In the domain of perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the imperative to reconcile impressive photovoltaic performance with lead-related issue and environmental stability has driven innovative *** study pioneers an approach that not only rectifies lead leakage but also places paramount importance on the attainment of rigorous interfacial *** ethers,notably benzo-18-crown-6-ether(B18C6),were strategically integrated at the perovskite-hole transport material *** ethers exhibit a dual role:efficiently sequestering and immobilizing Pb^(2+)ions through host-guest complexation and simultaneously establishing a robust interfacial passivation *** crown ether candidates,guided by density functional theory(dFT)calculations,demonstrated proficiency in binding Pb2+ions and optimizing interfacial *** devices incorporating these materials achieved exceptional power conversion efficiency(PCE),notably 21.7%for B18C6,underscoring their efficacy in lead binding and interfacial *** techniques,including time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(ToF-SIMS),ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy(UPS),time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL),and transient absorption spectroscopy(TAS),unequivocally affirmed Pb^(2+)ion capture and suppression of non-radiative ***,these PSCs maintained efficiency even after enduring 300 h of exposure to 85%relative *** research underscores the transformative potential of crown ethers,simultaneously addressing lead binding and stringent interfacial passivation for sustainable PSCs poised to commercialize and advance renewable energy applications.

Terahertz(THz)emission spectroscopy(TES)has emerged as a highly effective and versatile technique for investigating the photoelectric properties of diverse materials and nonlinear physical processes in the past few ***,research on two-dimensional(2d)materials has experienced substantial growth due to their atomically thin structures,exceptional mechanical and optoelectronic properties,and the potential for applications in flexible electronics,sensing,and ***,these materials offer advantages such as tunable bandgap,high carrier mobility,wideband optical absorption,and relatively short carrier *** applying TES to investigate the 2d materials,their interfaces and heterostructures,rich information about the interplay among photons,charges,phonons and spins can be unfolded,which provides fundamental understanding for future *** it is timely to review the nonlinear processes underlying THz emission in 2d materials including optical rectification,photon-drag,high-order harmonic generation and spin-to-charge conversion,showcasing the rich diversity of the TES employed to unravel the complex nature of these *** applications based on THz emissions,such as THz lasers,ultrafast imaging and biosensors,are also *** further,we analyzed the unique advantages of spintronic terahertz emitters and the future technological advancements in the development of new THz generation mechanisms leading to advanced THz sources characterized by wide bandwidth,high power and integration,suitable for industrial and commercial *** continuous advancement and integration of TES with the study of 2d materials and heterostructures promise to revolutionize research in different areas,including basic materials physics,novel optoelectronic devices,and chips for post-Moore’s era.

With the remarkable growth of textual data sources in recent years,easy,fast,and accurate text processing has become a challenge with significant *** text summarization is the process of compressing text documents into shorter summaries for easier review of its core contents,which must be done without losing important features and *** paper introduces a new hybrid method for extractive text summarization with feature selection based on text *** major advantage of the proposed summarization method over previous systems is the modeling of text structure and relationship between entities in the input text,which improves the sentence feature selection process and leads to the generation of unambiguous,concise,consistent,and coherent *** paper also presents the results of the evaluation of the proposed method based on precision and recall *** is shown that the method produces summaries consisting of chains of sentences with the aforementioned characteristics from the original text.

Electrochemical water splitting is one of the most reliable approaches for environmental-friendly hydrogen *** of their stability and abundance,Mn-based materials have been studied as electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),which is a more sluggish reaction in the water splitting *** increase the OER activity of Mn,it is imperative to facilitate the structural change of Mn oxide to the active phase with Mn_(3)+species,known as the active ***,we present the relationship between the electronic conductivity in the catalyst layer and the formation of the Mn active phase,δ-MnO_(2),from wrinkled Mn(OH)_(2).Mn(OH)_(2) has poor conductivity,and it disrupts the oxidation reaction toward MnOOH orδ-MnO_(2).Adjacent conductive carbon to Mn(OH)_(2) enabled Mn(OH)_(2) to be oxidized toδ-MnO_(2).Furthermore,after repetitive cyclic voltammetry activation,the more conductive environment resulted in a higher density ofδ-MnO_(2) through the irreversible phase transition,and thus it contributes to the improvement of the OER activity.

An invariant can be described as an essential relationship between program *** invariants are very useful in software checking and *** tools that are used to detect invariants are invariant *** are two types of invariant detectors:dynamic invariant detectors and static invariant *** software is an available computer program that implements a special case of a dynamic invariant detection *** proposes a dynamic invariant detection algorithm based on several runs of the tested program;then,it gathers the values of its variables,and finally,it detects relationships between the variables based on a simple statistical *** method has some *** of its biggest drawbacks is its overwhelming time *** is observed that the runtime for the daikon invariant detection tool is dependent on the ordering of traces in the trace file.A mechanism is proposed in order to reduce differences in adjacent trace *** is done by applying some special techniques of mutation/crossover in genetic algorithm(GA).An experiment is run to assess the benefits of this *** findings reveal that the runtime of the proposed dynamic invariant detection algorithm is superior to the main approach with respect to these improvements.

