The inertial navigation system（INS） errors are accumulated over time,so the position errors of each sampling point obtained by INS and applied in the geomagnetic matching algorithm are raised with sampling number *** the best transformation to describe the real trajectory and indicated trajectory consists of translation,rotation and *** matching algorithms use only translation and rotation,which couldn’t estimate the position errors accumulated during the geomagnetic *** that the idea of ICCP algorithm is to gradually approach the real trajectory by iterating the closest contour points,a new algorithm based on the closest contour point and the relative position constraint is proposed,which uses the coordination and geomagnetic intensity of the k+1th sampling point to estimate the coordination of kth sampling *** accurately,the information of k+1th point is used as feedback to determine the weight of the closest contour point and the INS indicated *** simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can approach the real trajectory very well and has good real-time performance.

The globally invasive cotton mealybug Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley,has recently invaded several Chinese regions,and continues to expand its *** mealybug is a polyphagous insect pest,with at least 200 host plants from 63 families,including cotton,food crops,fruits,ornamental plants,tobacco,and ***,we describe the first finding of *** in Shandong Province,and investigate the abundances of its natural enemies(predator Coccinella septempunctata *** parasitoid Aenasius bambawalei Hayat).All three species were detected from ornamental and weed species in Linyi,Shandong,in September 2018,and were positively identified using DNA *** analysis revealed significant identity(99.38-100%) between sequences of *** obtained in this study and those published in the *** invasive pest represents a major potential threat to agri-horticulture in Shandong,which is a key province of China for production and export of many vegetables,flowers,fruits,and other *** mealybug species has a wide range of potential distribution in Shandong and is easily dispersed with agricultural and horticultural transport *** monitoring and management strategies are required to limit the spread of this pest species.

Surveying ionizing radiations of the surrounding with a smartphone provides a low-cost and convenient utility for the general public. We developed a smartphone application(App) that uses the built-in camera with a CMOS sensor and a radiation signal extraction *** a calibration through a series of radiation exposures,the App could display radiation dose rate and cumulative dose in real time without requiring covering the camera lens. A smartphone with this App can be used as a fast survey tool for ionizing radiations.

The high incidence of erectile dysfunction （ED） in diabetes highlights a need for effective treatment strategies. Resveratrol, an activator of silent information regulator 2-related enzymes 1 （sirtuinl, SIRT1）, has received attention for its valuable effects in cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, longevity and cardiovascular disease. To explore the effects of resveratrol in diabetes-induced ED, resveratrol was administered to rats with streptozocin （65 mg kg-1）-induced diabetes. Erectile function, cavernous structure, tissue protein expression of silent information regulator 2-related enzymes 1 （sirtuinl, SIRT1）, p53 and forkhead transcription factor 0 3a （FOXO3a）, superoxide dismutase （SOD） activity and malondialdehyde （MDA） levels in the corpora cavernosa were studied. We found that SIRT1 was expressed in cavernosal tissue, and it was downregulated in the corpora of diabetic rats. The administration of resveratrol upregulated the expression of SI RT1 and restored erectile function. In contrast, resveratrol downregulated the expression of p53 and FOXO3a, which regulate apoptosis and oxidative stress. Furthermore, the resveratrol-treated group showed an improvement in smooth muscle content, SOD activity and MDA levels when compared with the diabetic group. Therefore, the ability of resveratrol to improve diabetes-induced ED is likely related to its activation of SIRT1 expression, thus causing the suppression of apoptosis and resistance towards oxidative stress.

Erectile dysfunction （ED） is a major complication of diabetes, and many diabetic men with ED are refractory to common ED therapies. Adipose tissue-derived stem cells （ADSCs） have been shown to improve erectile function in diabetic animal models. However, inadequate cell homing to damaged sites has limited their efficacy. Therefore, we explored the effect of ADSCs labeled with superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles （SPIONs） on improving the erectile function of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats with an external magnetic field. We found that SPIONs effectively incorporated into ADSCs and did not exert any negative effects on stem cell properties. Magnetic targeting of ADSCs contributed to long-term cell retention in the corpus cavernosum and improved the erectile function of diabetic rats compared with ADSC injection alone. In addition, the paracrine effect of ADSCs appeared to play the major role in functional and structural recovery. Accordingly, magnetic field-guided ADSC therapy is an effective approach for diabetes-associated ED therapy.

