Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-associated lymphoproliferative diseases(EBV-LPds)are common complications that occur after solid organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation(HSCT).However,their occurrence and treatment post-chimeric antigen receptor-modified T(CAR-T)cell therapy has not been *** patients had been diagnosed with EBV-positive aggressive B-cell lymphoma and experienced relapses after multiple lines of *** receiving CAR-T cell therapy in tandem with autologous HSCT,the patients achieved complete ***,with a median time of 38.5 months after CAR-T cell therapy,B-cell-derived EBV-LPds were diagnosed,and they were relieved through the administration of immune checkpoint inhibitor or B-cell-depleting ***,our report suggests that EBV-LPds may represent a long-term adverse event after CAR-T cell therapy,especially in patients who previously had EBV-positive disorders,and they can be resolved by immune normalization strategy or B-cell depleting therapy.

discontinuity is critical for strength,deformability,and permeability of rock *** information is one of the essential discontinuity characteristics and is usually accessed by orientation *** methods of identifying optimal discontinuity set numbers are usually achieved by clustering validity indexes,which mainly relies on the aggregation and dispersion of clusters and leads to the inaccuracy and instability of *** paper proposes a new method of Fisher mixed evaluation(FME)to identify optimal group numbers of rock mass discontinuity *** FME,orientation distribution is regarded as the superposition of Fisher mixed *** grouping results are identified by considering the fitting accuracy of Fisher mixed distributions,the probability monopoly and central location significance of independent Fisher centers.A Halley-Expectation-Maximization(EM)algorithm is derived to achieve an automatic fitting of Fisher mixed *** real rock discontinuity models combined with three orientation clustering algorithms are adopted for discontinuity *** clustering validity indexes are used to automatically identify optimal group numbers for *** results show that FME is more accurate and robust than the other clustering validity indexes in optimal discontinuity group number identification for different rock models and orientation clustering algorithms.

The limitations of autologous bone grafts necessitate the development of advanced biomimetic biomaterials for efficient cranial defect *** cranial bones are typical flat bones with sandwich structures,consisting of a diploe in the middle region and 2 outer compact *** this study,we originally developed 2 types of flat-bone-mimeticβ-tricalcium phosphate bioceramic scaffolds(gyr-Comp and gyr-Tub)by high-precision vat-photopolymerization-based 3-dimensional *** scaffolds had 2 outer layers and an inner layer with gyroid pores mimicking the diploe *** outer layers of gyr-Comp scaffolds simulated the low porosity of outer tables,while those of gyr-Tub scaffolds mimicked the tubular pore structure in the tables of flat *** gyr-Comp and gyr-Tub scaffolds possessed higher compressive strength and noticeably promoted in vitro cell proliferation,osteogenic differentiation,and angiogenic activities compared with conventional scaffolds with cross-hatch *** implantation into rabbit cranial defects for 12 weeks,gyr-Tub achieved the best repairing effects by accelerating the generation of bone tissues and blood *** work provides an advanced strategy to prepare biomimetic biomaterials that fit the structural and functional needs of efficacious bone regeneration.

The Weyl double copy builds the relation between gauge theory and gravity theory, in particular the correspondence between gauge solutions and gravity solutions. In this paper, we obtain the slowly rotating charge solutions from the Weyl double copy for the Kerr black hole with small Chern-Simons correction. Based on the Weyl double copy relation, for the Petrov type d solution in Chern-Simons modified gravity, we find the additional correction to the electromagnetic field strength tensor of the rotating charge. For the Petrov type I solution, we find that the additional electromagnetic field strength tensors have external sources, while the total sources vanish at the leading order.

Operating conditions of film capacitors are complex,and the problem of film insulation failure caused by repetitively pulsed voltage is becoming ever *** of the film under repetitively pulsed voltage cannot be accurately evaluated by the average breakdown electric *** this paper,the effects of pulsed electric field and pulse repetition frequency on the breakdown in biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)films are *** phases of BOPP degradation are proposed based on the voltage amplitude,i.e.,maintenance(M),decline(d),and near-zero(N).Evolution of the BOPP film from degradation to breakdown at different frequencies is ***,transition of discharge mode and elemental composition of the film are *** results show continuous heat generation under repetitive microsecond pulses is the dominant factor for degradation of BOPP *** number of applied pulses and the repetitive stressing time decrease exponentially with increase of *** research can be contributed to the safe and reliable operation of capacitors.

