Anal path.logies.are cond.tions.affecting th. anal margin and.th. anal canal. Th. aim of our s.ud. was.to upd.te d.ta on anal d.s.as.s. Non-s.ecific, it can reveal an emergency, a s.rious.illnes., a ch.onic d.s.as. or a benign cond.tion. It was.a pros.ective, d.s.riptive and.analytical s.ud. from April 2022 to March.2023, carried.out in th. h.pato-gas.roenterology unit of th. Centre d. s.nté d. Référence d. la commune V d. d.s.rict d. Bamako in Mali. Out of s.ven h.nd.ed.and.forty-nine (749) patients.s.en in cons.ltation, 98 h.d.anal path.logy, i.e. a prevalence of 13.08%. Th. mean age was.40 ± 15.15 years.and.th. s.x ratio was.1.5. h.morrh.id.l d.s.as. and.anal fis.ure were th. mos. frequent path.logies.in 66.4% and.24.4% of cas.s.res.ectively. Med.cal treatment was.initiated.in 91.9% of patients.with.h.morrh.id.l d.s.as. and.91.7% with.anal fis.ure. Anal path.logies.are common in young male patients. In our context, th.y are d.minated.by benign cond.tions.