The anomalous films grown on GaAs（110） Hall effect in epitaxial Fe（110） is investigated as a function of both film thickness and temperature. The Berry curvatureinduced intrinsic contribution of 996 Ω^-1 cm^-1 is determined experimentally for the first time. Together with 821 Ω^-1 cm^-1 in Fe（111） and 1100 Ω^-1 cm^-1 in Fe（001） obtained earlier, we show unambiguously the anisotropy of the Berry curvature contribution to the anomalous Hall effect in single-crystal Fe.

Our previous study showed that vacuum erectile device （VED） therapy has improved erectile function in rats with bilateral cavernous nerve crush （BCNC） injuries. This study was designed to explore the mechanism of VED in penile rehabilitation by analyzing cavernous oxygen saturation （SO2） and to examine the effect of VED therapy on preventing penile shrinkage after BCNC. Thirty adult Sprague- Dawley rats were randomly assigned into three groups： group 1, sham surgery; group 2, BCNC; and group 3, BCNC＋VED. Penile length and diameter were measured on a weekly basis. After 4 weeks of therapy, the penile blood was extracted by three methods for blood gas analysis （BGA）： method 1, cavernous blood was aspirated at the flaccid state; method 2, cavernous blood was aspirated at the traction state; and method 3, cavernous blood was aspirated immediately after applying VED. SO2 values were tested by the blood gas analyzer. The results showed that VED therapy is effective in preventing penile shrinkage induced by BCNC （Penile shortening： BCNC group 1.9±1.1 mm; VED group 0.3±1.0 mm; P〈0.01. Penile diameter reduction： BCNC group 0.28±0.14 mm; VED group 0.04±0.14 mm; P〈0.01）. The mean SO2±s.d. values were increased by VED application （88.25%±4.94%） compared to the flaccid （76.53%±4.16%） or traction groups （78.93%±2.56%）（P〈0.05）. The calculated blood constructs in the corpus cavernosum right after VED application were 62% arterial and 38% venous blood. These findings suggest that VED therapy can effectively preserve penile size in rats with BCNC injury. The beneficial effect of VED therapy is related to antihypoxia by increasing cavernous blood SO2.

New super-hydrophobic nanocomposite coatings were formed from modified nano-sized CaCO3 particles and polyacrylate at weight ratio of 9/1-8/2. SEM and XPS analysis indicated that such hydrophobicity could be attributed to the surface nano-microstructure and the surface enrichment of fluorine atoms. As the surface hydrophobicity increased, longer time was required for formation the initial frost, which makes super-hydrophobic coatings suitable for anti-frosting purpose.

Methylation modification is an important cellular mechanism of gene expression regulation. Dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase-2 （DDAH-2） protein is a pivotal molecular for endothelium function. To explore the effects of 5-aza-deoxycytidine （5-aza）, a demethylation agent, in hyperhomocysteinemia （hhcy）-related erectile dysfunction （ED） rats, 5-aza （1 mg kg-1） was administrated to Sprague-Dawley hhcy-rats induced by supplemented methionine chow diet. Erectile function, nitric oxide-cyclic guanosine monophosphate （NO-cGMP） levels, expression of DDAH-2 protein and promoter methylation status of DDAH-2 were studied in the corpora cavernosa. We found that supplemented methionine diet induced a high homocysteine level after 6 weeks of treatment. DDAH-2 protein was down-regulated in the corpora cavemosa while the administration of 5-aza up-regulated DDAH-2 expression and restored erectile function. The methionine-fed rats showed high methylation levels of DDAH-2 promoter region while the group treated with 5-aza demonstrated Iower-methylation levels when compared to the methionine-fed group. Besides, the administration of 5-aza improved NO and cGMP levels in methionine-fed rats. Therefore, the methylation mechanism involves in ED Dathogenesis. and demethvlation offers a ootential new strate~ for ED treatment.