Two-dimensional(2d)tungsten selenide(WSe_(2))is promising candidate material for future electronic applications,owing to its potential for ultimate device *** improving the electronic performance of WSe_(2)-based field-effect transistors(FETs),the modification of surface properties is *** this study,the seamless structural phase transition in WSe_(2) lattice is achieved by soft oxygen plasma,regulating the electrical conductance of WSe_(2)-based *** found that during the soft oxygen plasma treatment with optimal processing time,the generated oxygen ions can substitute some selenium atoms and thus locally modify the bond length,inducing 2H→1T phase transition in WSe_(2) with seamless *** mosaic structures have been proven to tailor the electronic structure and increase the hole carrier concentration inside WSe_(2),significantly increasing the channel conductance of WSe_(2) *** the further increase of the oxygen plasma treatment time,the creation of more selenium vacancy defects leads to the electronic doping,resulting in the reduction of *** from the hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)encapsulation to interrupt the partial structural relaxation from 1T to 2H phase,our WSe_(2) FET exhibits high electronic stability with conductance of 6.8×10^(-4) S,which is about four orders of magnitude higher than 2H WSe_(2)(5.8×10^(-8) S).This study could further broaden the WSe_(2) FETs in applications for functionalization and integration in electronics.

detection of high impedance faults(HIFs)has been traditionally a main challenge in the protection of distribution systems,since they do not generate enough current to be reliably detected by conventional over-current ***-based methods are alternative HIF detection methods which avoid threshold settings by training a classification or regression ***,most of them lack interpretability and are not compatible with various distribution *** paper proposes an object detection-based HIF detection method,which has higher visualization and can be easily applied to different ***,based on the analysis of HIFs,a Butterworth band-pass filter is designed for HIF harmonic feature ***,based on the synchronized data provided by distribution-level phasor measurement units,global HIF feature gray-scale images are formed through combining the topology information of the distribution *** further enhance the feature information,a locally excitatory globally inhibitory oscillator region attention mechanism(LEgIO-RAM)is proposed to highlight the critical feature regions and inhibit useless and fake ***,an object detection network based You Only Look Once(YOLO)v2 is established to achieve fast HIF detection and section *** obtained results from the simulation of the proposed approach on three different distribution networks and one realistic distribution network verify that the proposed method is highly effective in terms of reliability and generalization.

To efficiently decrease ablation heat accumulation and improve the ability of ZrC-SiC/TaC coatings to protect carbon/carbon(C/C)composites,a thermally conductive nanonetwork with a ceramic@carbon core-shell structure was designed and ***-derived SiC/TaC with a graphene carbon shell was synthesized and introduced into a ZrC coating by supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying(SAPS).graphene shell paths increased the heat transfer capability by lowering the surface temperature to approximately 200℃during oxyacetylene *** heat dissipation of the graphene shell in the ZrC-SiC/TaC@C coating reduced the volatilization of low-melting-point phases and delayed the sintering of ZrO_(2) ***,the graphene shell in ZrC-SiC/TaC@C coating decreased the mass and linear ablation rates by 91.4%and 93.7%compared to ZrC-SiC/TaC coating,*** work provided a constructive idea for improving the ablation resistance of the coatings by incorporating carbon nanomaterials as a function of heat dissipation.

This study employs similar simulation testing and discrete element simulation coupling to analyze the failure and deformation processes of a model coal seam's *** caving area of the overburden rock is divided into three zones:the delamination fracture zone,broken fracture zone,and compaction *** caving and fracture zones'heights are approximately 110 m above the coal seam,with a maximum subsidence of 11 *** delamination fracture zone's porosity range is between 0.2 and 0.3,while the remainder of the roof predominantly exhibits a porosity of less than *** addition,the numerical model's stress analysis revealed that the overburden rock's displacement zone forms an'arch-beam'structure starting from 160 m,with the maximum and minimum stress values decreasing as the distance of advancement *** the stress beam interval of the overburden rock,the maximum value changes periodically as the advancement distance *** on a comparative analysis between observable data from on-site work and numerical simulation results,the stress data from the numerical simulation are essentially consistent with the actual results detected on-site,indicating the validity of the numerical simulation results.
