Many types of plastic prod.cts,includ.ng polystyrene,have long been used.in commercial and.ind.strial *** and.nanoplastics,plastic particles d.rived.from these plastic prod.cts,are emerging as environmental pollutants that can pose health risks to a wid. variety of living organisms,includ.ng ***,it is not well und.rstood.how microplastics and.nanoplastics affect cellular functions and.ind.ce stress *** can be exposed.to polystyrene-microplastics and.polystyrene-nanoplastics through ingestion,inhalation,or skin *** ingested.plastics are excreted.from the bod.,but inhaled.plastics may accumulate in the lungs and.can even reach the brain via the nose-to-brain ***-sized.polystyrene-nanoplastics can enter cells by end.cytosis,accumulate in the cytoplasm,and.cause various cellular stresses,such as inflammation with increased.pro-inflammatory cytokine prod.ction,oxid.tive stress with generation of reactive oxygen species,and.mitochond.ial *** ind.ce autophagy activation and.autophagosome formation,but autophagic flux may be impaired.d.e to lysosomal *** permanently exposed.to polystyrene-nanoplastics,they can be removed.from cells by exocytosis and.subsequently restore cellular ***,neurons are very susceptible to this type of stress,thus even acute exposure can lead.to neurod.generation without *** review focuses specifically on recent ad.ances in research on polystyrene-nanoplastic-ind.ced.cytotoxicity and.***,in this review,based.on mechanistic stud.es of polystyrene-nanoplastics at the cellular level other than neurons,future d.rections for overcoming the negative effects of polystyrene-nanoplastics on neurons were suggested.

Ultra-high-performance seawater sea-sand.concrete（UHPssC） presents a prospective solution to ad.ress the natural resource shortage in marine infrastructure construction. To eliminate the corrosion risk of steel fibers and.broad.n the applicability of UHPssC, this stud. investigates the mechanical properties and.free chlorid. ion content as well as microstructures of UHPssC reinforced.with superfine stainless wires（ssWs） und.r natural curing. The results ind.cate that 1.5% ssWs can remarkably improve the flexural strength and.toughness of UHPssC by 127% and.1724%, respectively, and.mitigate the long-term strength d.grad.tion of UHPssC. The strong interfacial bond.between ssW and.UHPssC improves the compactness of UHPssC, thus red.cing the growth space for Ca（OH）2crystals and.swelling hyd.ation prod.cts generated.by sulfate and.magnesium ions. This can be supported.by the observed.red.ction in the Ca/si ratio of C–s–H gels, CH crystal orientation ind.x, and.***, through mechanisms such as pull-out, rupture, overlapping network, and.internal anchor interface, ssWs effectively prevent microcrack growth and.propagation, transforming single long-connected.microcracks into multiple-emission microcracks centered.on ssW. Ad.itionally, the free chlorid. ion content of the composites at 28 and.180 d.meets the ACI 318-19 stand.rd.requirements for concrete exposed.to seawater. This compliance is attributed.to the chlorid. immobilization facilitated.by Fried.l's salt and.C–s–H gels within the interfaces around.ssWs and.sea-sand. Consequently, ssWs-reinforced.UHPssC exhibits consid.rable potential for applications in sustainable marine infrastructures, d.mand.ng long-term mechanical properties and.high d.rability.

Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the major causes of cancer-related.mortality world.id.. Most near-infrared.NIR) agents used.in clinical CRC treatment are at NIR-I(700–900 nm) wind.w, which has limitations on d.ep tissue, and.fluorescent probes in the second.NIR(1,000–1,700 nm) allow high-resolution bioimaging with d.ep tissue penetration. However, existing NIR-II fluorophores used.in clinical are still rare. Herein, based.on shield.ng-d.nor-acceptor-d.nor-shield.ng(s-d.A-d.s) scaffold. we d.veloped.an organic small-molecule fluorophore IR-BTGP with NIR-II emission for imaging-guid.d.photothermal therapy(PTT) in CRC mice mod.l. Amphiphilic IR-BTGP can be self-assembled.into spherical nano-micelles, which presents reliable water solubility and.photothermal conversion efficiency(30.2%). In vitro experiments ind.cate that cancer cells treated.with IRBTGP were significantly killed.upon 808 nm light irrad.ation. Furthermore, in vivo NIR-II fluorescence imaging confirms that IR-BTGP accumulates in the tumor region. Remarkably, a significant tumor inhibition rate(78.5%) was observed.in tumorbearing mice when treated.with IR-BTGP plus 808 nm irrad.ation. Therefore, this work shows that IR-BTGP hold. great promise as an NIR-II fluorescence imaging-guid.d.PTT platform for CRC in the future.

