Nowadays,the personalized recommendation has become a research hotspot for addressing information *** this,generating effective recommendations from sparse data remains a ***,auxiliary information has been widely used to address data sparsity,but most models using auxiliary information are linear and have limited *** to the advantages of feature extraction and no-label requirements,autoencoder-based methods have become quite ***,most existing autoencoder-based methods discard the reconstruction of auxiliary information,which poses huge challenges for better representation learning and model *** address these problems,we propose Serial-Autoencoder for Personalized Recommendation(SAPR),which aims to reduce the loss of critical information and enhance the learning of feature ***,we first combine the original rating matrix and item attribute features and feed them into the first autoencoder for generating a higher-level representation of the ***,we use a second autoencoder to enhance the reconstruction of the data representation of the prediciton rating *** output rating information is used for recommendation *** experiments on the movieTweetings and movieLens datasets have verified the effectiveness of SAPR compared to state-of-the-art models.

Lithium cobalt oxide(LCO),the first commercialized cathode active material for lithium-ion batteries,is known for high voltage and ***,its application has been limited by relatively low capacity and stability at high *** particle size is considered one of the most straightforward and effective strategies to enhance ion transfer,thus increasing the rate ***,side reactions are simultaneously enhanced as the specific surface area ***,we investigate the impact of LCO particles with varying size distributions and optimize the particle *** modulate the side reactions associated with particle size reduction,an ultrathin carbon nanotube film(UCNF)is introduced to coat the cathode *** this simple process and optimized particle size,the rate performance improves significantly,normal commercial LCO achieves 118 mA·h·g^(−1)at 3.0–4.3 V and 20 C(0.72 mA·h·cm^(−2)),corresponding to power density of 8732 W·kg^(−1).This method is applied to high voltage as well,152 mA·h·g^(−1)at 3.0–4.6 V and 20 C(0.99 mA·h·cm^(−2))was achieved with high-voltage LCO(HVLCO),corresponding to power density of 11,552 W·kg^(−1).The cycling stability is also enhanced,with the capacity retention maintaining more than 96%after 100 cycles at 0.1 *** the first time,UCNF is demonstrated to suppress the excessive decomposition of the electrolytes and solvents by blocking electron injection/extraction between LCO and electrolyte *** findings provide a simple method for improving LCO rate performance,especially at high C-rates.

Recently,China’s State Council issued the Continuous Improvement of Air Quality Action Plan(hereafter,the third action plan),which follows the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan(2013–2017)(hereafter,the first action plan)and the Three-Year Action Plan for Winning the Blue Sky defense Battle(2018–2020)(hereafter the second action plan).The first two action plans yielded nationwide health benefits[1–3],from improving lung function[4]to saving medical expenditures[5].Based on our previous estimates[6],due to reductions in the fine particulate matter(Pm2.5)level,implementation of the first and second action plans was expected to increase life expectancy by 2.11 and 3.68 months.

This paper critically reviews the progress in ecosystem integrity(health)assessment of inland waters and provides future directions for *** biotic integrity assessments mainly use multimetric indices and predictive models to evaluate overall health status;the criteria largely rely on pristine reference sites,but such an approach is not applicable to unique natural waters and irreversibly modified *** diagnostic assessments are still in the exploratory stage and can only diagnose possible stressor types and wide-ranges of their intensities through empirical models linking stressors and *** chemical integrity assessments mainly use criteria determined by small-scale ecotoxicity tests,rather than quantitative relationships developed between chemical factors and biotic effects in real ecosystems,thus potentially under or overestimating pollutant *** physical integrity assessments focus on overall habitat quality,rather than quantitative habitat requirements,and thus cannot provide quantitative support for ecological restoration and *** hydrological integrity(environment flow)assessments largely depend on quantitative relationships between hydrological regimes with a few species and single groups,rather than with whole communities,and fail to comprehensively diagnose hydrological causes of biotic resource *** the future,integrity assessments need to be based on ecosystem integrity requirements of ecosystem service targets:first,there is a need to build quantitative relationships between biotic integrity and ecosystem services,assess requirements of community structure and function for service goals,and establish biotic integrity assessment methods;second,we must build quantitative relationships between biotic integrity and abiotic integrity in real ecosystems,assess chemical,physical,and hydrological integrity requirements of biotic needs,and establish diagnostic assessment methods.

The exploration of component states for optimizing maintenance schedules in complex systems has garnered significant interest from ***,current literature usually overlooks the critical aspects of system flexibility and *** implementation of system reconfiguration can effectively mitigate system downtime and enhance production *** study proposes a dynamic condition-based maintenance policy considering reconfiguration for reconfigurable systems.A double-layer decision rule was constructed for the devices and *** achieve the best overall maintenance effect of the system,the remaining useful life probability distribution and recommended maintenance time of each device were used to optimize the concurrent maintenance time window of the devices and determine whether to reconfigure them.A comprehensive maintenance efficiency index was introduced that simultaneously considered the maintenance cost rate,reliability,and availability of the system to characterize the overall maintenance *** reconfiguration cost was included in the maintenance *** proposed policy was tested through numerical experiments and compared with different-level *** results show that the proposed policy can significantly reduce the downtime and maintenance costs and improve the overall system reliability and availability.

Nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P), and potassium(K) are essential macronutrients that are crucial not only for maize growth and development, but also for crop yield and quality. The genetic basis of macronutrient dynamics and accumulation during grain filling in maize remains largely unknown. In this study, we evaluated grain N, P, and K concentrations in 206 recombinant inbred lines generated from a cross of dH1m and T877 at six time points after pollination. We then calculated conditional phenotypic values at different time intervals to explore the dynamic characteristics of the N, P, and K concentrations. Abundant phenotypic variations were observed in the concentrations and net changes of these nutrients. Unconditional quantitative trait locus(QTL) mapping revealed 41 non-redundant QTLs, including 17, 16, and 14 for the N, P, and K concentrations, respectively. Conditional QTL mapping uncovered 39 non-redundant QTLs related to net changes in the N, P, and K concentrations. By combining QTL, gene expression, co-expression analysis, and comparative genomic data, we identified 44, 36, and 44 candidate genes for the N, P, and K concentrations, respectively, including GRmZm2G371058 encoding a doftype zinc finger dNA-binding family protein, which was associated with the N concentration, and GRmZm2G113967encoding a CBL-interacting protein kinase, which was related to the K concentration. The results deepen our understanding of the genetic factors controlling N, P, and K accumulation during maize grain development and provide valuable genes for the genetic improvement of nutrient concentrations in maize.
