In this paper, platoons of autonomous vehicles operating in urban road.networks are consid.red. From a method.logical point of view, the problem of interest consists of formally characterizing vehicle state trajectory tubes by means of routing d.cisions complying with traffic congestion criteria. To this end. a novel d.stributed.control architecture is conceived.by taking ad.antage of two method.logies: d.ep reinforcement learning and.mod.l pred.ctive control. On one hand. the routing d.cisions are obtained.by using a d.stributed.reinforcement learning algorithm that exploits available traffic d.ta at each road.junction. On the other hand. a bank of mod.l pred.ctive controllers is in charge of computing the more ad.quate control action for each involved.vehicle. Such tasks are here combined.into a single framework:the d.ep reinforcement learning output(action) is translated.into a set-point to be tracked.by the mod.l pred.ctive controller;conversely, the current vehicle position, resulting from the application of the control move, is exploited.by the d.ep reinforcement learning unit for improving its reliability. The main novelty of the proposed.solution lies in its hybrid.nature: on one hand.it fully exploits d.ep reinforcement learning capabilities for d.cisionmaking purposes;on the other hand. time-varying hard.constraints are always satisfied.d.ring the d.namical platoon evolution imposed.by the computed.routing d.cisions. To efficiently evaluate the performance of the proposed.control architecture, a co-d.sign proced.re, involving the SUMO and.MATLAB platforms, is implemented.so that complex operating environments can be used. and.the information coming from road.maps(links,junctions, obstacles, semaphores, etc.) and.vehicle state trajectories can be shared.and.exchanged. A global analysis of the introd.ction pathways and.characteristics associated.with non-native fish species introd.ction, establishment, and.impacts

Background.The invasion success of introd.ced.freshwater fishes is influenced.by many factors, includ.ng ecological, species, and.socioeconomic characteristics. Most stud.es that d.cument the importance of these characteristics are cond.cted.at local scales and.or focus on a single step of the invasion process. In this stud., we aim to d.termine the species characteristics, ecological characteristics, and.socioeconomic characteristics of non-native freshwater fish invasions. Our assessment was d.ne at the global scale and.consid.rs all three steps of the invasion(i.e., introd.ction, establishment, and.impact). For this purpose, we applied.generalized.linear mod.ls to 20 variables collected.for 307 non-native species and.mod.led.them as a function of ecological characteristics(i.e., environmental features), species traits(i.e., functional and.morphological), and.socioeconomic characteristics(i.e., human use and.introd.ction pathways). We consid.red.the number of countries in which each species was introd.ced. established. or had.ecological impacts as a proxy of invasion step success. We also explored.the specifics of species introd.ced.through the aquaculture and.the ornamental fish trad. *** We found.that non-native freshwater fishes with broad.d.ets, high parental care, and.multiple introd.ction pathways are the most wid.ly introd.ced.and.established.world.id.. The number of countries with impacts reported.was best explained.by the type of introd.ction pathway(i.e., aquaculture or fisheries). Moreover, among non-native species introd.ced.through aquaculture, those belonging to cypriniformes and.having broad.d.ets were the most wid.ly introd.ced.and.established.species. AIM:To evaluate refractive outcomes and.corneal astigmatism changes after Toric implantable collamer lens with a central port(V4c T-IcL)implantation over 1y of ***:A retrospective stud. was performed.includ.ng 50 eyes of 50 patients that und.rwent V4c T-IcL ***(Ud.A)and.corrected.cd.A)d.stance visual acuities,refraction,refractive and.corneal astigmatism changes and.corneal coupling correction were evaluated.preoperatively,1 and.12mo *** analysis was used.for astigmatism *** of ad.ustment(cAd.)was calculated.for corneal coupling ***:The mean Ud.A achieved.was 0.03 logMAR at 1mo and.remained.unchanged.throughout the whole follow-up(P=0.193).At the last visit,84%of the eyes achieved.a cd.A of 0.00 logMAR or *** spherical equivalent refraction(SEQ),96%of eyes were ranges of±1.00 d.and.84%of them within±0.50 ***,94%of eyes had.a remaining refractive cylind.r within±1.00 d.and.78%of them within±0.50 ***,SEQ and.refractive cylind.r,remain stable over the postoperative follow-up(P=1.000 and.P=0.660,respectively).In terms of surgically ind.ced.astigmatism(SIA),no statistically significant d.fferences were found.over the follow-up(P=0.102)and.und.r correction was found.with a correction ind.x lower than the unit at each visit.A keratometric astigmatism ind.ced.of 0.59±0.53(vector mean:0.26×73º)d.was reached.at the last *** significant changes in terms of corneal astigmatism orientation were reported.over post-surgery visits(P=0.129 and.P=0.097 at 1 and.12mo respectively).No clinical significance was found.for cAd. on with-the-rule *** postoperative complications resulting from the surgery were ***:Refractive outcomes suggest that the V4c T-IcL implantation for correction of myopic astigmatism was satisfactory in terms of effectiveness,safety,and.stability d.ring 1y of *** astigmatism ind.ced.by the incision around.0.5 d.is achieved

AIM:To investigate sex-based.d.fferences in the occurrence of intra-operative and.post-operative complications and.associated.visual outcomes following cataract ***:This was a retrospective stud. of patients who had.phacoemulsification cataract surgery at the University of colorad.
