The interplay between novel topological states and superconductivity has garnered substantial interest due to its potential for topological quantum *** Josephson effect serves as a useful probe for edge superconductivity in these hybrid topological *** Josephson junctions based on topological materials,supercurrents exhibit unique quantum interference patterns,including the conventional Fraunhofer oscillations,theΦ_(0)-periodic oscillation,and the 2Φ_(0)-periodic oscillation in response to the external magnetic field(Φ_(0)=h/2e is the flux quantum,h the Planck constant,and e the electron charge).These interference patterns stem from varied Andreev reflection mechanisms and the associated current density *** review seeks to comprehensively examine the theoretical and experimental advancements in understanding the quantum interference patterns of edge supercurrents in Josephson junctions based on quantum spin Hall,quantum Hall,and quantum anomalous Hall systems.

The nontrivial band topology of chern insulator can enrich the content of its Hofstadter butterfly spectra,which is closely related to recent experiments in twisted bilayer graphene and cold atom *** investigate the Hofstadter spectrum for various models of chern insulators under a rational fluxφ_(0)/q,hereφ_(0)=h/e and q being an *** find the number of splitting subbands is|q-c|with c denoting the chern number of parent ***,anomalous open-orbital subbands with chern numbers q-1 and-q-1 emerge unexpectedly,which are beyond the parameter window(-q/2,q/2)of the diophantine equation studied by Thouless-Kohmoto-Nightingale-den Nijs[***.49,405(1982)].The emergence of anomalous open orbits can be traced by analyzing the evolution of the Hofstadter spectrum,identifying as a new type of topological phase *** novel findings not only pinpoint the peculiar Hofstadter spectrum of chern insulator,but also provide routes to study exotic characteristics beyond the Landau level physics.

晶体管,作为现代微纳电子技术的基石,是构成集成电路的基本单元,实现了复杂电路功能的微型化.晶体管通过控制电子的输运,执行各种逻辑运算和信号处理任务.然而,在执行这些功能时,传统晶体管并非完全高效和无能耗.电子在晶体管内部传输过程中,由于电阻的存在,会有一部分能量转化为热能,这种能量转化遵循焦耳定律,即电流通过导体产生的热功率与电流的平方以及导体的电阻成正比.这种以焦耳热形式释放的能量损耗,不仅降低了集成电路的能量效率,还可能导致晶体管的温度升高,进而影响电路的稳定性和可靠性,甚至限制了微纳电路性能的进一步提升.

Engineering nanoparticle structure at synergistic Ru-Na interface for integrated cO_(2)capture and hydrogenation

The development of dual functional material for cyclic cO_(2)capture and hydrogenation is of great significance for converting diluted cO_(2)into valuable fuels,but suffers from kinetic limitation and deactivation of adsorbent and ***,we engineered a series of RuNa/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)materials,varying the size of ruthenium from single atoms to clusters/*** coordination environment and structure sensitivity of ruthenium were quantitatively investigated at atomic *** findings reveal that the reduced Ru nanoparticles,approximately 7.1 nm in diameter with a Ru-Ru coordination number of 5.9,exhibit high methane formation activity and selectivity at 340°*** Ru-Na interfacial sites facilitate cO_(2)migration through a deoxygenation pathway,involving carbonate dissociation,carbonyl formation,and ***-situ experiments and theoretical calculations show that stable carbonyl intermediates on metallic Ru nanoparticles facilitate heterolytic c–O scission and c–H bonding,significantly lowering the energy barrier for activating stored cO_(2).

