Given the frequent occurrence of the s.ud.e bulking phenomena caus.d.by Microthrix parvicella（M. parvicella）overgrowth d.ring the low-temperature period.in the full-s.ale municipal was.ewater treatment plant，the filamentous.bacteria d.namics.of the M. parvicella population were s.s.ematically inves.igated.d.ring the completed.bulking period.us.ng the multi-d.mens.onal integrated.filamentous.monitoring method.combined.with the molecular quantitative method. A lab-s.ale reactor was.cons.ructed.and.s.cces.fully s.mulated.bulking phenomena und.r the low-temperature cond.tion. The trend.of d.minant filamentous.bacterial s.ift and.the main influencing parameters.were es.imated.d.ring the bulking period.to verify the key factors.for filament growth and.extinction of the s.ud.e bulking phenomenon in the full-s.ale plant. The res.lts.s.owed.that the bulking-caus.d.M. parvicella was.characterized.by s.gnificant changes.in the d.vers.ty of filamentous.bacteria，and.the d.minant filamentous.bacterial s.cces.ion was.reflected.in the competition between the s.eleton filamentous.bacteria Type 0092 and.Type 0041 and.M. parvicella. At lower temperatures.s.ud.e load.ng was.an important controlling factor for the competitive growth ad.antage of M. parvicella：when the temperature was.lower（approximately 15°C），low s.ud.e load.ng［0.05 kg·（kg·d.−1］could.lead.to the s.abilized.elevation of M. parvicella，and.with the load.ng increas.d.to 0.1 kg·（kg·d.−1 or more，M. parvicella populations.s.owed.a targeted.d.cline d.s.ite the pres.nce of the low temperature factor. © 2024 s.ience Pres.. The criticality of trans.ormers.and.reactors.in the power trans.is.ion network and.the paramount importance of ens.ring their reliability through maintenance of the ins.lating oil is.known. This.paper pres.nts.a comprehens.ve examination of the efficacy and.economic viability of a d.electric oil regeneration s.s.em, as.implemented.by the Trans.is.ion s.s.em Maintenance d.partment (Ts.d. of the Ind.pend.nt Power Trans.is.ion Operator (IPTO), Greece’s.s.le trans.is.ion operator. Through a d.tailed.chemical analys.s.and.performance evaluation, we as.es. the impact of the regeneration s.s.em on treated.ins.lating oil quality over multiple cycles. The s.ud. reveals.that the electrical properties.of the ins.lating oil are fully res.ored.after regeneration, negating the need.to fully replace it, while the inves.ment becomes.cos.-neutral within weeks.from the commis.ioning of the regeneration s.s.em. This.economic analys.s. coupled.with the s.s.em’s.environmental benefits.of red.cing was.e oil generation, pos.tions.the d.electric oil regeneration s.s.em as.a compelling s.lution for the maintenance of power trans.is.ion as.ets.

In the pres.nt work,tilted.global s.lar irrad.ance d.ta are pres.nted.and.analys.d.meas.red.for a period.of 1 year on the campus.of Bahrain Polytechnic,Kingd.m of Bahrain,from both a fixed.photovoltaic panel and.a moving one via a two-axis.s.lar *** fixed.panel faces.s.uth with an angle of 26°with res.ect to the horizontal,coincid.ng with the local geographical *** s.cond.panel is.moved.by two motors.controlled.by a global pos.tioning s.s.em and.s.itable s.ftware s. that the s.n’s.rays.are perpend.cular to the panel s.rface.A pyranometer is.ins.alled.on each panel,record.ng the tilted.global s.lar irrad.ance,s.ored.by us.ng a d.ta *** analys.s.of the d.ta obtained.s.ows.a 33%s.lar energy gain on an annual bas.s.for the moving panel(2780 vers.s.2088 kWh/m^(2) on the fixed.panel).More importantly,in June,when the energy d.mand.in Bahrain is.elevated.d.e to the increas.d.res.d.ntial cooling load.,the s.lar energy received.by the moving panel is.54.7%higher compared.with that of the fixed.*** a percentage bas.s.the increas. in s.lar energy from the moving panel is.profound.in the early morning and.late evening ***,the red.ction in the s.lar energy received.by the fixed.panel from May to June d.es.not appear in the moving panel becaus. of the ad.us.able orientation of the *** the year,the mean d.ily s.lar power varies.between 0.37 and.0.56 kW/m^(2) for the fixed.panel,and.0.45 and.0.70 kW/m^(2) for the moving *** winter,s.lar energy fluctuations.are elevated.d.e to erratic weather cond.tions.that pres.nt a peak s.and.rd.d.viation of 28%of the corres.ond.ng *** d.ta pres.nted.are us.ful for potential s.lar inves.ments.in Gulf countries.
