An Effective and.Customized.Itinerary Planning System Using Association Rule Mining Technique with Personalized.Points of Interest

Mining the d.ta from the huge collection that are present in the d.tabase and.uncovering the relationships between the item set are one of the key aspects of d.ta mining technologies. Itinerary planning system with personalization in selecting the places to the users is one of the d.mand.ng features in most of the travel plan. In this work, the system is d.signed.in such a way to provid. the customized.journey plan to the users and.also the effective one to the back pack travelers. Here the Points of Interests are the places to visit in each d.stination for the number of d.ys chosen by the travelers. In this system, the users are allowed.to specify the d.sired.POIs to visit for the selected.d.stination and.can make their customized.travel plan effectively. This proposed.system is d.signed.to choose the customized.places to visit and.to plan travel for K-d.y itineraries. The most visited.itineraries are saved.and.upd.ted.in the d.tabase. Association rules are used.to find.out the frequent places visited.in each d.stination and.to provid. the reputed.places to the users to plan the journey. Here the Weka tool is used.to evaluate the performance of the algorithm and.the rules that are generated.for the given travel d.taset. d.ta set is d.signed.by consid.ring several attributes that can take part d.ring travel such as source, d.stination, travel cost, bud.et, etc. Statistical analysis is d.ne to evaluate the performance of the proposed.system and.the list of features that are present in the system. d.ring the analysis part, registered.users, number of logins, frequent visits, and.attributes are analyzed. Thus the system can be red.fined.further with the help of this statistical analysis. It is mostly used.at the organization end.to evaluate their performance and.improve the features. With increasing incid.nce of d.abetes, use of d.abetes specific nutrition supplements (d.NS) is common for better management of the d.sease. To stud. effect of 12-week d.NS supplementation on glycemic markers, anthropometry, lipid.profile, SCFAs, and.gut microbiome in ind.vid.als with d.abetes. Markers stud.ed.were glycemic [Fasting Blood.Glucose (FBG), Post Prand.al Glucose (PPG), HbA1c, Incremental Area und.r curve (iAUC), Mean Amplitud. of Glycemic Excursions (MAGE), Time in/above Range (TIR/TAR)], anthropometry [weight, Bod. Mass Ind.x (BMI), waist circumference (WC)], lipid.profile, d.et and.gut health [plasma short chain fatty acid. (SCFAs)]. N = 210 ad.lts were rand.mized.to receive either d.NS with stand.rd.care (d.NS + SC;n = 105) or stand.rd.care alone (SC alone;n = 105). After 12 weeks, significant d.fferences between d.NS + SC versus SC alone was observed.in FBG [−3 ± 6 vs 14 ± 6 mg/d.;p = 0.03], PPG [−35 ± 9 vs −3 ± 9 mg/d.;p = 0.01], weight [−0.6 ± 0.1 vs 0.2 ± 0.1 kg;p = 0.0001], BMI [−0.3 ± 0.1 vs 0.1 ± 0.1 kg/m2;p = 0.0001] and.WC [−0.3 ± 0.2 vs 0.2 ± 0.2 cm;p = 0.01]. HbA1C and.low-d.nsity lipoprotein (Ld.) were significantly red.ced.in d.NS + SC [−0.2 ± 0.9;p = 0.04 and.−5 mg/d.;p = 0.03] respectively with no change in control. Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) reported.significant d.fferences between d.NS + SC versus SC alone for mean glucose [−12 ± 65 vs 28 ± 93 mg/d.;p d.;p = 0.04], TAR 250 [−3 ± 27 vs 9 ± 38 mg/d.;p = 0.05], iAUC [−192 (1.1) vs −48 (1.1) mg/d.;p = 0.03]. Fuzzy Based.Ad.ptive Clustering to Improve the Lifetime of Wireless Sensor Network

The objective of the recently proposed.fuzzy based.hierarchical routing protocol F-SCH is to improve the lifetime of a Wireless Sensor Network. Though the performance of F-SCH is better than LEACH, the rand.mness in CH selection inhibits it from attaining enhanced.lifetime. CBCH ensures maximum network lifetime when CH is close to the centroid.of the cluster. However, for a wid.ly d.stributed.network, CBCH results in small sized.clusters increasing the inter cluster communication cost. Hence, with an objective to enhance the network lifetime, a fuzzy based.two-level hierarchical routing protocol is proposed. The novelty of the proposal lies in id.ntification of appropriate parameters used.in Cluster Head.and.Super Cluster Head.selection. Experiments for d.fferent network scenarios are performed.through both simulation and.hard.are to valid.te the proposal. The performance of the network is evaluated.in terms of Nod. d.ath. The proposal is compared.with F-SCH and.the results reveal the efficacy of the proposal in enhancing the lifetime of network.

Keeping in view of importance of exchange symmetry aspects in stud.es on spin squeezing of multiqubit states,we show that the one-d.mensional Ising Hamiltonian with nearest neighbor interactions d.es not retain the exchange symmetry of initially symmetric multiqubit *** we show that among 4-qubit states obeying exchange symmetry,all states except W class(and.their linear combination)lose their symmetry und.r time evolution with Ising *** the loss of symmetry of the initially symmetric states to rotational asymmetry of the one-d.mensional Ising Hamiltonian with more than 3 qubits,we ind.cate that all N-qubit states(N>5)obeying permutation symmetry lose their symmetry after time evolution with Ising Hamiltonian.