At present,the emerging solid-phase friction-based additive manufacturing technology,including friction rolling additive man-ufacturing(FRAM),can only manufacture simple single-pass *** this study,multi-layer multi-pass FRAM-deposited alumin-um alloy samples were successfully prepared using a non-shoulder tool *** material flow behavior and microstructure of the over-lapped zone between adjacent layers and passes during multi-layer multi-pass FRAM deposition were studied using the hybrid 6061 and 5052 aluminum *** results showed that a mechanical interlocking structure was formed between the adjacent layers and the adja-cent passes in the overlapped center *** friction and rolling of the tool head led to different degrees of lateral flow and plastic deformation of the materials in the overlapped zone,which made the recrystallization degree in the left and right edge zones of the over-lapped zone the highest,followed by the overlapped center zone and the non-overlapped *** tensile strength of the overlapped zone exceeded 90%of that of the single-pass deposition *** is proved that although there are uneven grooves on the surface of the over-lapping area during multi-layer and multi-pass deposition,they can be filled by the flow of materials during the deposition of the next lay-er,thus ensuring the dense microstructure and excellent mechanical properties of the overlapping *** multi-layer multi-pass FRAM deposition overcomes the limitation of deposition width and lays the foundation for the future deposition of large-scale high-performance components.

Herein,three supported catalysts,cuO/Al_(2)O_(3),ceO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3),and cuO-ceO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3),were synthesized by the convenient impregnation method to reveal the effect of ceO_(2)addition on catalytic performance and reaction mechanism for toluene *** with cuO/Al_(2)O_(3),the T_(50)and T_(90)(the temperatures at 50%and 90%toluene conversion,respectively)of cuO-ceO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)were reduced by 33 and 39°c,respectively.N_(2)adsorptiondesorption experiment,xRd,SEM,EdS mapping,Raman,EPR,H_(2)-TPR,O_(2)-TPd,xPS,NH_(3)-TPd,Toluene-TPd,and in-situ dRIFTS were conducted to characterize these *** excellent catalytic performance of cuO-ceO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)could be attributed to its strong coppercerium interaction and high oxygen vacancies ***,in-situ dRIFTS proved that cuO-ceO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)promoted the conversion of toluene to benzoate and accelerated the deep degradation path of *** work provided valuable insights into the development of efficient and economical catalysts for volatile organic compounds.

Vortex transmutation utilizes a periodic system,which not only enables the alteration of the topological charge(Tc)of unstable input vortices but also facilitates their transformation into stable *** approach is crucial for investigating the characteristics of vortices in various wave ***,we achieve acoustic vortex Tc transmutation by employing a welldesigned dual-structured plate external system(dPES).The interactions between the acoustic vortex and the finite-order discrete rotational symmetry lead to the transformation of its topological charge when complete rotational symmetry is broken to Nthorder discrete *** results experimentally demonstrate the acoustic vortex Tc transmutation based on passive artificial structures,enabling numerous applications in particle manipulation and information multiplexing as well as advancing our understanding and control over free-space acoustic vortices.

Land use and precipitation are two major factors affecting phosphorus(P)pollution of watershed ***,molecular characterization of dissolved organic phosphorus(dOP)in runoff under the joint influences of land use and precipitation remains *** study used Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(FT-IcR-MS)to study the molecular characteristics of dOP in a typical P-polluted watershed with spatially variable land use and *** results showed that low precipitation and intense human activity,including phosphate mining and associated industries,resulted in the accumulation of aliphatic dOP compounds in the upper reaches,characterized by low aromaticity and low biological *** precipitation and widespread agriculture in the middle and lower reaches resulted in highly unsaturated dOP compounds with high biological stability constituting a higher proportion,compared to in the upper ***,under similar precipitation,more aliphatic dOP compounds characterized by lower aromaticity and higher saturation were enriched in the lower reaches due to more influence from urban runoff relative to the middle *** and/or microbial processes did result in changes in the characteristics of dOP compounds during runoff processes due to the prevalence of low molecular weight and low O/c bioavailable aliphatic dOP molecules in the upper reaches,which were increasingly transformed into refractory compounds from the upper tomiddle *** results of this study can increase the understanding of the joint impacts of land use and precipitation on dOP compounds in watershed runoff.
