dihydroanthracene bridged bis-naphthopyrans:A multimodal chromophore with mechano-and photo-chromic properties

Mechanochromophores based on bichromic molecular switches,such as bis-naphthopyanes,allow multimodal mechanochromic behavior beyond the typical binary response from single chromophores,which is important for distinguishing between multiple stress states through discrete changes in *** generated persistent and distinguishable multi-colors from activated bis-naphthopyanes remain *** the versatility of bis-mechanophore design for advanced optical molecular systems and the fundamental insights into the corresponding mechano-reactivity are not ***,we identify a dihydroanthracene bridged bis-naphthopyrans as a multimodal mechanochromophore in *** two pyrans with the sterically constrained dihydroanthracene is helpful to control the steric effect for the favorable formation of a distinctly appreciable bis-merocyanine(bis-MC)*** varying the length of the polymer chains,the force delivered to the mechanophore is modulated,resulting in a gradient change in the relative distribution of two distinctly colored MC products and a multicolor *** activation of this bis-naphthopyanes proceeds via a mechanistically distinct pathway compared to the photochemical *** addition,the bulk films can also achieve pronounced color changes when subjected to mechanical *** study thus further expands the molecular diversity of mechanochromophores and tune the multimodal switch properties of bis-naphthopyrans based polymers.

Lactobacillus plantarum 104 Cell-freesupernatant improved bile acid metabolism by regulating gut microbiota of high-fat diet mice

Lactiplantibacillusplantarum 104， which was previously screened in the laboratory， has been confirmed to have the effect of lowering lipids and regulating intestinal microbial homeostasis. However， the mechanism of action of its fermentation supernatant in alleviating metabolic disorders is ***104 cell-freesupernatant (LP104s) was fed to high-fat C57BL/6N mice for 8 weeks. The intervention of LP104s increased the concentration of conjugated bile acids in the ileum， especially taur-α/β-muricholic acid sodium salt (T-α-MCA or T-β-MCA)， inhibited intestinal farnesoid X receptor (FXR)-related signaling pathways. LP104s reduced cholesterol levels by increasing the synthesis of hepatic cholic acid (CA)， chenodeoxycholic acid (CdCA)， and the excretion of bile acids in feces. Moreover， western blotting results showed that TLR2/NF-?B signaling pathway expression was inhibited. In addition， 16S rdNA sequencing results showed that LP104s regulated the relative abundance of bacteria associated with inflammatory response and obesity (Prevotella， Ruminococcus， and Clostridium). Therefore， this paper further elaborates the role of gut microbiology and bile acids in improving metabolism from the perspective of secondary bile acids and intestinal chronic inflammation and also lays a theoretical foundation for the next step in the development of fermentation products of this strain.

Effect of power supply parameters on discharge characteristics and sterilization efficiency of magnetically driven rotating gliding arc

Plasma sterilization is a new generation of high-tech sterilization method that is fast,safe,and pollution *** is widely used in medical,food,and environmental protection *** air sterilization is an emerging field of plasma application,which puts higher requirements on the miniaturization,operational stability,and operating cost of plasma *** this study,a novel magnetically driven rotating gliding arc(MdRGA)discharge device was used to sterilize Lactobacillus *** with the traditional gas-driven gliding arc,this device has a simple structure and a more stable gliding *** using COMSOL Multiphysics showed that adding permanent magnets can form a stable magnetic field,which is conducive to the formation of gliding *** on the discharge performance,ozone concentration,and sterilization effect were conducted using different power supply *** results revealed that the MdRGA process can be divided into three stages:starting,gliding,and *** voltage was the key factor for stable arc gliding,and both high and low voltages were not conducive to stable arc gliding and ozone *** this experimental setup,the sterilization effect was the best at 6.6 kV.A high modulation duty ratio was beneficial for achieving stable arc ***,when the duty ratio exceeded a certain value,the improvement in the sterilization effect was ***,considering the sterilization effect and energy factors comprehensively,we chose 80%as the optimal modulation duty ratio for this experimental device.

Objective This study aimed to understand the epidemic status and phylogenetic relationships of rotavirus group A(RVA)in the Pearl River delta region of Guangdong Province,*** This study included individuals aged 28 days–85 years.A total of 706 stool samples from patients with acute gastroenteritis collected between January 2019 and January 2020 were analyzed for 17 causative pathogens,including RVA,using a Gastrointestinal Pathogen Panel,followed by genotyping,virus isolation,and complete sequencing to assess the genetic diversity of *** The overall RVA infection rate was 14.59%(103/706),with an irregular epidemiological *** proportion of co-infection with RVA and other pathogens was 39.81%(41/103).Acute gastroenteritis is highly prevalent in young children aged 0–1 year,and RVA is the key pathogen circulating in patients 6–10 months of age with diarrhea.G9P[8](58.25%,60/103)was found to be the predominant genotype in the RVA strains,and the 41 RVA-positive strains that were successfully sequenced belonged to three different RVA genotypes in the phylogenetic *** analysis showed that gene reassortment events,selection pressure,codon usage bias,gene polymorphism,and post-translational modifications(PTMs)occurred in the G9P[8]and G3P[8]*** This study provides molecular evidence of RVA prevalence in the Pearl River delta region of China,further enriching the existing information on its genetics and evolutionary characteristics and suggesting the emergence of genetic *** the surveillance of genotypic changes and gene reassortment in RVA strains is essential for further research and a better understanding of strain variations for further vaccine development.