These days,imbalanced datasets,denoted throughout the paper by Id,(a dataset that contains some(usually two)classes where one contains considerably smaller number of samples than the other(s))emerge in many real world problems(like health care systems or disease diagnosis systems,anomaly detection,fraud detection,stream based malware detection systems,and so on)and these datasets cause some problems(like under-training of minority class(es)and over-training of majority class(es),bias towards majority class(es),and so on)in classification process and ***,these datasets take the focus of many researchers in any science and there are several solutions for dealing with this *** main aim of this study for dealing with Ids is to resample the borderline samples discovered by Support Vector data description(SVdd).There are naturally two kinds of resampling:Under-sampling(U-S)and oversampling(O-S).The O-S may cause the occurrence of over-fitting(the occurrence of over-fitting is its main drawback).The U-S can cause the occurrence of significant information loss(the occurrence of significant information loss is its main drawback).In this study,to avoid the drawbacks of the sampling techniques,we focus on the samples that may be *** data points that can be misclassified are considered to be the borderline data points which are on border(s)between the majority class(es)and minority class(es).First by SVdd,we find the borderline examples;then,the data resampling is applied over *** the next step,the base classifier is trained on the newly created ***,we compare the result of our method in terms of Area Under Curve(AUC)and F-measure and G-mean with the other state-of-the-art *** show that our method has betterresults than the other state-of-the-art methods on our experimental study.

In order to improve performance and robustness of clustering,it is proposed to generate and aggregate a number of primary clusters via clustering ensemble *** clustering ensemble approaches attempt to improve the performance of fuzzy clustering ***,in these approaches,cluster(or clustering)reliability has not paid much attention *** cluster(or clustering)reliability makes these approaches weak in dealing with low-quality base clustering *** this paper,we have utilized cluster unreliability estimation and local weighting strategy to propose a new fuzzy clustering ensemble method which has introduced Reliability Based weighted co-association matrix Fuzzy C-Means(RBFCM),Reliability Based Graph Partitioning(RBGP)and Reliability Based Hyper Clustering(RBHC)as three new fuzzy clustering consensus *** fuzzy clustering ensemble approach works based on fuzzy cluster unreliability *** unreliability is estimated according to an entropic criterion using the cluster labels in the entire *** do so,the new metric is dened to estimate the fuzzy cluster unreliability;then,the reliability value of any cluster is determined using a Reliability driven Cluster Indicator(RdCI).The time complexities of RBHC and RBGP are linearly proportional with thnumber of data *** and robustness of the proposed method are experimentally evaluated for some benchmark *** experimental results demonstrate efciency and suitability of the proposed method.

Taking into account the increasing volume of text documents,automatic summarization is one of the important tools for quick and optimal utilization of such *** summarization is a text compression process for producing a shorter document in order to quickly access the important goals and main features of the input *** this study,a novel method is introduced for selective text summarization using the genetic algorithm and generation of repetitive *** of the important features of the proposed summarization is to identify and extract the relationship between the main features of the input text and the creation of repetitive patterns in order to produce and optimize the vector of the main document features in the production of the summary document compared to other previous *** this study,attempts were made to encompass all the main parameters of the summary text including unambiguous summary with the highest precision,continuity and *** investigate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm,the results of the study were evaluated with respect to the precision and recall *** results of the study evaluation showed the optimization the dimensions of the features and generation of a sequence of summary document sentences having the most consistency with the main goals and features of the input document.

Ammonia (NH_(3)) plays a key role in the agricultural fertilizer and commodity chemical industries and is useful for exploring hydrogen storage *** electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) is receiving attention as an environmentally sustainable NH_(3) synthesis replacement for the traditional Haber–Bosch process owing to its near ambient reaction conditions (d 1 atm).However,its NH_(3) yield and faradaic efficiency are extremely low because of the sluggish kinetics of N≡N bond dissociation and the hindrance from competitive hydrogen *** overcome these challenges,we herein introduce a dual-functionalized ionic liquid (1-(4-hydroxybutyl)-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide[HOBIM]OH) for a highly dispersed ruthenium oxide electrocatalyst to achieve a biased *** observed uniform distribution of RuO_(2) on the carbon fiber and increase in the surface area for N_(2) adsorption by limiting proton access can be attributed to the presence of imidazolium ***,extensive N_(2) adsorption contributes to enhanced NRR selectivity with an NH_(3) yield of 3.0×10^(-10)mol cm^(-2)s^(-1)(91.8μg h^(-1)mg^(-1)) and a faradaic efficiency of 2.2%at-0.20 V_(RHE).We expect our observations to provide new insights into the design of effective electrode structures for electrochemical NH;synthesis.
