A linear electrohydrodynamic Kelvin-Helmholtz instability of the interface between two viscoelastic Rivlin-Ericksen fluids enclosed by two concentric horizontal cylinders has been studied via the viscoelastic potential flow *** dispersion equation of complex coefficients for asymmetric disturbance has been obtained by using normal mode *** stability criteria are analyzed theoretically and illustrated *** imaginary part of growth rate is plotted versus the wave *** influences of dynamic viscoelastic,uniform velocities,Reynolds number,electric field,dynamic viscosity,density fluids ratio,dielectric constant ratio and inner fluid fraction on the stability of the system are *** study finds its significance in Ocean pipelines to transfer oil or gas such as Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline.

Scrupulous theoretical study of 8Be nucleus states,both clustered and non-clustered,is performed over a wide range of excitation *** quantities that characterize the degree of the alpha-clustering of these states,i.e.,spectroscopic factors,cluster form factors,and alpha-decay widths,are computed in the framework of the developed accurate ab initio *** basic properties of the 8Be spectrum,including the binding and excitation energies and the mean values of the isospin,are calculated *** the majority of instances,the results of the computation turn out to be in good agreement with the spectroscopic data.A number of predictions are made,and corresponding verification experiments are *** of the developed approach for nuclear spectroscopy are demonstrated.

OBJECTIVES: To observe the plasmatic concentration of IL-6, IL-10 and IL-2 in the patient of chronic allergic rhinitis before and after acupuncture therapy. mETHOdS: Cytokine levels were determined before and after treatment in 30 healthy volunteers (Group A) and 90 patients of chronic allergic rhinitis (Group B) with an increased plasma IL-10 level. Group B was then divided into 3 subgroups: 30 patients treated with real acupuncture (Group B1); 30 patients treated with sham acupuncture (Group B2); 30 non-treated patients (Group B3). In this paper, the effects of turbulence on sound generation and velocity fluctuations due to pressure waves in a large subsonic wind tunnel are studied. A trip strip located at different positions in the contraction part or at one position in the diffuser of a large wind tunnel is used to investigate the aforementioned phenomenon, and the results indicate that the trip strip has significant effects on sound reduction. The lowest turbulence intensity and sound are obtained from a trip strip with a diameter of 0.91 mm located either at X/L = 0.79 or at X/L = 0.115 in the wide portion of the contraction. Furthermore, the effect of monopole, dipole and quadrupole sources of aerodynamic noise at different velocities is investigated, and it is demonstrated that the contribution of the monopole is dominant, while the shares due to the dipole and quadrupole remain less important. In addition, it is found that the sound waves have a modest impact on the measured longitudinal turbulence and are generated essentially by eddies.

We present the Novel-materials-discovery(NOmAd)Artificial-Intelligence(AI)Toolkit,a web-browser-based infrastructure for the interactive AI-based analysis of materials-science findable,accessible,interoperable,and reusable(FAIR)*** AI Toolkit readily operates on the FAIR data stored in the central server of the NOmAd Archive,the largest database of materials-science data worldwide,as well as locally stored,users’owned *** NOmAd Oasis,a local,stand-alone server can be also used to run the AI *** using Jupyter notebooks that run in a web-browser,the NOmAd data can be queried and accessed;data mining,machine learning,and other AI techniques can be then applied to analyze *** infrastructure brings the concept of reproducibility in materials science to the next level,by allowing researchers to share not only the data contributing to their scientific publications,but also all the developed methods and analytics *** reproducing published results,users of the NOmAd AI toolkit can modify the Jupyter notebooks toward their own research work.

We applied the four dimensional Langevin dynamical model to investigate the average spin of fission fragments. Elongation, neck thickness, asymmetry parameter, and the orientation degree of freedom（K coordinate）are the four dimensions of the dynamical model. We assume that the collective modes depend on the emission angle of the fragments, then different parameters related to the average spin of fission fragments are calculated *** angle dependence of average spin of fission fragments is investigated by calculating the spin at angles 90？and165？. Also, the obtained results based on the transition state model at scission point are presented. One can obtain better agreement between the results of the dynamical model and experimental data in comparison with the results of the transition state model.

Aim:This study was conducted to determine if short-term treatment of N-nitrosomethylbenzylamine (NmBA)-induced tumors in the rat esophagus withdietary freeze-dried black raspberries (FBR) would result in tumor regression andenhanced survival of the ***:Four-week-old male Fisher-344 ratswere administered an AIN-76A control diet and injected subcutaneously with 0.5mg/kg NmBA once per week for 15 *** 19 weeks,when rats had an averageof 5-6 tumors (papillomas) per esophagus,they were given a control diet contain-ing either 5%,10%,or 20% *** 7 weeks of berry treatment,all survivingrats were killed and tumor incidence,number and volume were ***:Esophageal tumor incidences,numbers and volumes in NmBA-treated rats werenot influenced by any of the berry *** were progressive increasesin the survival of NmBA-treated rats fed 5%-20% FBR diets;however,theseincreases were not ***:FBR at 5%,10%,and 20% of the diethad no effect on the development of NmBA-induced tumors in the rat esophagusor on animal survival when administered for 7 weeks beginning at the papillomastage of tumor ***,FBR appear to have no therapeutic value inthe treatment of esophageal *** contrast,dietary FBR are highly effectivein preventing the development of NmBA-induced esophageal tumors in rats whenadministered before and during NmBA treatment or shortly after NmBA treat-ment when the esophagi contain preneoplastic (dysplastic) lesions of varyingdegrees of severity.
