Objective:To study the effect of Tai Chi(TC)and resistance training(RT)with different intensity on the cancer-related fatigue(CRF)and quality of life(QoL)of middle-aged and elderly cancer ***:Totally 120 cancer patients were enrolled and randomly assigned to 4 groups by a random number table,including TC group,high-intensity 60%one repetition maximum(1-RM)RT group(HIRT),low-intensity(30%1-RM)RT group(liRT)and control group,30 patients in each *** in the TC group received 24-form simplified Yang-style TC training at a frequency of 40 min per day,3 days per week for 12 *** in the two RT groups received 10 sessions,6 designated movements per day,3 days per week for 12 *** 1-RM of 6 muscle groups,fat mass(FM),lean body mass(LBM),along with the scores of Brief Fatigue Inventory(BFI),QoL questionnaire for Chinese cancer patients receiving chemobiotherapy(QLQ-CCC),Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were measured before and after *** adverse effect was also ***:After 12-week intervention,patients in both TC and RT groups showed significant improvements in CRF and QLQ-CCC compared to pre-treatment(PliRT and TC groups,patients in the HIRT group improved more significantly in increasing muscle strength and LBM,and reducing in FM(Plimb muscle strength compared with the liRT group(Plity and mental *** long-term application is needed to substantiate the effect of TC as an alterna

Zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs) are recognized as potential energy storage devices due to their advantages of low cost, high energy density, and environmental friendliness. However, zinc anodes are subject to unavoidable zinc dendrites, passivation, corrosion, and hydrogen evolution reactions during the charging and discharging of batteries, becoming obstacles to the practical application of ZIBs. Appropriate zinc metal-free anodes provide a higher working potential than metallic zinc anodes, effectively solving the problems of zinc dendrites, hydrogen evolution, and side reactions during the operation of metallic zinc anodes. The improvement in the safety and cycle life of batteries creates conditions for further commercialization of ZIBs. Therefore, this work systematically introduces the research progress of zinc metal-free anodes in “rocking chair” ZIBs. Zinc metal-free anodes are mainly discussed in four categories: transition metal oxides,transition metal sulfides, MXene(two dimensional transition metal carbide) composites, and organic compounds, with discussions on their properties and zinc storage mechanisms. Finally, the outlook for the development of zinc metal-free anodes is proposed. This paper is expected to provide a reference for the further promotion of commercial rechargeable ZIBs.

OBJECTIVE: To provide an objective experimental basis for the gastric mucosa pathological evolution and the transformation of different Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndromes in helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)-related gastric diseases(HPGD) patients, based on the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation, molecular biology and ***: A total of 203 participants were enrolled in this study. The expressions of miR-499/miR-149 and *** infection in the gastric tissues from all participants were detected. The genotyping for miR-499 rs3746444 and miR-149 rs2292832 was ***: In H. pylori positive subjects, the proportion of precancerous gastric lesions(PGL) in liver-stomach disharmony syndrome(LSDS) group was higher than in spleen Qi deficiency syndrome(SQDS) group(P linked to lower risk of gastric atrophy [miR-149 rs2292832 C vs T:adjusted odds ratio = 0.207; 95% confidence interval(0.043-0.989); P = 0.048]. Compared with healthy control(HC) group, the expression of miR-499 was significantly increased in GC group, while the expression of miR-149was significantly decreased in chronic inflammation group,PGL group and GC group(all P lignant gastric mucosa lesions by inducing the overexpression of miR-499 and down regulation of miR-149. In addition, patients with H. pylori infection combined SQDS or LSDS may have higher risk of gastric mucosal malignant lesions.
