Solid-state polymer electrolytes are considered as an alternative to classic liquid electrolytes,particularly for application in highenergy lithium metal *** respect to common dual-ion conductors,single-ion conducting polymer electrolytes(SICPEs)are less affected by lithium dendrites growth and thus are particularly interesting for application in lithium metal *** this work,novel SIC-PEs are developed,based on an ionomer having poly(ethylene-alt-maleimide)backbone and lithium phenylsulfonyl(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide pendant moieties,further blended with poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)and poly(ethylene glycol)dimethyl ether(PEGdME).These SIC-PEs exhibit ionic conductivity around~7×10^(−6)S·cm^(−1) at 70℃,lithium transference number close to unity,and excellent mechanical properties,with fracture toughness over 30 J·cm^(−3).Additionally,the electrolytes show very high resistance against lithium dendrites growth,by cycling for more than 1200 h in Li°symmetric cells at a current density of 0.1 mA·cm^(−2).LiFePO4||Li°cells with these SIC-PEs were cycled at 70℃ and C/10,showing initial capacity of almost 160 mAh·g^(−1)and residual capacity of 45%after 100 *** work shows that single-ion conducting polymer electrolytes based on poly(ethylene-alt-maleimide)backbone are promising materials for application as electrolytes or catholytes in lithium metal polymer batteries.

Intravesical bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG) instillation has been adopted for the treatment of patients with superficial bladder cancer. Severe adverse events due to local instillation of BCG are uncommon, with an overall rate of serious complications of less than 5%. We report the case of an immunocompetent adult patient with multi-system effects, namely pneumonitis, granulomatous hepatitis and meningitis, who responded well to standard treatment for Mycobacterium bovis. This case highlights the importance of a thorough assessment of this type of patient.

Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a devastating and disabling medical condition generally caused by a traumatic event(primary injury).This initial trauma is accompanied by a set of biological mechanisms directed to ameliorate neural damage but also exacerbate initial damage(secondary injury).The alterations that occur in the spinal cord have not only local but also systemic consequences and virtually all organs and tissues of the body incur important changes after SCI,explaining the progression and detrimental consequences related to this ***(PNIE)is a growing area of research aiming to integrate and explore the interactions among the different systems that compose the human organism,considering the mind and the body as a *** initial traumatic event and the consequent neurological disruption trigger immune,endocrine,and multisystem dysfunction,which in turn affect the patient's psyche and *** the present review,we will explore the most important local and systemic consequences of SCI from a PNIE perspective,defining the changes occurring in each system and how all these mechanisms are ***,potential clinical approaches derived from this knowledge will also be collectively presented with the aim to develop integrative therapies to maximize the clinical management of these patients.

本研究对哥斯达黎加中西部山谷蓄水层地下水中的硝酸盐浓度的长期变化趋势进行了评估，并采用稳定性同位素（^18ONO3^-和^15NNO3^-）技术设法识别其来源。该地区有超过100万人口依赖地下水满足日常需求。来自20个地点在4～17年的时间内定期采集的样品的数据表明有5个地点的硝酸盐浓度呈现增长的趋势，这些地点在未来10到40年的时间内将会超过推荐最大浓度。同位素分析的结果表明了土地利用方式和地下水中硝酸盐的同位素特征之间的相关性，并且显示缺乏相应废水处理系统的城市化进程，以硬咖啡种植固的施肥操作，正在威胁着该地区的水质。我们得出的结论是该区域的地下水管理并不是可持续的，土地利用方式从农业活动到不具备适当污水排放系统的生活居住的变化过程可能导致硝酸盐污染物负荷的显著增长。

Purpose: The study of the sentinel lymph node is the best technique to stage, have a prognosis and decide the adequate treatment in breast cancer. The usual technique implies studding the axillary lymph node. Our work tries to identify affected nodes in other regions apart from the axilla and its possible impact in staging and treatment. Methods: The sentinel lymph node technique was performed on 1660 patients included in an observational and multicentric study designed to observe the presence of metastatic cells in axillary and non-axillary lymph nodes. Results: In 19% of the patients the sentinel lymph node was detected in non-axillary regions. In these cases metastatic cells were more frequent which could suppose a change in the stage and/or treatment. As protective factor against non-axillary nodes involvement we found the localization of the cancer in external quadrants while youth and injecting the tracer inside the tumor were found to be risk factors. Conclusions: detecting and studding non-axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer leads to a more precise staging of the disease which could imply a change in the optimal treatment.

随着全球畜牧业发展和国际贸易自由化、规范化进程加快，动物福利越来越受到关注，故客观评估动物的福利水平至关重要。然而，目前的研究大多局限于基于动物表型以检测动物的福利水平，而评估动物福利水平的实验室生物标记信息很少，本文对不同饲养密度下母猪的应激进行了生化与蛋白组学分析，以期获得一套客观且易于检测的实验室参数用于动物福利的评估。
