Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-associated lymphoproliferative diseases(EBV-LPds)are common complications that occur after solid organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation(HSCT).However,their occurrence and treatment post-chimeric antigen receptor-mod.f.ed T(CAR-T)cell therapy has not been *** patients had been diagnosed with EBV-positive aggressive B-cell lymphoma and experienced relapses after multiple lines of *** receiving CAR-T cell therapy in tandem with autologous HSCT,the patients achieved complete ***,with a median time of 38.5 months after CAR-T cell therapy,B-cell-derived EBV-LPds were diagnosed,and they were relieved through the administration of immune checkpoint inhibitor or B-cell-depleting ***,our report suggests that EBV-LPds may represent a long-term adverse event after CAR-T cell therapy,especially in patients who previously had EBV-positive disorders,and they can be resolved by immune normalization strategy or B-cell depleting therapy.

The limitations of autologous bone grafts necessitate the development of advanced biomimetic biomaterials for efficient cranial d.f.ct *** cranial bones are typical flat bones with sandwich structures,consisting of a diploe in the middle region and 2 outer compact *** this study,we originally developed 2 types of flat-bone-mimeticβ-tricalcium phosphate bioceramic scaffolds(Gyr-Comp and Gyr-Tub)by high-precision vat-photopolymerization-based 3-dimensional *** scaffolds had 2 outer layers and an inner layer with gyroid pores mimicking the diploe *** outer layers of Gyr-Comp scaffolds simulated the low porosity of outer tables,while those of Gyr-Tub scaffolds mimicked the tubular pore structure in the tables of flat *** Gyr-Comp and Gyr-Tub scaffolds possessed higher compressive strength and noticeably promoted in vitro cell proliferation,osteogenic d.f.erentiation,and angiogenic activities compared with conventional scaffolds with cross-hatch *** implantation into rabbit cranial d.f.cts for 12 weeks,Gyr-Tub achieved the best repairing effects by accelerating the generation of bone tissues and blood *** work provides an advanced strategy to prepare biomimetic biomaterials that fit the structural and.f.nctional needs of efficacious bone regeneration.

The Weyl double copy builds the relation between gauge theory and gravity theory, in particular the correspondence between gauge solutions and gravity solutions. In this paper, we obtain the slowly rotating charge solutions from the Weyl double copy for the Kerr black hole with small Chern-Simons correction. Based on the Weyl double copy relation, for the Petrov type d solution in Chern-Simons mod.f.ed gravity, we find the additional correction to the electromagnetic field strength tensor of the rotating charge. for the Petrov type I solution, we find that the additional electromagnetic field strength tensors have external sources, while the total sources vanish at the leading order.

The development of deep learning has inspired some new methods to solve the 3d reconstruction problem for Tomographic Particle Image Velocimetry (Tomo-PIV). However, the supervised learning method requires a large number of data with ground truth as training information, which is very d.f.icult to gather from experiments. Although synthetic datasets can be used as alternatives, they are still not exactly the same with the real-world experimental data. In this paper, an Unsupervised Reconstruction Technique based on U-net (UnRTU) is proposed to reconstruct volume particle distribution explicitly. Instead of using ground truth data, a projection function is used as an unsupervised loss function for network training to reconstruct particle distribution. The UnRTU was compared with some traditional algebraic reconstruction algorithms and supervised learning method using synthetic data under d.f.erent particle density and noise level. The results indicate that UnRTU outperforms these traditional approaches in both reconstruction quality and noise robustness, and is comparable to the supervised learning methods AI-PR. for experimental tests, particles dispersed in cured epoxy resin are moved by an electric rail with a certain speed to obtain the ground truth data of particle velocity. Compared with other algorithms, the reconstructed particle distribution by UnRTU has the best reconstruction fidelity. And the accuracy of the 3d velocity field estimated by UnRTU is 12.9% higher than that from the traditional MLOS-MART algorithm. It demonstrates significant potential and advantages for UnRTU in 3d reconstruction of particle distribution. finally, UnRTU was successfully applied to the high-speed planar cascade airflow field, demonstrating its applicability for measuring complex fluid.f.ow fields at higher particle density. Two-dimensional(2d)tungsten selenide(WSe_(2))is promising candidate material for future electronic applications,owing to its potential for ultimate device *** improving the electronic performance of WSe_(2)-based.f.eld-effect transistors(fETs),the mod.f.cation of surface properties is *** this study,the seamless structural phase transition in WSe_(2) lattice is achieved by soft oxygen plasma,regulating the electrical conductance of WSe_(2)-based *** found that during the soft oxygen plasma treatment with optimal processing time,the generated oxygen ions can substitute some selenium atoms and thus locally mod.f. the bond length,inducing 2H→1T phase transition in WSe_(2) with seamless *** mosaic structures have been proven to tailor the electronic structure and increase the hole carrier concentration inside WSe_(2),significantly increasing the channel conductance of WSe_(2) *** the further increase of the oxygen plasma treatment time,the creation of more selenium vacancy d.f.cts leads to the electronic doping,resulting in the reduction of *** from the hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)encapsulation to interrupt the partial structural relaxation from 1T to 2H phase,our WSe_(2) fET exhibits high electronic stability with conductance of 6.8×10^(-4) S,which is about four orders of magnitude higher than 2H WSe_(2)(5.8×10^(-8) S).This study could.f.rther broaden the WSe_(2) fETs in applications for functionalization and integration in electronics.

To efficiently decrease ablation heat accumulation and improve the ability of ZrC-SiC/TaC coatings to protect carbon/carbon(C/C)composites,a thermally conductive nanonetwork with a ceramic@carbon core-shell structure was designed and ***-derived SiC/TaC with a graphene carbon shell was synthesized and introduced into a ZrC coating by supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying(SAPS).Graphene shell paths increased the heat transfer capability by lowering the surface temperature to approximately 200℃during oxyacetylene *** heat dissipation of the graphene shell in the ZrC-SiC/TaC@C coating reduced the volatilization of low-melting-point phases and delayed the sintering of ZrO_(2) ***,the graphene shell in ZrC-SiC/TaC@C coating decreased the mass and linear ablation rates by 91.4%and 93.7%compared to ZrC-SiC/TaC coating,*** work provided a constructive idea for improving the ablation resistance of the coatings by incorporating carbon nanomaterials as a function of heat dissipation.

This study employs similar simulation testing and discrete element simulation coupling to analyze the failure and d.f.rmation processes of a model coal seam's *** caving area of the overburden rock is divided into three zones:the delamination fracture zone,broken fracture zone,and compaction *** caving and.f.acture zones'heights are approximately 110 m above the coal seam,with a maximum subsidence of 11 *** delamination fracture zone's porosity range is between 0.2 and 0.3,while the remainder of the roof predominantly exhibits a porosity of less than *** addition,the numerical model's stress analysis revealed that the overburden rock's displacement zone forms an'arch-beam'structure starting from 160 m,with the maximum and minimum stress values decreasing as the distance of advancement *** the stress beam interval of the overburden rock,the maximum value changes periodically as the advancement distance *** on a comparative analysis between observable data from on-site work and numerical simulation results,the stress data from the numerical simulation are essentially consistent with the actual results detected on-site,indicating the validity of the numerical simulation results.
