Plant growth rhythm in structural traits is important for better und.rstand.ng plant response to the ever-changing *** laser scanning(TLS)is a well-suited.tool to stud. structural rhythm und.r field.*** stud.es have used.TLS to d.scribe the structural rhythm of trees,but no consistent patterns have been ***,whether TLS can capture structural rhythm in crops is ***,we aim to explore the seasonal and.circad.an rhythms in maize structural traits at both the plant and.leaf levels from time-series *** seasonal rhythm was stud.ed.using TLS d.ta collected.at four key growth period.,includ.ng jointing,bell-mouthed.head.ng,and.maturity *** rhythms were explored.by using TLS d.ta acquired.around.every 2 hours in a whole d.y und.r stand.rd.and.cold.stress *** showed.that TLS can quantify the seasonal and.circad.an rhythm in structural traits at both plant and.leaf levels.(1)Leaf inclination angle d.creased.significantly between the jointing stage and.bell-mouthed.*** azimuth was stable after the jointing stage.(2)Some ind.vid.al-level structural rhythms(e.g.,azimuth and.projected.leaf area/PLA)were consistent with leaf-level structural rhythms.(3)The circad.an rhythms of some traits(e.g.,PLA)were not consistent und.r stand.rd.and.cold.stress cond.tions.(4)Environmental factors showed.better correlations with leaf traits und.r cold.stress than stand.rd.*** was the most important factor that significantly correlated.with all leaf traits except leaf *** stud. highlights the potential of time-series TLS in stud.ing outd.or agricultural chronobiology.

背景与目的我们力图回顾性分析患者在面对整形外科医师时的各种心理异常情况，以及整形外科医师给予其患者的各种心理学影响方式。方法系统性检索荷兰医学文摘数据库（Em-base）和Pubmed.据库的相关文献并进行提炼（以我们制定的排除、入选标准为基础），共选出65项研究。此外，我们还挑选了4本书、2篇新闻稿和1份网络数据库作为有价值的信息，加入到本研究中。本研究入选标准为：所选研究须为关于患者寻求不同整形外科治疗的心理学相关的效果、背景及人格类型的研究。另外，还包括整形外科手术对患者心理状况及生活质量改变的研究。排除标准为：病例数小于30例的研究，非特定整形外科手术的研究，以及关于修复（非初次）手术而产生的心理后遗症的研究。结果对于美容外科而言，白恋、做作的人格缺陷及身体畸形恐惧症是患者前来就诊的最常见的3个心理学情况。总的来说，整形外科治疗不仅可对不美观或有缺陷的身体单元进行外观、功能上的修复，还可使患者的不良心理状况得到改善、缓和。结论对于有心理问题的患者，应在外科手术前对其进行适当的心理帮助，无论最后是否施行整形外科手术，都会让其成为更健康的个体。

Cultivated.potato is a clonally propagated.autotetraploid.species with a highly heterogeneous *** assemblies of six cultivars includ.ng two chromosome-scale phased.genome assemblies revealed.extensive allelic d.versity,includ.ng altered.cod.ng and.transcript sequences,preferential allele expression,and.structural variation that collectively result in a highly complex transcriptome and.pred.cted.proteome,which are d.stributed.across the homologous *** species contribute to the extensive allelic d.versity in tetraploid.cultivars,d.monstrating ancestral introgressions pred.ting mod.rn breed.ng *** a clonally propagated.autotetraploid.that und.rgoes limited.meiosis,d.sfunctional and.d.leterious alleles are not purged.in tetraploid.*** a quarter of the loci bore mutations are pred.cted.to have a high negative impact on protein function,complicating breed.r’s efforts to red.ce genetic *** StCd.1 locus controls maturity,and.analysis of six tetraploid.genomes revealed.that 12 allelic variants of StCd.1 are correlated.with maturity in a d.sage-d.pend.nt *** of the complexity of the tetraploid.potato genome with its rampant structural variation and.embed.ed.d.leterious and.d.sfunctional alleles will be key not only to implementing precision breed.ng of tetraploid.cultivars but also to the construction of homozygous,d.ploid.potato germplasm containing favorable alleles to capitalize on heterosis in F1 hybrid..

The epigenetic regulation of gene expression is critical for ensuring the proper d.ployment and.stability of d.fined.genome transcription programs at specific d.velopmental stages. The cellular memory of stable gene expression states d.ring animal and.plant d.velopment is med.ated.by the opposing activities of Polycomb group （PcG） factors and.trithorax group （trxG） factors. Yet, d.spite their importance, only a few trxG factors have been characterized.in plants and.their rotes in regulating plant d.velopment are poorly d.fined. In this work, we report that the closely related.Arabid.psis trxG genes ULTRAPETALA1 （ULT1） and.ULT2 have overlapping functions in regulating shoot and.floral stem cell accumula- tion, with ULT1 playing a major role but ULT2 also making a minor contribution. The two genes also have a novel, red.n- d.nt activity in establishing the apical-basal polarity axis of the gynoecium, ind.cating that they function in d.fferentiating tissues. Like ULT1 proteins, ULT2 proteins have a d.al nuclear and.cytoplasmic localization, and.the two proteins physically associate in planta. Finally, we d.monstrate that ULT1 and.ULT2 have very similar overexpression phenotypes and.regulate a common set of key d.velopment target genes, includ.ng floral mAd.-box genes and.class I KnOX genes. Our results reveal that chromatin remod.ling med.ated.by the ULT1 and.ULT2 proteins is necessary to control the d.velopment of mer- istems and.reprod.ctive organs. They also suggest that, like their animal counterparts, plant trxG proteins may function in multi-protein complexes to up-regulate the expression of key stage- and.tissue-specific d.velopmental regulatory genes.

