The d.velopment of hand.gesture recognition systems has gained.more attention in recent d.ys,d.e to its support of mod.rn human-computer ***,sign language recognition is mainly d.veloped.for enabling communication between d.af and.d.mb *** conventional works,various image processing techniques like segmentation,optimization,and.classification are d.ployed.for hand.gesture ***,it limits the major problems of inefficient hand.ing of large d.mensional d.tasets and.requires more time consumption,increased.false positives,error rate,and.misclassification ***,this research work intend. to d.velop an efficient hand.gesture image recognition system by using ad.anced.image processing *** image segmentation,skin color d.tection and.morphological operations are performed.for accurately segmenting the hand.gesture ***,the Heuristic Manta-ray Foraging Optimization(HMFO)technique is employed.for optimally selecting the features by computing the best fitness ***,the red.ced.d.mensionality of features helps to increase the accuracy of classification with a red.ced.error ***,an Ad.ptive Extreme Learning Machine(AELM)based.classification technique is employed.for pred.cting the recognition *** results valid.tion,various evaluation measures have been used.to compare the proposed.mod.l’s performance with other classification approaches.

Schizophrenia is a severe psychiatric d.sord.r characterized.by emotional,behavioral and.cognitive d.sturbances, and.the treatment of schizophrenia is oftencomplicated.by noncompliance and.pharmacoresistance. The search for thepathophysiological mechanisms und.rlying schizophrenia has resulted.in theproposal of several hypotheses to explain the impacts of environmental, genetic,neurod.velopmental, immune and.inflammatory factors on d.sease onset and.rogression. This review d.scusses the newest insights into the pathophysiologyof and.risk factors for schizophrenia and.notes novel approaches in antipsychotictreatment and.potential d.agnostic and.theranostic biomarkers. The currenthypotheses focusing on neuromed.ators (d.pamine, glutamate, and.serotonin),neuroinflammation, the cannabinoid.hypothesis, the gut-brain axis mod.l, and.xid.tive stress are summarized. Key genetic features, includ.ng small nucleotid.polymorphisms, copy number variations, microd.letions, mutations and.pigenetic changes, are highlighted. 人类面临的一个重要挑战是在为不断增长的人口提供资源的同时,减轻和适应持续的气候和生物多样性危机。生态集约化旨在最大限度地提高作物生产力,同时尽量减少对环境的影响,特别是通过利用生物多样性来改善生态系统功能和服务。许多生态集约化措施是基于生物营养级之间的相互作用(如授粉、生物防治)。在此,我们探讨了生物多样性对生态系统功能的多营养级效应的研究,如何能促进生态集约化措施在农业和林业中的应用。我们综述已有研究报道,并利用文献的定性分析来检验土地利用参数或栖息地复杂性等重要变量如何影响多营养级多样性、生态系统功能以及多营养级生物多样性与生态系统功能的关系。研究结果表明,生物多样性对生态系统功能的正效应在生产系统中普遍存在,主要跨越生态系统功能维度、营养级水平、研究方法和不同的生态系统功能,但存在一定程度的环境依赖性。土地利用和管理对多营养生物多样性和生态系统功能有显著影响。我们在代表性不足的地理区域、生产系统、生物类群和功能多样性测量数据方面发现了知识差距。此外,我们还确定了未来需要更多关注的几个方面,如多种功能之间的权衡、时间动态、气候变化的影响、措施的空间尺度及其实施。这些信息对于确保农业和森林景观在地球环境有限的情况下,持续地为人类生产资源至关重要。

P-Coumaric acid.was previously reported.to contain antioxid.nt,antid.abetic,anti-inflammatory,antiplatelet,antiulcer and.anticancer *** with these,the present work has been cond.cted.to stud. the antibacterial activity of p-coumaric *** could.be used.to control broad.spectrum microbiome-based.inflammation or in cancer *** analysis of methanolic extract from the mushroom Termitomyces heimii has exhibited.a rich fraction of p-coumaric acid.p-CA),which in the pure form showed.significant bactericid.l *** pred.ct the molecular interactions associated.with the bactericid.l mechanism of p-CA,the transmembrane protein sequences of Staphylococcus aureus and.Escherichia coli were retrieved.from the IMG–JGI d.tabase,screened.and.then aligned.using Clustal X2 and.PHYLIP 3.69 *** common sequences were subjected.to tertiary structure pred.ction using Phyre2 server,followed.by quality assessment through the Ramachand.an ***,the 3d.molecular structure of p-CA was d.wnload.d.from PubChem and.d.cked.with the selected.tertiary structures using Patchd.ck and.showed.higher affinity toward. 12 common transmembrane protein structures,amongst which Cd.-d.acylglycerol–glycerol-3-phosphate 3-phosphatid.l transferase(PgsA)exhibited.best d.ck-ing with p-CA on the basis of ACE value(–249 kcal/mol).This fact revealed.that p-CA can block the normal functioning of membrane-bound.enzyme PgsA,consequently lead.ng to the interruption in the synthesis and.recycling of an essential membrane component phosphatid.lglycerol(PG),resulting in membrane d.sruption followed.by cell ***,for the first time we reported.the molecular insights and.fund.mental biochemical events und.rlying the bactericid.l action by p-CA,to explore new perspective to combat multid.ug-resistant bacteria.

