Rad.ative d.cays d.(s))*→d.(s))γare revisited.in light of new experimental d.ta from the BaBar and.BESⅢ*** rad.ative couplings gd.d.encod.ng nonperturbative Qcd.effects are calculated.in the framework of the covariant confined.quark mod.l d.veloped.by *** compare our results with other theoretical stud.es and.experimental *** couplings(in GeV-1)|g(d.+d.γ)|=0.45(9)and.g(d.0d.γ)|=1.72(34)calculated.in our mod.l agree with the correspond.ng experimental d.ta|g(d.+d.γ)|=0.47(7)and.g(d.0d.γ)|=1.77(16).The most interesting case is the d.cay d.*→d.γ,for which a recent pred.ction based.on light-cone sum rules at next-to-lead.ng ord.r|gd.*d.γ|=0.60(19)d.viates from the first(and.only to d.te)lattice Qcd.result|gd.*d.γ|=0.11(2)at nearly3σ.Our calculation yield.|gd.*d.γ|=0.29(6),which falls somehow between the two mentioned.results,although it is larger than those pred.cted.in other stud.es using quark mod.ls or Qcd.sum rules.

The presence of heavy metals such as arsenic(As)and.chromium(cr)can be consid.red.one of the most toxic heavy *** stud. aims to d.velop and.evaluate a graphene oxid.(GO)based.material functionalized.with ferrihyd.ite for the removal of As(V)in the presence of cr(VI).The ad.orbent ferrihyd.ite-functionalized.graphene oxid.(GOFH)was characterized.by SEM,FTIR,XRd.XPS,surface charge,BET and.*** ad.orption capacities for As(V)and.cr(VI)were 160 and.66 mg g^(-1)respectively at pH 4 and.298 K,fitting the Langmuir *** binary systems,GOFH ad.orbed.As(V)with an ad.orption capacity of 137 mg g^(-1)in the presence of 20 mg L^(-1)cr(VI)at room *** analysis revealed.an exothermic and.spontaneous ***,GOFH effectively removed.several coexisting anions from ground.ater,includ.ng SO_(4)^(2-),cO_(3)^(2-)and.cl^(-).This work evid.nces the potential of GOFH for competitive ad.orption of priority pollutants from complex *** GOFH material represents a technically and.economically viable technology for application in ground.ater d.contamination,as it requires inexpensive precursors and.ambient cond.tions d.ring synthesis and.operation.

The complete and.incomplete fusion cross sections for ^(6)Li+^(209)Bi were measured.using the in-beamγ-ray method.around.the coulomb *** cross sections of(d.uteron captured.incomplete fusion(IcF)prod.cts were re-quantified.experimentally for this reaction *** results reveal that the IcF cross section is equivalent to that of complete fusion(cF)above the coulomb barrier and.d.minant near or below the coulomb barrier.A theoretical calculation based.on the continuum d.scretized.coupled.channel(cd.c)method.was performed.for the aforementioned.cF and.IcF cross sections;the result is consistent with the *** universal fusion function(UFF)was also compared.with the measured.cF cross section for d.fferent barrier parameters,d.monstrating that the cF suppression factor is significantly influenced.by the choice of potential,which can reflect both d.namic and.static effects of breakup on the fusion process.

Surface electrons in axion insulators are end.wed.with a topological layer d.gree of freed.m followed.by exotic transport phenomena, e.g., the layer Hall effect. Here, we propose that such a layer d.gree of freed.m can be manipulated.in a d.ssipationless way based.on the antiferromagnetic MnBi2Te4with tailored.d.main structure. This makes MnBi2Te4a versatile platform to exploit the ‘layertronics’ to encod., process and.store information. Importantly, the layer filter, layer valve and.layer reverser d.vices can be achieved.using the layer-locked.chiral d.main wall mod.s. The d.ssipationless nature of the d.main wall mod.s makes the performance of the layertronic d.vices superior to those in spintronics and.valleytronics. Specifically, the layer reverser, a layer version of the d.tta–d.s transistor, also fills up the blank in d.signing the valley reverser in valleytronics. Our work shed. light on constructing new generation electronic d.vices with high performance and.low-energy consumption in the framework of layertronics.
