The neutron capture cross sections(n,γ)of bromine were obtained using the time-of-flight technique at the Back-n facility of the China Spallation Neutron ***γ-rays originating from neutron-induced capture events were detected using four C_(6)D_(6) *** pulse-height weighting technique and double-bunch unfolding method based on Bayesian theory were used in the data *** deductions,normalization,and corrections were carefully considered to obtain reliable measurement *** multilevel R-matrix Bayesian code SAMMY was used to extract the resonance parameters in the resolved resonance region(RRR).The average cross sections in the unresolved resonance region(URR)were obtained from 10 to 400 *** experimental results were compared with data from several evaluated libraries and previous experi-ments in the RRR and *** taLYS code was used to describe the average cross sections in the *** astrophysical Maxwell average cross sections(MACSs)of ^(79,81)Br from kT=5 to 100 keV were calculated over a sufficiently wide range of neutron *** a thermal energy of kT=30 keV,the MACS value for ^(79)Br 682±68 mb was in good agreement with the KADoNiS v1.0 recommended *** contrast,the value of 293±29 mb for ^(81)Br was substantially higher than that of the evaluated database and the KADoNiS v1.0 recommended value.

BACKGROUND The treatment outcome of transarterial chemoembolization(taCE)in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)varies greatly due to the clinical heterogeneity of the ***,several prognostic systems have been proposed for risk stratification and candidate identification for first taCE and repeated taCE(re-taCE).AIM To investigate the correlations between prognostic systems and radiological response,compare the predictive abilities,and integrate them in sequence for outcome *** This nationwide multicenter retrospective cohort consisted of 1107 unresectable HCC patients in 15 Chinese tertiary hospitals from January 2010 to May *** Hepatoma Arterial-embolization Prognostic(HAP)score system and its modified versions(mHAP,mHAP2 and mHAP3),as well as the six-and-twelve criteria were compared in terms of their correlations with radiological response and overall survival(OS)prediction for first *** same analyses were conducted in 912 patients receiving re-taCE to evaluate the ART(assessment for re-treatment with taCE)and ABCR(alpha-fetoprotein,Barcelona Clinic liver Cancer,Child-Pugh and Response)systems for post re-taCE survival(PRTS).RESULTS All the prognostic systems were correlated with radiological response achieved by first taCE,and the six-and-twelve criteria exhibited the highest correlation(Spearman R=0.39,P=0.026)and consistency(Kappa=0.14,P=0.019),with optimal performance by area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.71[95%confidence interval(CI):0.68-0.74].With regard to the prediction of OS,the mHAP3 system identified patients with a favorable outcome with the highest concordance(C)-index of 0.60(95%CI:0.57-0.62)and the best area under the receiver operating characteristic curve at any time point during follow-up;whereas,PRTS was well-predicted by the ABCR system with a C-index of 0.61(95%CI:0.59-0.63),rather than ***,combining the mHAP3 and ABCR systems identified candidates suitable for ta

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

目的调查中国医师对大动脉炎(takayasu′s arteritis,ta)临床诊断与活动性评价的现状。方法全国19位风湿免疫专家、3位血管外科专家参与,通过问卷设计、网络打分,首次就目前ta临床诊断及活动性评估等问题进行回答,采用加权平均法计算相应问题的平均分。结果中国专家目前主要采用1990年美国风湿病学会(American College of Rheumatology,ACR)分类标准进行ta临床诊断。其中,年龄、肢体跛行、黑矇等症状,无脉或脉搏减弱、血管杂音、双侧脉压差增大、高血压等体征,以及急性时相反应蛋白检测,有助于疾病诊断。此外,计算机断层血管造影(computed tomography angiography,Cta)、磁共振血管造影(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)、血管彩色多普勒超声、正电子发射计算机断层显像(positron emission tomography,PET)等无创影像学检查均被认为具有重要的诊断价值。对于ta活动性评估,中国专家主要采用美国Kerr评分体系。急性时相反应蛋白以及各种无创影像学检查均具有重要的病情活动性评估价值。在影像选择方面,颈动脉受累者更推荐血管超声检查,对于肺动脉、胸/腹主动脉主干受累者则Cta略优于MRA。结论急性时相反应蛋白以及无创影像学检查有助于中国医师对ta的临床诊断及活动性评价。

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of ^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

本文通过轧制复合法制备了ta1/AZ31B/ta1层状复合材料,利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和电液压伺服疲劳试验机等测试方法分析研究了复合材料的界面、显微组织、应力-应变曲线及拉伸断口形貌。结果表明:轧制复合后,其结合界面呈波浪状,且在ta1层次表面有裂纹出现;经5道次轧制后,AZ31B挤入裂缝中,ta1侧表面层镶嵌在AZ31B基体中,并发生断裂并破碎,界面结合具有机械啮合特性。在轧制复合首道次后,ta1层组织变化不明显,AZ31B层组织明显细化,分布极不均,且发生了动态回复与再结晶;轧制5道次后,ta1层组织沿轧制方向呈流线型纤维组织,AZ31B层组织呈细小的等轴晶,分布均匀;当拉伸速率为1mm/min时,ta1/AZ31B/ta1层状复合材料抗拉强度达到最大值359.469 MPa,比准静态(0.01mm/min)增加了30 MPa,提高了9.09%,但延伸率降低了8.471%,表明ta1/AZ31B/ta1层状复合材料是一种正应变速率敏感材料。

为了解牛传染性鼻气管炎近期在山西省规模化牛场的流行情况,试验采用EliSA方法对牛血清中牛传染性鼻气管炎的抗体水平进行了研究。结果表明:山西省从北到南不同区域的规模化牛场群体阳性率达到92.31%,个体阳性率达到66.65%。其中2020年晋北区域、晋中区域、晋南区域牛场的牛传染性鼻气管炎抗体个体阳性率均大于70%,晋南区域的阳性率最高,为89.67%;乳用牛高达90.84%,肉用牛为47.56%。2021年晋中区域、晋南区域牛场的牛传染性鼻气管炎抗体个体阳性率分别由2020年的71.95%、89.67%降为31.25%、52.35%;乳用牛为52.80%,肉用牛为27.27%。说明山西省从北到南各个区域的规模化牛场已普遍存在牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒感染,不同区域规模化养殖场的感染率不相同,乳用牛的感染率高于肉用牛。

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.
