm的大纵深损伤。

The results from Raman spectroscopy analysis of salt aqueous solutions at ?170℃ demonstrate that for those clearly sharp iron peaks whose Raman wavenumber is close to each other such as NO 3? and CO 32?, their original shape could be restorable by the stripping technique, and that ice’s sharp characteristic peak (3090―3109 cm?1) is steady, while the spectrum band of the complex compound (nCl?―[H+―OH?]n) chlorine ion combined chemically with water molecule is 3401―3413 cm?1. On the other hand, the research shows that the higher the negative iron concen-tration, the stronger its Raman characteristic peak intensity and the smaller the ice’s. Based on the number of data and theoretical work, the strong correlation of the molar concentration of negative ion with the Si /SH 2 O band area ratio is built up. Moreover, the developed Raman method is successfully used in the component analysis of the field fluid inclusions from Silurian sandstone in Tarim basin.

Background Injectable three-dimensional （3D） scaffolds have the advantages of fluidity and moldability to fill irregularshaped defects,simple incorporation of bioactive factors,and limited surgical invasiveness.Adipose-derived stem cells （ADSCs） are multipotent and can be differentiated toward nucleus pulposus （NP）-Iike cells.A hypoxic environment may be important for differentiation to NP-like cells because the intervertebral disc is an avascular tissue.Hence,we investigated the induction effects of hypoxia and an injectable 3D chitosan-alginate （C/A） gel scaffold on ADSCs.Methods The C/A gel scaffold consisted of medical-grade chitosan and alginate.Gel porosity was calculated by liquid displacement method.Pore microstructure was analyzed by light and scanning electron microscopy.ADSCs were isolated and cultured by conventional methods.Passage 2 BrdU-labeled ADSCs were co-cultured with the C/A gel.ADSCs were divided into three groups （control,normoxia-induced,and hypoxia-induced groups）.In the control group,cells were cultured in 10％ FBS/DMEM.Hypoxia-induced and normoxia-induced groups were induced by adding transforming growth factor-β1,dexamethasone,vitamin C,sodium pyruvate,proline,bone morphogenetic protein-7,and 1％ ITS-plus to the culture medium and maintaining in 2％ and 20％ O2,respectively.Histological and morphological changes were observed by light and electron microscopy.ADSCs were characterized by flow cytometry.Cell viability was investigated by BrdU incorporation.Proteoglycan and type Ⅱ collagen were measured by safranin O staining and the Sicool method,respectively.mRNA expression of hypoxia-inducing factor-1α （HIF-1α）,aggrecan,and Type Ⅱ collagen was determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.Results C/A gels had porous exterior surfaces with 80.57％ porosity and 50-200 μm pore size.Flow cytometric analysis of passage 2 rabbit ADSCs showed high CD90 expression,while CD45 expression was very low.The morphology of induced ADSCs resembled that of NP cells.BrdU immunofluorescence show

游离下腹部皮瓣的分型及在乳房再造中的应用

目的探讨下腹部游离皮瓣形式分类、制备策略及在乳房再造中的应用效果。方法收集2015年9月至2020年1月湖南省肿瘤医院和山东中医药大学附属医院行游离下腹部皮瓣移植即刻或延期乳房再造的乳腺癌患者资料进行回顾性分析。术中根据穿支实际情况制备以下4种形式的下腹部皮瓣进行乳房再造:(1)游离全段腹直肌肌皮瓣;(2)携带内侧或外侧部分腹直肌的游离腹直肌肌皮瓣;(3)携带中间部分腹直肌的游离腹直肌肌皮瓣;(4)游离腹壁下动脉穿支(DIEP)皮瓣。统计分析各类下腹部皮瓣的术中情况(皮瓣质量、血管蒂长度、制备时间等)、再造乳房外观及并发症情况。计量资料采用x±s表示。结果共纳入181例乳腺癌患者,其中Ⅰ期111例,Ⅱ期70例,患者年龄(38.5±4.8)岁(25~64岁)。共制备197侧游离下腹部皮瓣。其中,制备游离全段腹直肌肌皮瓣12侧(6.1%),皮瓣质量为(355.8±16.4)g,血管蒂长度为(5.7±0.8)cm,制备时间为(37.4±2.5)min;携带内侧或外侧部分腹直肌的腹直肌肌皮瓣41侧(20.8%),皮瓣质量为(357.4±20.5)g,血管蒂长度为(6.9±0.6)cm,制备时间为(45.9±4.9)min;携带中间部分腹直肌的腹直肌肌皮瓣68侧(34.5%),皮瓣质量为(362.6±24.7)g,血管蒂长度为(7.2±0.3)cm,制备时间为(49.4±6.3)min;游离DIEP皮瓣76侧(38.6%),皮瓣质量为(368.4±24.0)g,血管蒂长度为(9.8±0.4)cm,制备时间为(49.7±3.1)min。3例患者术后发生血肿,急诊探查清除血肿,所有皮瓣均完全成活。12例患者术后6~24个月行脂肪注射局部修整。随访14~60个月,平均37.1个月,未出现乳腺癌复发病例;再造乳房外形可,质地满意,无皮瓣挛缩变形;皮瓣供区仅遗留线性瘢痕,腹壁功能无明显影响;采用全段腹直肌肌皮瓣和游离DIEP皮瓣的患者各有1例发生轻度腹壁疝,二次手术加强腹直肌前鞘后缓解。结论下腹部穿支血管的位置、大小、来源以及血管蒂的解剖情况变化较为复杂,必须根据实际情况采取相对最安全的皮瓣制备形式。DIEP皮瓣并不是游离下腹部皮瓣唯一的选择。
