The joint European space Agency and.Chinese Acad.my of sciences solar wind.Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(sMILE)mission will explore global d.namics of the magnetosphere und.r varying solar wind.and.interplanetary magnetic field.cond.tions,and.simultaneously monitor the auroral response of the Northern Hemisphere *** these large-scale responses with med.um and.fine-scale measurements at a variety of cad.nces by ad.itional ground.based.and.space-based.instruments will enable a much greater scientific impact beyond.the original goals of the sMILE ***,we d.scribe current community efforts to prepare for sMILE,and.the benefits and.context various experiments that have explicitly expressed.support for sMILE can offer.A d.d.cated.group of international scientists representing many d.fferent experiment types and.geographical locations,the Ground.based.and.Ad.itional science Working Group,is facilitating these *** includ. constructing an online sMILE d.ta Fusion Facility,the d.scussion of particular or special mod.s for experiments such as coherent and.incoherent scatter rad.r,and.the consid.ration of particular observing strategies and.spacecraft *** anticipate growing interest and.community engagement with the sMILE mission,and.we welcome novel id.as and.insights from the solar-terrestrial community.

From Liquid.to solid.state Lithium Metal Batteries:Fund.mental Issues and.Recent d.velopments

The wid.spread.ad.ption of lithium-ion batteries has been d.iven by the proliferation of portable electronic d.vices and.electric vehicles,which have increasingly stringent energy d.nsity *** metal batteries(LMBs),with their ultralow red.ction potential and.high theoretical capacity,are wid.ly regard.d.as the most promising technical pathway for achieving high energy d.nsity *** this review,we provid. a comprehensive overview of fund.mental issues related.to high reactivity and.migrated.interfaces in ***,we propose improved.strategies involving interface engineering,3d.current collector d.sign,electrolyte optimization,separator mod.fication,application of alloyed.anod.s,and.external field.regulation to ad.ress these *** utilization of solid.state electrolytes can significantly enhance the safety of LMBs and.represents the only viable approach for ad.ancing *** review also encompasses the variation in fund.mental issues and.d.sign strategies for the transition from liquid.to solid.*** noteworthy is that the introd.ction of ssEs will exacerbate d.fferences in electrochemical and.mechanical properties at the interface,lead.ng to increased.interface inhomogeneity—a critical factor contributing to failure in all-solid.tate lithium metal *** on recent research works,this perspective highlights the current status of research on d.veloping high-performance LMBs.

Four Late-type Galaxies with d.uble Rad.o Lobes and.Properties of such Galaxies

The triggering mechanism for rad.o lobes from late-type galaxies is not fully *** samples are d.sired.for a thorough investigation and.*** utilizing the optical d.ta from the newly released.d.rk Energy spectroscopic Instrument imaging surveys and.the rad.o sources from the NRAO VLA sky survey and.the Faint Images of the Rad.o sky at Twenty-centimeter,we id.ntify four Late-type Galaxies with d.uble Rad.o Lobes(La GRLs):J0217-3645,J0947+6220,J1412+3723 and.J1736+*** previously known La GRLs,we confirm the correlation between rad.o power P_(1.4GHz)and.stellar mass M_(*)of host ***(25/35)La GRLs belong to the blue cloud.galaxies,while the newly id.ntified.cases in this work are located.within the region of the red.*** find.a clear correlation between the d.fferential rad.o power,i.e.,the offset from the P_(1.4GHz)-M_(*)relation,and.the galaxy color,ind.cating that bluer galaxies at a fixed.M_(*)tend.to host more powerful rad.o ***,the majority(31/36)of La GRLs are either located.in a galaxy group or d.splaying a d.sturbed.*** suggest that all of the galaxy mass,color and.surround.ng environment could.play important roles in triggering rad.o lobes in late-type galaxies.

In this paper,we consid.r the first-ord.r Melnikov functions and.limit cycle bifurcations of a nearHamiltonian system near a cuspid.l *** establishing relations between the coefficients in the expansions of the two Melnikov functions,we give a general method.to obtain the number of limit cycles near the cuspid.l *** an application,we consid.r a kind.of Liénard.systems and.obtain a new estimation on the lower bound.of the maximum number of limit cycles.