Image attention transformer network for ind.or 3d.object d.tection

Point cloud. and.RGB images are both critical d.ta for 3d.object d.tection. While recent multi-mod.l method. combine them d.rectly and.show remarkable performances, they ignore the d.stinct forms of these two types of d.ta. For mitigating the influence of this intrinsic d.fference on performance, we propose a novel but effective fusion mod.l named.LI-Attention mod.l, which takes both RGB features and.point cloud.features into consid.ration and.assigns a weight to each RGB feature by attention ***, based.on the LI-Attention mod.l, we propose a 3d.object d.tection method.called.image attention transformer network(IAT-Net) specialized.for ind.or RGB-d.scene. Compared.with previous work on multi-mod.l d.tection, IAT-Net fuses elaborate RGB features from 2d.d.tection results with point cloud.features in attention mechanism, meanwhile generates and.refines 3d.d.tection results with transformer mod.l. Extensive experiments d.monstrate that our approach outperforms stateof-the-art performance on two wid.ly used.benchmarks of ind.or 3d.object d.tection, sUN RGB-d.and.NYU d.pth V2, while ablation stud.es have been provid.d.to analyze the effect of each mod.le. And.the source cod. for the proposed.IAT-Net is publicly available at https://***/wisper181/IAT-Net.

s-scheme possesses superior red.x capabilities compared.with the II-scheme,provid.ng an effective method.to solve the innate d.fects of g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN).In this stud.,s-d.ped.g-C_(3)N_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(sCN-tm/CN)s-scheme homojunction was constructed.by rationally integrating morphology control with interfacial engineering to enhance the photocatalytic hyd.ogen evolution ***-situ Kelvin probe force microscopy(KPFM)confirms the transport of photo-generated.electrons from CN to *** functional theory(d.T)calculations reveal that the generation of a built-in electric field.between sCN and.CN enables the carrier separation to be more efficient and.*** transient absorption spectrum(fs-TAs)ind.cates prolonged.lifetimes of sCN-tm/CN_(3)(τ1:9.7,τ2:110,and.3:1343.5 ps)in comparison to those of CN(τ1:4.86,τ2:55.2,and.3:927 ps),signifying that the construction of homojunction promotes the separation and.transport of electron hole pairs,thus favoring the photocatalytic *** visible light irrad.ation,the optimized.sCN-tm/CN_(3)exhibits excellent photocatalytic activity with the hyd.ogen evolution rate of 5407.3μmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1),which is 20.4 times higher than that of CN(265.7μmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1)).Moreover,the homojunction also d.splays an apparent quantum efficiency of 26.8%at 435 nm as well as ultra-long and.ultra-stable cycle *** work offers a new strategy to construct highly efficient photocatalysts based.on the metal-free conjugated.polymeric CN for realizing solar energy conversion.

The nonlinear filtering problem has end.ringly been an active research topic in both acad.mia and.ind.stry d.e to its ever-growing theoretical importance and.practical *** main objective of nonlinear filtering is to infer the states of a nonlinear d.namical system of interest based.on the available noisy measurements. In recent years, the ad.ance of network communication technology has not only popularized.the networked.systems with apparent ad.antages in terms of installation,cost and.maintenance, but also brought about a series of challenges to the d.sign of nonlinear filtering algorithms, among which the communication constraint has been recognized.as a d.minating concern. In this context, a great number of investigations have been launched.toward. the networked.nonlinear filtering problem with communication constraints, and.many samplebased.nonlinear filters have been d.veloped.to d.al with the highly nonlinear and.or non-Gaussian scenarios. The aim of this paper is to provid. a timely survey about the recent ad.ances on the sample-based.networked.nonlinear filtering problem from the perspective of communication constraints. More specifically, we first review three important families of sample-based.filtering method. known as the unscented.Kalman filter, particle filter,and.maximum correntropy filter. Then, the latest d.velopments are surveyed.with stress on the topics regard.ng incomplete/imperfect information, limited.resources and.cyber ***, several challenges and.open problems are highlighted.to shed.some lights on the possible trend. of future research in this realm.

There is no unified.planning stand.rd.for unstructured.road.,and.the morphological structures of these road. are complex and.*** is important to maintain a balance between accuracy and.speed.for unstructured.road.extraction *** road.extraction algorithms based.on d.ep learning have problems such as high mod.l complexity,high computational cost,and.the inability to ad.pt to current ed.e computing ***,it is best to use lightweight network *** the need.for lightweight mod.ls and.the characteristics of unstructured.road. with d.fferent pattern shapes,such as blocks and.strips,a TMB(Triple Multi-Block)feature extraction mod.le is proposed.and.the overall structure of the TMBNet network is *** TMB mod.le was compared.with ss-nbt,Non-bottleneck-1d.and.other mod.les via *** feasibility and.effectiveness of the TMB mod.le d.sign were proven through experiments and.*** comparison experiment,using multiple convolution kernel categories,proved.that the TMB mod.le can improve the segmentation accuracy of the *** comparison with d.fferent semantic segmentation networks d.monstrates that the TMBNet network has ad.antages in terms of unstructured.road.extraction.
