目的　观察增强型绿色荧光蛋白 (enhancedgreenfluorescentprotein ,EGFP)在人大肠癌细胞的表达情况。　方法　构建逆转录病毒载体质粒prkatEGFP/neo ,用磷酸钙沉淀法转导 2 93T细胞 ,4 8h获得高滴度病毒颗粒上清液并转染人大肠癌HT 2 9c细胞。荧光显微镜及流式细胞仪观察转染的EGFP基因在人大肠癌HT 2 9c细胞体内外的表达。　结果　携带EGFP的逆转录病毒载体能有效地转染人大肠癌细胞 ,HT 2 9c细胞能稳定、高效和持久地表达EGFP ,与未转染细胞比较 ,他们的生物学特性未改变 (F =0 6 2 ,P >0 0 5 )。在裸大鼠皮下肿瘤中 ,EGFP也能稳定、高效的表达。　结论　外源性EGFP能在人大肠癌HT 2 9c细胞内进行有效的复制、转录和翻译 ,在体内外可持续、稳定、高效的表达。它能作为一种新的实验方法应用于肿瘤细胞生长。

We review the use of hollow-core photonic crystal fibre(HC-PCF)for high power laser beam delivery.A comparison of bandgap HC-PCF with Kagome-lattice HC-PCF on the geometry,guidance mechanism,and optical properties shows that the Kagome-type HC-PCF is an ideal host for high power laser beam transportation because of its large core size,low attenuation,broadband transmission,single-mode guidance,low dispersion and the ultra-low optical overlap between the core-guided modes and the silica *** power handling capability of Kagome-type HC-PCF is further experimentally demonstrated by millijoule nanosecond laser spark ignition and^100μJ sub-picosecond laser pulse transportation and compression.

Synthetic micromotor has gained substantial attention in biomedicine and environmental ***-based degradable micromotor composed of magnesium(Mg),zinc(Zn),and iron(Fe)have promise due to their nontoxic fuel-free propulsion,favorable biocompatibility,and safe excretion of degradation products Recent advances in degradable metallic micromotor have shown their fast movement in complex biological media,efficient cargo delivery and favorable biocompatibility.A noteworthy number of degradable metal-based micromotors employ bubble propulsion,utilizing water as fuel to generate hydrogen *** novel feature has projected degradable metallic micromotors for active in vivo drug delivery *** addition,understanding the degradation mechanism of these micromotors is also a key parameter for their design and *** propulsion efficiency and life span govern the overall performance of a degradable metallic *** we review the design and recent advancements of metallic degradable ***,we describe the controlled degradation,efficient in vivo drug delivery,and built-in acid neutralization capabilities of degradable micromotors with versatile biomedical ***,we discuss micromotors’efficacy in detecting and destroying environmental ***,we address the limitations and future research directions of degradable metallic micromotors.

摘要目的评价自动电压选择工具对儿童增强CT和CT血管成像中的辐射剂量、管电流和影像质量的影响。材料与方法回顾性分析2010年11月—2011年7月接受自动电压方案行胸部CT、腹部CT或CT血管成像的87名儿童（年龄1 d19岁,中位年龄10.5岁）的资料。将容积CT剂量指数（CTdI vol）和毫安数与标准120 kV方案得到的预扫描估算值比较。影像质量的主观评分为1～5分。同时行自动电压方案和标准120 kV方案扫描者共15例,定量测定影像的对比度和噪声,计算对比噪声比（CNR）。统计学分析采用独立和（或）配对样本的参数和（或）非参数检验。结果 87例

In 1992, a danish group led by Skakkebaek , reported in a meta-analysis that global mean sperm counts were fallingandthat testicular cancer, hypospadias and cryptorchidism were increasing. They hypothesized that environmental factors were the cause. Their rectaanalysis was criticized subsequently for many methodological flaws. However, their controversial metamlysls and hypothesis spurred pubfic and scientific interest in the study of male reproductive function and stimulated more rigorous scientific work in the area. Subsequent research has not convincingly supported their hypothesis, However, it is caudal to continue high quality studies of the effects of drugs and manmade pollutants on male eeproductlve function.

Introduction:Following oil sands mining in Alberta,Canada,the main land management goal is to establish a functioning boreal forest ecosystem,including the understory plant *** of the challenges with restoring the understory is the presence of non-native species that compete with desirable native species for *** a greenhouse experiment,we studied the growth of two native understory species(Galium boreale and Vicia americana)and a non-native invasive species(Matricaria perforata)grown with either intra-or interspecific neighbors across three common land reclamation soils and a nitrogen fertilizer ***:When grown by itself,*** aboveground biomass did not differ among soil or fertilizer treatments,likely due to its ability to fix *** of *** was directly related to soil nitrogen,and it had the greatest increase in biomass with *** and biomass of *** was less than the other species,and it had the highest mortality in the nitrogen-poor *** grown together,the proportional biomass of *** and *** varied with soil treatment such that *** was dominant in the high-nitrogen forest floormineral mix treatment while *** was dominant in the low-nitrogen peat-mineral ***:Operationally,care should be taken when applying fertilizer to reclamation areas,as it may have an unwanted positive effect on growth for undesirable non-native plants at the expense of native *** terms of seed mixtures,*** may be a good option for low inorganic nitrogen resource soils and *** for high nitrogen resource soils.