One-third of patients with autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)have cirrhosis at the time of *** relevance of these variables,although unknown,is believed to be critical in AIH because of suspected interactions between the gut microbiome and genetic *** of the gut flora and elevated polymeric immunoglobulin receptor(pIgR)levels have been observed in both patients and mouse ***,there is a direct relationship between pIgR expression and transaminase levels in patients with *** this study,we aimed to explore how pIgR influences the secretion of regenerating islet-derived 3 beta(Reg3b)and the flora composition in AIH using in vivo experiments involving patients with AIH and a concanavalin A-induced mouse model of ***3b expression was reduced in pIgR gene(Pigr)-knockout mice compared to that in wild-type mice,leading to increased microbiota ***,exogenous pIgR supplementation increased Reg3b expression and maintained microbiota *** sequencing revealed the participation of the interleukin(IL)-17 signaling pathway in the regulation of Reg3b through ***,the introduction of external pIgR could not restore the imbalance in gut microbiota in AIH,and the decrease in Reg3b expression was not apparent following the inhibition of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3).In this study,pIgR facilitated the upregulation of Reg3b via the STAT3 pathway,which plays a crucial role in preserving the balance of the intestinal microbiota in *** this research,we discovered new molecular targets that can be used for the diagnosis and treatment of AIH.

Trusted Encrypted Traffic Intrusion detection Method Based on Federated Learning and Autoencoder

With the rapid development of the Internet,network security and data privacy are increasingly *** classical Network Intrusion detection System(NIdS)based on deep Learning(dL)models can provide good detection accuracy,but collecting samples for centralized training brings the huge risk of data privacy ***,the training of supervised deep learning models requires a large number of labeled samples,which is usually ***“black-box”problem also makes the dL models of NIdS *** this paper,we propose a trusted Federated Learning(FL)Traffic IdS method called FL-TIdS to address the above-mentioned *** FL-TIdS,we design an unsupervised intrusion detection model based on autoencoders that alleviates the reliance on marked *** the same time,we use FL for model training to protect data *** addition,we design an improved SHAP interpretable method based on chi-square test to perform interpretable analysis of the trained *** conducted several experiments to evaluate the proposed *** first determine experimentally the structure and the number of neurons of the unsupervised AE ***,we evaluated the proposed method using the UNSW-NB15 and CICIdS2017 *** exper-imental results show that the unsupervised AE model has better performance than the other 7 intrusion detection models in terms of precision,recall and ***,federated learning is used to train the intrusion detection *** experimental results indicate that the model is more accurate than the local learning ***,we use an improved SHAP explainability method based on Chi-square test to analyze the *** analysis results show that the identification characteristics of the model are consistent with the attack characteristics,and the model is reliable.

Virtual source approach for maximizing resolution in high-penetration gamma-ray imaging

High-energy gamma-ray radiography has exceptional penetration ability and has become an indispensable nondestructive testing(NdT)tool in various *** high-energy photons,point projection radiography is almost the only feasible imaging method,and its spatial resolution is primarily constrained by the size of the gamma-ray *** conventional industrial applications,gamma-ray sources are commonly based on electron beams driven by accelerators,utilizing the process of bremsstrahlung *** size of the gamma-ray source is dependent on the dimensional characteristics of the electron *** research has been conducted on various advanced accelerator technologies that have the potential to greatly improve spatial resolution in *** our investigation of laser-driven gamma-ray sources,a spatial resolution of about 90μm is achieved when the areal density of the penetrated object is 120 g/cm^(2).A virtual source approach is proposed to optimize the size of the gamma-ray source used for imaging,with the aim of maximizing spatial *** this virtual source approach,the gamma ray can be considered as being emitted from a virtual source within the convertor,where the equivalent gamma-ray source size in imaging is much smaller than the actual emission *** the basis of Monte Carlo simulations,we derive a set of evaluation formulas for virtual source scale and gamma-ray emission *** optimal conditions,the virtual source size can be as small as 15μm,which can significantly improve the spatial resolution of high-penetration imaging to less than 50μm.
