Iron-based catalysts have been widely used to treat refractory organic pollutants in *** this paper,magnetic co-γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)was synthesized by a facile tartaric acid-assisted hydrothermal method,and co-γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)/moS_(2) nanocomposite catalyst was obtained via in situ growth of moS_(2) nanosheets on co-γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)*** nanocomposite catalysts were used to decompose bisphenol A(BPA)by activating peroxymonosulfate(PmS).It was shown that only 0.15 g/L catalyst and 0.5 mmol/L PmS degraded 10 mg/L of BPA(99.3%within 10 min)in the pH range of 3–*** was activated due to redox cycling among the pairs co(III)/co(II),Fe(III)/Fe(II),and mo(VI)/mo(IV).Quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy demonstrated that both radical and non-radical pathways were involved in BPA degradation,in which active radical sulfate radical and non-radical singlet oxygen were the main reactive oxygen *** intermediates were identified by liquid chromatography-coupled mass spectrometry,and three possible BPA degradation pathways were *** toxicity of several degradation intermediates was lower,and co-γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)/moS_(2) exhibited excellent reusability and could be magnetically recovered.

metal(aluminum and boron)based energetic materials have been wildly applied in various fields including aerospace,explosives and micro-devices due to their high energy ***,the low combustion efficiency and reactivity of metal fuels,especially boron(B),severely limit their practical ***,multi-component 3d microspheres of HmX/B/Al/PTFE(HBA)have been designed and successfully prepared by emulsion and solvent evaporation method to achieve superior energy and combustion *** reactivity and energy output of HBA are systematically measured by ignitionburning test,constant-volume explosion vessel system and bomb *** to the increased interfacial contact and reaction area,HBA shows higher flame propagation rate,faster pressurization rate and larger combustion heat of 29.95 cm/s,1077 kPa/s,and 6164.43 J/g,which is 1.5 times,3.5 times,and 1.03 times of the physical mixed counterpart(HBA-P).meanwhile,HBA also shows enhanced energy output and reactivity than 3d microspheres of HmX/B/PTFE(HB)resulting from the high reactivity of *** reaction mechanism of 3d microspheres is comprehensively investigated through combustion emission spectral and thermal analysis(TG-dSc-mS).The superior reactivity and energy of HBA originate from the surface etching of fluorine to the inert shell(Al_(2)O_(3) and B_(2)O_(3))and the initiation effect of Al to *** work offers a promising approach to design and prepare high-performance energetic materials for the practical applications.

comprehensive Summary,The Pd-catalyzed dipolar cycloaddition represents a significant synthetic strategy for the construction of useful heterocyclic *** study developed the dipolar[4+2]and[6+2]cycloaddition reactions of benzo[d]isothiazole 1,1-dioxides(Bds)leading to the synthesis of Bd-fused 1,3-oxazinane and 1,3-oxazocane derivatives,*** particular,the synthesis of Bd-fused 1,3-oxazinanes demonstrated regio-and enantioselective characteristics,resulting in products with good yields,enantioselectivity and regioselectivity(if applicable).Furthermore,the[6+2]cycloaddition reaction developed in this work represented the first strategy for the synthesis of medium-sized ring compounds based on Bds.

The total synthesis of majusculamide d(1)was achieved from commercially available *** addition,we synthesized eight analogues including three stereoisomers of majusculamide d that differ in the fatty acid *** analogues including a simplified analogue 29 exhibited significant nanomolar-level Ic50 values against Panc-1 cells in mTT assays.A preliminary SAR analysis indicated that the hydroxyl group at c10 and c2−c3 unsaturated double bond of majusculamide d were essential in maintaining the high activity against Panc-1 cells and the orientation of c40-me and c42-me groups was tolerable.

