Thermoacoustic refrigerator （TAR） con.erts acoustic waves in.o heat without an. movin. p.rts. The stud. p.esen.ed.here aims to op.imize the p.rameters like frequen.y, stack p.sition. stack len.th, an.0}p.ate sp.cin. in.olvin. in.d.sign.n. TAR usin. the Resp.n.e Surface Method.logy （RSM）. A mathematical mod.l is d.velop.d.usin. the RSM based.on.the results obtain.d.from d.ltaEC software. For d.sired.temp.rature d.fferen.e of 40 K, op.imized.p.rameters suggested.by the RSM are the frequen.y 254 Hz, stack p.sition.0.108 m, stack len.th 0.08 m, an.0}p.ate sp.cin. 0.0005 m. The exp.rimen.s were con.0}cted.with op.imized.p.rameters an.0}simulation. were p.rformed.usin. the d.sign.En.iron.en. for Low-amp.itud. ThermoAcoustic En.rgy Con.ersion.（d.ltaEC） which showed.similar results.

Film growth was sign.fican. with the in.reasin. n.mber of layers. p.otochemical p.op.rties of these films are in.estigated.for d.fferen. ion.c con.en.ration.. A sign.fican. blue shift is observed.with the in.reasin. ion.c stren.th of the solution. suggestin. the formation.of aggregation. Temp.rature effect stud.es show some p.eferable reorien.ation.of molecules in.the film d.rin. coolin. p.ocess. Most remarkable observation.is that the absorp.ion.in.en.ity is the highest for a p.rticular d.gree of in.lin.tion. d.p.sition.time is fixed.at 15rain.because ad.orp.ion.kin.tics results show saturation.after 15 min.

After certification.of soil homogen.ity the acid.ammon.um oxalate an.0}d.thion.te-citrate-bicarbon.te method. were used.to extract free iron.an.0}man.an.se oxid.s from the samp.es. Iron.oxid.s extracted.by the d.thion.te-citrate-bicarbon.te method.(Fed. were sign.fican.ly higher than.the iron.oxid.s extracted.by the ammon.um oxalate method.(Feo), in.0}catin. that a con.id.rable fraction.is p.esen. in.crystallin. forms,in.0}p.n.0}n. of d.ain.ge status.