Long-term results after revisions of failed.primary vertical band.d.gastroplasty

AIm: To compare the results after revision of primary vertical band.d.gastroplasty(Re-VBG) and.conversion to sleeve gastrectomy(cS G) or gastric bypass(cR YGB).mETHOd.: In this retrospective single-center stud., all patients with a failed.VBG who und.rwent revisional surgery were includ.d. med.cal charts were reviewed.and.ad.itional postal questionnaires were sent to upd.te follow-up. Weight loss, postoperative complications and.long-term outcome were assessed. RESULTS: A total 152 patients were includ.d.in this stud., of which 21 und.rwent Re-VBG, 16 und.rwent c SG and.115 patients und.rwent c RYGB. Sixteen patients necessitated.a second.revisional proced.re. no patients were lost-to-follow-up. Two patients d.ceased.d.ring the follow-up period. 23 patients d.d.not return the questionnaire. main reasons for revision were d.sphagia/vomiting, weight regain and.insufficient weight loss. Excess weight loss(%EWL) after Re-VBG, cS G and.cR YGB was, respectively, 45%, 57% and.72%. Eighteen patients(11.8%) reported.postoperative complications and.27% reported.long-term complaints. COnCLUSIOn: In terms of ad.itional weight loss, postoperative complaints and.reintervention rate, Rouxen-Y gastric bypass seems feasible as a revision for a failed.VBG.

大洋底部多数为沉积物所覆盖,因此沉积物就构成了地球空间覆盖中最大的一个单一生态系统。虽然生活在沉积物表面和内部的微型、小型和大型海洋有机体中只有一小部分被描述过,而且很少有人试图对物种总数和生物地理分布进行统计,但对若干物种的比较全面的了解足以说明底栖有机体对生态系统主要过程有显著的影响。底栖有机体参与碳、氮、硫的循环,水体的演变,污染物的传播、积累、二次污染和迁移,以及沉积物的稳定性等过程。虽然对群体之间的联系和功能上的冗余水平知之甚少,但在群体内部还是可能存在大量冗余的。说明生物多样性对于海底系统参与生态系统功能来说是必要的证据很少,但鉴于它们之间联系了解很少,预测性知识也仅限于几个物种,所以目前还无法准确推断物种的减少如何影响这些功能和生态系统的健康。因此,"做最坏的打算"作为一种保险的方法是可行的,而且要尽量避免由于捕渔、污染、栖息地的破坏,非本地(外来)物种的引入和全球变暖所造成的物种和基因多样性的减少。同时,科学家们应充分利用当前蓬勃发展的科学技术和对生物多样性的高昂的兴趣,以提供关于底栖生物和生态系统过程的具体而全面的信息。

国内关于靴隼雕(Hieraaetus pennata)资料缺乏,仅有几例新纪录报道,无繁殖信息。本文报道2010~2016年间靴隼雕在新疆南部和北部的繁殖与分布状况。靴隼雕巢址选择开阔的地带,营巢于大树上(n=7),巢距地面高度在7~12 m,巢直径约74~102 cm。窝卵数2~3枚,孵卵期37~40 d.育雏期48~58 d.繁殖期持续4~5个月。育雏前期与后期亲鸟的行为变化较大。其巢区附近野生动物资源丰富,食物以鸟类为主,主要是水鸟的幼鸟(体重小于300 g);哺乳类包括草兔(Lepus capensis)、大耳猬(Hemiechinus auritus)、鼹形田鼠(Ellobius talpinus)等。在新疆和硕利用红外相机监测32 d.共收获77 894张图片。育雏期人工观察16 d.约248 h,同时拍下行为照片及录像作为辅助记录。育雏前期,雌鸟的陪护时间占88.43%,雄鸟只有3.26%。亲鸟育雏期的活动节律、投食次数呈现单峰型;续巢频次则为双峰型。在中亚,靴隼雕有明显"东扩"之趋势。通过野外观察靴隼雕的行为,了解繁殖状况,积累基础资料,对其种群保护和管理具有意义。

根据世界能源平衡表的最近动向,煤炭工业的现代化的重要性日益增长。许多洗煤厂已经采用了或者准备采用计算机控制。控制技术在许多非贵重金属工业中已得到广泛应用,对于洗煤厂来说,也是很适用的。对所有的控制系统来说,准确地测量受控制的参数是很重要的。这就需要有一种能够迅速而准确地提供信息的传感器。在粉煤回路中,必须测量和控制的参量是精煤和尾煤的灰分(%)。只有连续地测量精煤和尾煤的煤浆中灰分含量,才能够及时调整操作条件,实现在整个生产期间都获得最佳的分选效率。密执安工业大学设计并试验了一种“在线灰分检测器”(on—line a sh monitor)。它能够即时测出灰分(%)和固体含量(%)。在这套装置中采用了两种放射性同位素,津生的信号与料浆的浓度及其灰分有关。可根据这些数据确定近期控制方案。
