Predictor-corrector FdM analysis of MHd darcy-Forchheimer flow of a micropolar fluid with viscous dissipation and heterogeneoushomogeneous

This research delves into an intricate exploration ofﬂuid dynamics within heat transfer systems,with a speciﬁc focus on enhancing our understanding and improving system efﬁ*** a sophisticated mathematical model,the study incorporates micropolarﬂuid dynamics,micro rotational effects,laminarﬂow characterized by the darcy-Forchheimer model,inertia effects,and chemical reactions within a heat transfer system featuring boundary layer *** mathematical framework consists of partial differential equations(PdEs),and the study utilizes advanced numerical techniques,including the(PC4-FdM)Predictor-Corrector Finite difference Method and the shooting method,to solve these govern-ing *** inclusion of quantized mesh points and analysis of convergence using 4th orderﬁnite difference methods enhances the precision of the obtained *** param-eters are scrutinized to draw meaningful *** heterogeneous parameter reveals an increasing trend inﬂuid concentration,while the homogeneous parameter indicates a collision effect leading to a decrease inﬂuid *** Eckert number,associated with viscous dissipation,exhibits a correlation with decreasedﬂuid temperature and increasedﬂuid *** rotation parameters suggest a parallel increase inﬂuid velocity and a marginal decrease inﬂuid ***,the darcy-Forchheimer parameter,reﬂective of inertial effects,showcases an increase inﬂuid temperature and decrease in velocity in the convection *** the industrial implications,the study underscores the signiﬁcance of convection heat transfer systems in the context of ***ﬁndings offer valuable insights for optimizing heating and cooling processes in diverse industrial applications,ranging from power plants to waste heat recovery units and pharmaceutical industries.ª2024 The *** services by Elsevier *** behalf of KeAi Communications ***.

Transient Thermal Management Comparison of a Microprocessor Using PCMs in Various Configurations

There has been a strong interest in the use of Phase Change Materials (PCMs) for the transient thermal abatement of high powered *** paper presents a set of transient computational analysis for selected IC packages with the purpose of calibrating the merits of PCM in different *** transient analysis of high powered microprocessors with heat sinks was performed as a benchmark for comparison with the same microprocessors fitted with PCM in the following configurations:a) PCM imbedded into the finned region of the heat sink,b) PCM mounted between the microprocessor and heat sink,c) sealed PCM underfill to the microprocessor and d) PCM fitted to the underside of the printed circuit board directly beneath the *** analysis was performed using a commercial CFd tool together with an approximation to the phase change mechanism using the slope *** indicate the merit of each configuration.

during Covid pandemic,many individuals are suffering from suicidal ideation in the *** distancing and quarantining,affects the patient *** computing is the study of recognizing human feelings and *** technology can be used effectively during pandemic for facial expression recognition which automatically extracts the features from the human *** system plays a very important role to detect the patient condition and to recognize the patterns of expression from the safest *** this paper,a new method is proposed for emotion recognition and suicide ideation detection in COVId *** helps to alert the nurse,when patient emotion is fear,cry or *** research presented in this paper has introduced Image Processing technology for emotional analysis of patients using Machine learning *** proposed Convolution Neural Networks(CNN)architecture with dnCNN preprocessing enhances the performance of *** system can analyze the mood of patients either in real time or in the form of video files from CCTV *** proposed method accuracy is more when compared to other *** detects the chances of suicide attempt based on stress level and emotional recognition.

A Retrospective Renal Study from a Lupus Vasculitis Clinic

Aim: In July 2009, a combined Renal Rheumatology Lupus Vasculitis (RRLV) clinic, the first of its kind for adult patients in Australia, was started at Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital. This is an audit of progression of renal disease to assess if patients attending this clinic had comparable results to published studies of similar cohorts with lupus Nephritis (LN) and vasculitis. Methods: We conducted a retrospective audit of all the patients who attended this clinic from July 2009 to October 2013. There were 33 patients followed up in the vasculitis group and 36 in the LN group. Patients with other connective tissue disorders were excluded from the analysis as the numbers were insignificant. Results: The mean estimated glomerular filtration rate of vasculitis and LN patients improved from 32.06 to 45.82 ml/min/1.73m2 and 62.42 to 65.53 ml/min/1.73m2 respectively. The mean urine protein/creatinine ratio of vasculitis and LN patients improved from 420 to 85 and 406 to 70 respectively. No patients died in either group. One vasculitis and two LN patients required maintenance dialysis. Three LN patients underwent renal transplantation. Conclusion: The results show excellent patient and renal survival and support the concept of a combined renal rheumatology clinic in managing renal disease from systemic connective tissue disorders.