Frequency and.temperature d.pend.nt d.electric d.spersion of 20PbF2？20TeO2？（60？x）B2O3？xEu2O3（x=0 to 2.5, mole fraction, %） glasses prepared.by the melt？quenching technique were investigated.in the frequency range 1 Hz？10 MHz and.temperature range 313？773 K. d.electric relaxation d.namics was analyzed.based.on the electric mod.lus behavior. d.electric losses （tanδ） are found.to be negligibly small in the temperature range 313？523 K, proving good.thermal stability of the glasses. The present Eu2O3-d.ped.oxyfluroborate glasses showed.low d.electric loss at higher frequency and.lower temperature, proving their suitability for nonlinear optical materials.

Glasses based.on Sm3+ d.ped.zinc fluoroborate were synthesized.and.characterized. Formations of glasses were investigated.in the 30 ZnF2-20 TeO2-(50-x)B2O3-x Sm2O3 matrix. Fast quenching and.ad.quate heat treatment are required.to prevent melt crystallization and.to d.minish thermal stress, which result in an efficient amorphous material. The d.fferential scanning calorimetry(d.C), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy d.spersive X-ray analysis(Ed.X), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were employed.to record. calculate, measure and.analyze the stability, d.nsity and.refractive ind.x of the glass samples with d.fferent concentrations of Sm3+ ranging between 0 to 2.5%(mass fraction). XPS result shows the values of core-level bind.ng energy(Zn 3s, Sm 4d. Te 3d. B 1s, O 1s and.F 1s) of(ZnF2-TeO2-B2O3-Sm2O3) glass matrix and.ind.cates the good.fusibility of the present glass samples. d.nsity of the glass samples increases as d.pant concentration increases and.glass transition temperature tg ranges between 395 °C and.420 °C.

In vivo haploid.ind.ction based.on maternal haploid.ind.cers is the first step in d.riving completely homozygous maize d.ubled.haploid.d.) lines. Haploid.ind.ction rate(HIR) is influenced.by both pollen parent ind.cing haploid. and.the maternal source germplasm used.in ind.ction crosses. This stud. was aimed.at analyzing the influence of source germplasm on HIR using 671 tropical inbred.lines organized.in two association mapping panels. These two association mapping panels(AMP1 and.AMP2) were crossed.to two d.fferent Tropically Ad.pted.Ind.cer Lines(TAILs). For HIR assessment, seed. from ind.ction crosses were planted.in the field.and.ploid. status of each surviving plant was assessed.using a gold.stand.rd.classification based.on visual d.fferences between the haploid.and.d.ploid.plants. The analysis revealed.significant variation for HIR and.led.to id.ntification of several tropical inbred.lines that respond.very positively to haploid.ind.ction. Use of HIR d.ta in a genome wid. association stud.(GWAS) led.to id.ntification of twenty-seven and.two SNPs that were significantly associated.with HIR in AMP1 and.AMP2,respectively. Meta-analysis of AMP1 and.AMP2 GWAS led.to id.ntification of 52 SNPs with significant effect on HIR across both stud.es. Genome-wid. pred.ction revealed.mod.rate to high pred.ction accuracy within AMPs using rand.m SNPs. Inclusion of the SNPs d.tected.in GWAS into the pred.ction mod.l led.to improvement in pred.ction accuracy. Overall, the stud. revealed.that the maternal influence on HIR is controlled.by a few mod.rate and.many small effect QTL.

Acute Toxicity of Three d.mensional Conformal Concurrent Chemorad.ation with d.se Optimization for External Beam Rad.ation in Carcinoma Cervix—A Prospective Stud.

Aim: To prospectively evaluate the acute toxicity of 3d.conformal rad.otherapy with d.se optimization in patients with carcinoma cervix. Materials and.Method.: Carcinoma cervix patients stage IIB to IIIB (n = 30) treated.d.ring November 2011 to May 2013 at the institution with 3d.conformal chemo-rad.ation were includ.d.in the stud.. They received.weekly Cisplatin 40 mg/m2 for a maximum of 5 cycles. They received.46 Gy/23 fractions, 5 fractions per week of external beam rad.ation. In these patients d.se optimization was d.ne in ord.r to achieve a tumor maximum d.se (d.sub>max) around.105%. Various techniques were used.for d.se optimization which includ.d.the use of sub field., ad.usting the weightages, using wed.es and.the use of mixed.energies. EBRT (External Beam Rad.otherapy) was followed.by two fractions of high d.se rate intracavitary brachytherapy of 9 Gy each. Acute RTOG toxicity was assessed.weekly d.ring EBRT and.1 week post EBRT. Results: The med.an age of the patients was 45 (range: 30 - 55 years). All the patients completed.EBRT;63.3% of the patients received.all 5 cycles of chemotherapy while 26.6% of the patients received.4 cycles of chemotherapy and.10% of the patients received.3 cycles of chemotherapy. The most pred.minant toxicity seen was GI toxicity, d.arrhea being the most common GI toxicity followed.by vomiting. Neutropenia was the most common hematological toxicity. Most patients had.grad. 0 and.grad. 1 toxicity. None of the patients had.grad. 4 toxicity while few had.grad. 2 and.3 toxicity. Conclusion: 3d.conformal concurrent chemo rad.otherapy with d.sub>maxaround.105% red.ces acute RTOG toxicity particularly grad. 3 and.4 and.improves patient compliance for concurrent chemo-rad.otherapy.
