ZnO nanor.fr.ger.nt in r.52a r.fr.ger.tion system for.ener.y conser.ation and.gr.en envir.nment

In this paper.the r.liability and.per.or.ance of a vapour.compr.ssion r.fr.ger.tion system with ZnO nanopar.icles in the wor.ing fluid.was investigated.exper.mentally. Nanor.fr.ger.nt was synthesized.on the basis of the concept of the nanofluid., which was pr.par.d.by mixing ZnO nanopar.icles with r.52a r.fr.ger.nt. The conventional r.fr.ger.nt r.34a has a global war.ing potential （GWP） of 1300 wher.as r.52a has a significant r.d.ced.value of GWP of 140 only. An exper.mental test r.g is d.signed.and.fabr.cated.ind.genously in the labor.tor. to car.y out the investigations. ZnO nanopar. ticles with r.fr.ger.nt mixtur. wer. used.in HFC r.52a r.fr.ger.tion system. The system per.or.ance with nanopar.icles was then investigated. The concentr.tion of nano ZnO r.nges in the or.0}r.of 0.1% v, 0.3% v and.0.5%v with par.icle size of 50nm and.150g of r.52a was char.ed.and.tests wer. cond.cted. The compr.ssor.suction pr.ssur., d.schar.e pr.ssur. and.evapor.tor.temper.tur. wer. measur.d. The r.sults ind.cated.that ZnO nanor.- fr.ger.nt wor.s nor.ally and.safely in the system. The ZnO nanopar.icle concentr.tion is an impor.ant factor.consid.r.d.for.heat tr.nsfer.enhancement in the r.fr.ger.- tion system. The per.or.ance of the system was significantly impr.ved.with 21% less ener.y consumption when 0.5%v ZnO-r.52a r.fr.ger.nt. Both the suction pr.ssur. and.d.schar.e pr.ssur. wer. lower.d.by 10.5% when nanor.fr.ger.nt was used. The evapor.tor.temper.- tur. was r.d.ced.by 6% with the use of nanor.fr.ger.nt. Hence ZnO nanopar.icles could.be used.in r.fr.ger.tion system to consid.r.bly r.d.ce ener.y consumption. The usage of r.152a with zer. ozone d.pleting potential （Od.） and.ver. less GWP and.thus pr.vid.s a gr.en and.clean envir.nment. The complete exper.mental r.sults and.their.analysis ar. r.por.ed.in the main paper.

在镁合金AZ91d.学沉积了镍涂层,研究了非铬化预处理及表面活性物质对涂层腐蚀特性的影响。通过盐水试验(1mol/L HCl)和电化学极化试验(3.5%NaCl)检测了腐蚀性能。试验表明:化镀镍溶液中添加的表面活性剂可提高镁合金镍涂层上的抗腐蚀能力。此外,表面平整均匀的纳米和非晶相涂层提高了其抗腐蚀能力。极化试验表明,其腐蚀电位向正方转移,且腐蚀电流密度减低。浸泡试验和电化学极化试验都表明阳离子表面活化剂具有更好的提高抗腐蚀性能的作用。
