In this paper,we design the d.f.erentially private variants of the classical frank-Wolfe algorithm with shuffle model in the optimization of machine *** weak assumptions and the generalized linear loss(GLL)structure,we propose a noisy frank-Wolfe with shuffle model algorithm(NoisyfWS)and a noisy variance-reduced.f.ank-Wolfe with the shuffle model algorithm(NoisyVRfWS)by adding calibrated laplace noise under shuffling scheme in thel_(p)(p∈[1,2])-case,and study their privacy as well as utility guarantees for the H?lder smoothness *** particular,the privacy guarantees are mainly achieved by using advanced composition and privacy amplification by *** utility bounds of the Noisy fWS and NoisyVRfWS are analyzed and obtained the optimal excess population risksO(n-(1+α/4α+log(d)√log(1/δ)/n∈and O(n-1+α/4α+log(d)√log1(+δ)/n^(2)∈with gradient complexity O(n(1+α)^(2)/4α^(2)forα∈[1/√3,1].It turns out that the risk rates under shuffling scheme are a nearly-dimension independent rate,which is consistent with the previous work in some *** addition,there is a vital tradeoff between(α,L)-Holder smoothness GLL and the gradient *** linear gradient complexity O(n)is showed by the parameterα=1.

data stream clustering is integral to contemporary big data ***,addressing the ongoing influx of data streams efficiently and accurately remains a primary challenge in current *** paper aims to elevate the efficiency and precision of data stream clustering,leveraging the TEdA(Typicality and Eccentricity data Analysis)algorithm as a foundation,we introduce improvements by integrating a nearest neighbor search algorithm to enhance both the efficiency and accuracy of the *** original TEdA algorithm,grounded in the concept of“Typicality and Eccentricity data Analytics”,represents an evolving and recursive method that requires no prior *** the algorithm autonomously creates and merges clusters as new data arrives,its efficiency is significantly hindered by the need to traverse all existing clusters upon the arrival of further *** work presents the NS-TEdA(Neighbor Search Based Typicality and Eccentricity data Analysis)algorithm by incorporating a Kd-Tree(K-dimensional Tree)algorithm integrated with the Scapegoat *** arrival,this ensures that new data points interact solely with clusters in very close *** significantly enhances algorithm efficiency while preventing a single data point from joining too many clusters and mitigating the merging of clusters with high overlap to some *** apply the NS-TEdA algorithm to several well-known datasets,comparing its performance with other data stream clustering algorithms and the original TEdA *** results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves higher accuracy,and its runtime exhibits almost linear dependence on the volume of data,making it more suitable for large-scale data stream analysis research.

Bordetella bronchiseptica(Bb)is recognized as a leading cause of respiratory diseases in dogs and ***,epidemiological data on Bb in dogs and cats in China are still limited,and there is no commercially available *** vaccines containing Bb that are widely used abroad are generally efective but can establish latency and potentially reactivate to cause illness in some immunod.f.ient vaccinated recipients,raising safety *** this study,34 canine-derived and two feline-derived Bb strains were isolated.f.om 1809 canine and 113 feline nasopharyngeal swab samples collected.f.om eight provinces in China from 2021 to *** PCR results showed that the percentage of positive Bb was 22.94%(441/1922),and more than 90%of the Bb isolates had.f.ur virulence factor-encoding genes(VfGs),namely,fhaB,prn,betA and *** the isolated strains displayed a multidrug-resistant *** virulence of 10 Bb strains isolated.f.om dogs with respiratory symptoms was tested in mice,and we found that eight isolates were highly ***,the eight Bb isolates with high virulence were inactivated and intramuscularly injected into mice,and three Bb strains(WH1218,WH1203 and WH1224)with the best protective efcacy were *** immunized with these three strains exhibited strong protection against challenge with the Bb feld strain ***,the WH1218 strain with the greatest protection in dogs was selected as the vaccine *** and cats that received a vaccine containing 109 CfU of the inactivated WH1218 strain showed complete protection against challenge with the Bb feld strain *** study revealed that Bb is an important pathogen that causes respiratory diseases in domestic dogs and cats in China,and all the isolates exhibited multidrug *** present work contributes to the current understanding of the prevalence,antimicrobial resistance,and virulence genes of Bb in domestic dogs and ***,our results suggest

The role that visual discriminative ability plays among giant pandas in social communication and individual discrimination has received less attention than olfactory and auditory ***,we used an eye-tracker technology to investigate pupil fixation patterns for 8 captive male giant pandas Ailuropoda *** paired images(N=26)of conspecifics against:1)sympatric predators(gray wolves and tigers),and non-threatening sympatric species(golden pheasant,golden snub-nosed monkey,takin,and red panda),2)conspecifics with atypical fur colora-tion(albino and brown),and 3)zookeepers/non-zookeepers wearing either work uniform or plain *** each session,we tracked the pan-da's pupil movements and measured pupil first fixation point(ffP),fixation latency,total fixation count(TfC),and duration(Tfd)of attention to each ***,pandas exhibited similar attention(ffPs and TfCs)to images of predators and non-threatening sympatric *** of golden pheasant,snub-nosed monkey,and tiger received less attention(Tfd)than images of conspecifics,whereas images of takin and red panda received more attention,suggesting a greater alertness to habitat or food competitors than to potential ***'TfCs were greater for images of black-white conspecifics than for albino or brown phenotypes,implying that familiar color elicited more *** reacted d.f.erently to images of men versus *** images of women only,pandas gave more attention(TfC)to familiar combinations(uniformed zookeepers and plain-clothed non-zookeepers),consistent with the familiarity *** pandas can use visual perception to discriminate intra-specifically and inter-specifically,including details of human appearance,has applications for panda conservation and captive husbandry.

The efficient separation of chalcopyrite(CufeS2)and galena(PbS)is essential for optimal resource ***,find-ing a selective depressant that is environmentally friendly and cost effective remains a *** various techniques,such as mi-croflotation tests,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)observation,X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy(XPS),and Raman spectroscopy measurements,this study explored the use of ferric ions(fe^(3+))as a selective depressant for *** results of flotation tests revealed the impressive selective inhibition capabilities of fe^(3+)when used *** analysis showed that fe^(3+)significantly reduced the adsorption of isopropyl ethyl thionocarbamate(IPETC)on the galena surface while having a minimal impact on *** analysis using SEM,XPS,and Raman spectra revealed that fe^(3+)can oxidize lead sulfide to form compact lead sulfate nanoparticles on the galena surface,effectively depressing IPETC adsorption and increasing surface *** findings provide a promising solution for the efficient and environmentally responsible separation of chalcopyrite and galena.