Adversarial implementations of cryptographic primitives called kleptographic attacks cause the leakage of secret information. Subliminal channel attacks are one of the kleptographic attacks. In such attacks, backdoors are embedded in implementations of randomized algorithms to elaborately control randomness generation, such that the secrets will be leaked from biased outputs. To thwart subliminal channel attacks, double-splitting is a feasible solution, which splits the randomness generator of a randomized algorithm into two independent generators. In this paper, we instantiate double-splitting to propose a secure randomness generation algorithm dubbed SRG using two physically independent generators: ordinary and public randomness generators. Based on public blockchains, we construct the public randomness generator,which can be verified publicly. Hashes of a sufficient number of consecutive blocks that are newly confirmed on a blockchain are used to produce public randomness. In SRG, outputs from the two generators are taken as inputs of an immunization function. SRG accomplishes immunization against subliminal channel ***, we discuss the application strategies of SRG for symmetric and public-key encryption.

Fine-tuning of the electron-deficient unit in A-dA1d-A typed small-molecule acceptors (SmAs) plays a crucial role in developing efficient SmAs for organic solar cells (OScs).Here,we developed a SmA based on benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoxaline,designated as QW1,as well as three SmAs based on 1-methylindoline-2,3-dione,identified as QW2,QW3,and *** with QW2,QW1 displays slightly blue-shifted absorption spectra and a lower LUmO energy level due to the stronger electron-withdrawing capability of BTQx in contrast to *** the other hand,the introduction of a bromine atom in QW3 and QW4 causes a blue shift in absorption and a reduction in the LUmO energy level compared to *** functional theory analysis reveals that QW1 exhibits the best molecular planarity,which endows QW1 with larger electron mobility and tighter molecular ***,Pm6:QW1 device affords a better efficiency of 15.63% than those of the devices based on QW2 (14.25%),QW3 (13.21%) and QW4 (15.03%).moreover,the QW4-based device yields the highest open-circuit voltage of 0.933 V,and the Pm6:L8-BO:QW4 ternary device realizes a PcE of 19.03%.Overall,our work demonstrates that regulation of electron-deficient central units is an effective strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of the resulting A-dA1d-A SmAs.

developing efficient and long wavelength sensitive unimolecular photoinitiators(PIs)is still facing a great *** this work,a series of thioxanthone-based N-hydroxyphthalimide esters(TX-NHPIEs)were synthesized by installing NHPIEs along the TX backbone and *** investigated TX-NHPIEs have a 60 nm redshift and demonstrate sterling initiating efficiency for free radical photopolymerization(FRP)under LEd@450 nm light irradiation compared with the commercialized isopropylthioxanthone(ITX).Real-time1Hnuclear magnetic resonance(1H NmR),electron spin resonance(ESR),decarboxylation and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(Gc–mS)experiments and density functional theory(dFT)reveal that TX-NHPIEs can generate one alkyl radical and one N-centered iminyl radical,which can initiate FRP directly and indirectly,*** other words,TX-NHPIEs absorb one photon and can generate two active radicals,which break through the limitations of common ***-NHPIE-cpe demonstrates the highest initiating efficiency,and its application in coatings and 3d printing was also studied,indicating TX-NHPIEs have broad potential applications in photopolymerization processes.

Neurodegenerative diseases (Nds)， mainly including Alzheimer’s disease， Parkinson’s disease， and multiple sclerosis， represent a major public health challenge with the steady increase of aging population worldwide. Emerging evidence has revealed the key role of the microbiota-gut-brain axis in the pathogenesis of Nds. diet is one of the most important environmental factors shaping the structure and function of gut microbiota. manipulating the gut microbiota through specific diet patterns may represent a promising approach for Nds prevention. In this review， we highlight gut microbiota variations in Nds， outline several crucial signaling pathways of the gut-brain communication， and discuss the interplay of nutrients-microbes and biological effect of diet-derived microbial metabolites on neural physiology. In particular， we summarized the current knowledge about the application of dietary patterns in Nds to prevent disease progression via the modulation of the gut microbiota. Our study provides novel insights on the diet-microbiota-gut-brain axis in neurodegenerative disorders and highlights the potential of developing microbiome-targeted personalized dietary intervention for Nds management.