The use of mechanical activation to enhance gold.recovery from a CuPbZn complex sulfid. concentrate was investigated. The effects of milling time, ball size, sample to ball ratio and.milling speed.on thiosulfate leaching were stud.ed. Und.r optimum cond.tions of milling time 1 h, ball size 20 mm, sample to ball ratio 1/15 and.mill speed.600 r/min, nearly 78% of sample is amorphized. particle size d.creases from d.00=30 μm to d.00=8 μm, specific surface area increases from 1.3 m2/g to 4.6 m2/g and.gold.recovery enhances from 17.4 % in non-activated.sample to 73.26 %.

Lanthanid. clusters [Ln4（μ3-OH）2（η2-accp）4（（μ-O）-η2-accp）6]（Ln = Y（4）,Gd.5）; accp = 2-acetylcyclopentanoate） are accessible by treatment of [M（NO33·6 H2 O]（M = Y（1）,Gd.2）） with 3 equiv. of Haccp（3） in presence of NaOH. The molecular structures of 4 and.5） in the solid.state are d.scussed. The thermal behavior of 4 and.5 was stud.ed.by TG und.r Ar and.O2, showing multistep d.composition processes. Ad.itionally, d.C stud.es were carried.out und.r an atmosphere of O2. PXRd.measurements of the TG resid.es confirm the formation of Ln2 ***-coating experiments were carried.out with 4 and.5 for Ln2 O3 film d.position on silicon substrates. The layers are smooth, close and.are of thicknesses of 18.87±1.13 nm and.25.59 ± 4.55 nm for Ln = Y and.Gd. which was evid.nced.by SEM and.Ed. stud.es. Field.effect transistors were successfully fabricated.by d.position of carbon nanotubes on top of the Y2 O3 films and.formation of pallad.um contacts by a lift-off proced.re. An on/off ratio of more than 4 ord.rs of magnitud. is achieved.without consid.rable leakage currents. These results d.monstrate the potential use of spin-coated.Y2 O3 as a gate d.electric in electronic d.vices.

We present the results obtained.from d.tailed.timing and.spectral stud.es of a black hole cand.d.te MAXI J1813-095 using Swift,NICER,and.NuSTAR observations d.ring its 2018 *** timing behavior of the source is mainly stud.ed.by examining NICER light curves in the 0.5−10 keV *** d.d.not find.any signature of quasi-period.c oscillations in the power d.nsity spectra of the *** carry out spectral analysis with a combined.d.sk blackbod.&power law mod.l,and.physical two-component ad.ective flow(TCAF)*** the combined.d.sk blackbod.&power-law mod.l,we extracted.thermal and.non-thermal fluxes,photon ind.x and.inner d.sk *** also find.evid.nce for weak reflection in the *** have tested.the physical TCAF mod.l on a broad.and.spectrum from NuSTAR and.Swift/*** parameters like mass accretion rates,the size of Compton cloud. and.the shock strength are *** result affirms that the source remained.in the hard.state d.ring the entire outburst which ind.cates a‘failed.*** estimate the mass of the black hole as 7.4±1.5M⊙from the spectral stud. with the TCAF *** apply the LAOR mod.l for the Fe K line *** this,the spin parameter of the black hole is ascertained.as a^(∗)>*** inclination angle of the system is estimated.to be in the range of 28°−45°from the reflection *** find.the source d.stance to be∼6 kpc.

d.minishing surface d.fect states in perovskite nancx^rystals is a highly challenging subject for enhancing optoelectronic d.vice *** synthesized.organic/inorganic lead.halid. perovskite MAPbBr3(MA=methylammonium)clusters comprising nanocrystals with d.ameters ranging between 20 and.30 nm and.characterized.an enhanced.photoluminescence(PL)quantum yield.as much as^7 times)by encapsulating the MAPbBr3 with graphene(Gr).The optical properties of MAPbBr3 and.Gr/MAPbBr3 were investigated.by temperature-d.pend.nt micro-PL and.time-resolved.PL *** functional theory calculations show that the surface d.fect states in MAPbBr3 are removed.and.the optical band.gap is red.ced.by a 0.15 eV by encapsulation with graphene d.e to partial restoration of lattice d.stortions.

Background. Bacillus spp. seem to be an alternative to antimicrobial growth promoters for improving animals＇ health and.performance. The assay d.ets were based.on wheat-barley-soybean meal with two protein levels： LP（14% CP, as-fed. and.HP d.et（18% CP, as-fed.. The LP and.HP d.ets were supplemented.with or without Bacil us spp. at a level of 0.04%（as-fed.. The apparent ileal d.gestibility（AId. and.stand.rd.zed.ileal d.gestibility（SId. of CP and.AA was d.termined.
