The development of neurodegenerative diseases is closely related to the disruption of central nervous system ***,as innate immune cells,play important roles in the maintenance of central nervous system homeostasis,injury response,and neurodegenerative *** has been considered.a.metabolic waste product,but recent studies are revealing ever more of the physiological functions of *** is an important pathway in lactate function and is involved in glycolysis-related functions,macrophage polarization,neuromodulation,and.a.giogenesis and has also been implicated in the development of various *** review provides an overview of the lactate metabolic and homeostatic regulatory processes involved in microglia lactylation,histone versus non-histone lactylation,and therapeutic approaches targeting ***,we summarize the current research on microglia lactylation in central nervous system diseases.A deeper understanding of the metabolic regulatory mechanisms of microglia lactylation will provide more options for the treatment of central nervous system diseases.

The title compound, 3-[2-（4-fluoro-phenyl）-ethyl]-5-methyl-4-hydroxyl-4-methyl- 7-methylsulfanyl-3,4-dihydro-pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidine-8-carbonitrile, has been prepared.a.d detemined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.8754（8）, b = 10.2617（12）, c = 13.3491（16） A, α = 93.163（2）, β = 96.704（2）, γ = 102.421（2）°, V= 910.35（19）A^3, Z= 2, Mr= 370.44, dc= 1.351 g/cm^3,μ = 0.203 mm^-1,F（000） = 388, the final R = 0.0573 and wR = 0.1497. X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine and pyrimidine rings are almost coplanar.

3d.a.omic-scale growth characteristics of {10-12} twin in magnesium

In this work,we carried out three-dimensional(3d.a.omic-scale study on the growth characteristics of{10-12}twin in magnesium(Mg).The study was performed by Md simulations on Mg single crystals with an initial twin nucleus structures.A detailed.a.omistic analysis reveals that a stabilized 3d{10-12}twin nucleus is bounded by basal/prismatic(BP)interfaces,prismatic/basal(PB)interfaces,and{10-11}***,a{10-12}twin boundary(TB)occurs at the junction of the BP and PB interface with the growth of the twin *** this process,two twinning mechanisms are involved.a.pure-shuffle mechanism in which{10-11}interface migration along the[11-20]direction is med.a.ed by atomic shuffle,and.a.glide-shuffle mechanism in which BP/PB and{10-12}TB movements are realized by the migration of disconnections along the relevant *** addition,we systematically investigate the stress state associated with the activation of twinning,aiming to discover the intrinsic relationship of the elastic stress field to twin growth on an atomic *** results suggest that the elastic stress in the matrix is an important driving force for twin growth,much similar to what stress does for a *** addition,it is rather remarkable that the{10-11}interface has a greater ability to migrate than other interfaces,and this is thought to be a main factor for the rapid growth of a{10-12}twin.

Self-enhancing photothermal conversion of 2d Weyl semimetal WTe_(2)with topological surface states for efficient solar vapor generation

To improve the performance of solar energy-driven water generation,two-dimensional(2d)photothermal materials requisite to be optimized by some strategies such as alloying,combination of plasmonic and defect ***,the challenges faced in practical utilization are the complex preparation process and insufficient solar spectrum ***,we propose a strategy of self-enhancing photothermal performance induced by topological surface states(TSSs).2d WTe_(2)is fabricated on the mixed cellulose ester(MCE)for photothermal *** to the MCE and pure water,WTe_(2)@MCE has an excellent photothermal evaporation rate of 1.09 kg·m^(−2)·h^(−1)upon 1 sun irrad.a.ion,promoting 6.1 and 3.1 times,*** can be attributed to the characteristics of 2d Weyl semimetal WTe_(2)with TSSs bringing about high optical absorption capacity,low thermal diffusivity,specific heat capacity,and high carrier density,which are strongly proved by experiments and *** importantly,the contribution of TSSs to the enhancement of optical absorption for efficient solar water generation is revealed by the comparative experiment between 2d WTe_(2)with TSSs and that without ***,photothermal conversion mechanism is explored in-depth understanding that the photoexcited electrons recombinate with the holes through nonrad.a.ive mode for releasing thermal energy by phonons emission via multiple *** work promotes the application of Weyl semimetal material with TSSs in solar water evaporation.

Experimental research on nonlinear characteristics of natural convection in a 3-d shallow cavity

Experiments were conducted to study the temperature field,flow field,3-d characteristics and self-sustained oscillation of the natural air convection in a 3-d shallow cavity which was heated from underneath. The experiments were conducted by the methods of laser holographic interferometry photography and smoke visualization. To ensure the temperature of both plates to be constant and the accuracy of laser interferometer,the instrument was calibrated.a.d error has was analyzed. The results showed that the flow field was stable at lower Rayleigh numbers. When the Rayleigh number increased,the flow field became instable and the isotherms distorted. The rolls merged.a. Ra=12500 and formed.a.ong both axes when Ra was over 18500. The air rose from the middle and descended in the circumference while the flow field.a.d heat transfer converted to 3-d characteristic from 2-d characteristic. When the Rayleigh number increased,the flow field became more instable. The rolls became irregular and time dependent when Ra≥Rac(=30500) ,which is nonlinear. When lateral walls were heated or cooled,the rolls merged.a.ong the long axis and two rolls formed.a.ong the short axis. Three rolls formed occasionally in the process.

BACKGROUNd Vitamin d is an essential fat-soluble secosteroid hydroxylated by the liver to form the intermed.a.e metabolite calcidiol{25-hydroxy vitamin d[25(OH)d]},which is a reliable indicator to investigate individ.a. vitamin d ***-d-binding protein(VdBP)is a multifunctional glycoprotein mainly synthesized in the liver and the major transport protein for vitamin d.a.d its *** vitamin d.a.d VdBP are both associated with hepatitis ***,few studies have reported the relationship and clinical significance of vitamin d.a.d VdBP with hepatitis B virus(HBV)replication and hepatic fibrosis in children with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).AIM To explore vitamin d.a.d VdBP serum levels in children with CHB and the association of vitamin d.a.d VdBP with HBV replication and hepatic *** We enrolled 204 children with CHB admitted to Hunan Children’Hospital in summer and.a.tumn between 2018 and 2019 and 170 healthy *** patients included:164 hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)positive and 40 HBeAg negative;193 hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)positive and 11 HBsAg negative;164 with detectable HBV deoxyribonucleic acid(d.a.and 40 with undetectable HBV d.a.131 with HBV genotype B and 23 with HBV genotype C;and 27 without hepatic fibrosis and 97 with hepatic *** levels of 25(OH)d,VdBP,liver function markers,and other clinical parameters were collected to analyze their association with vitamin d.a.d ***-Whitney U test,Kruskal-Wallis H test,or t test was used to analyze serum 25(OH)d.a.d VdBP levels in different *** rank correlation test was utilized to analyze the correlation of 25(OH)d.a.d VdBP with other *** significant factors determined by univariate analysis were further analyzed by binary multivariate logistic regression analysis.Pdered statistically *** Children with CHB had lower serum 25(OH)d(56.64±17.89 nmoL/L)and VdBP[122.40(70.74-262.84μg/L)]levels than hea
