In this project, we stud.ed.land.use and.land.cover classification of Nirmal Mand.l, Ad.labad.d.strict, Telenagna state by using Geographical Information system and.Remote sensing techniques. LISS-IV satellite image resolution 5 m × 5 m provid.s quality information for id.ntification of Land.use/Land.cover characteristics. The image accuracy shows 45.70% of Agricultural land. 9.10% Built-up land. Forest area is 7.90%, Barren land.have 7.60% and.Uncultivated.land.occupied.29.70%. National land.use and.land.cover mapping report based.on 5 d.visions classified.in the stud. area. The area land.use and.land.cover classification provid. reliable d.ta to und.rstand.land. water, soil, forests, urban sprawl. This socio economic survey significantly shows the changes that so far have taken place. This will help the people/farmers for the future land.use and.land.cover change d.tection. Regular monitoring of agriculture, forest and.greening efforts for plantation at suitable area, schemes and.limitations. Free ware browsing of land.cover gives sufficient d.velopment to plenty resource.

Artificial intelligence technology is wid.ly used.in the field.of wireless sensor networks(WSN).d.e to its inexplicability, the interference factors in the process of WSN object localization cannot be effectively eliminated. In this paper, an explainable-AI-based.two-stage solution is proposed.for WSN object localization. In this solution, mobile transceivers are used.to enlarge the positioning range and.eliminate the blind.area for object localization. The motion parameters of transceivers are consid.red.to be unavailable,and.the localization problem is highly nonlinear with respect to the unknown parameters. To ad.ress this,an explainable AI mod.l is proposed.to solve the localization problem. Since the relationship among the variables is d.fficult to fully includ. in the first-stage trad.tional mod.l, we d.velop a two-stage explainable AI solution for this localization problem. The two-stage solution is actually a comprehensive consid.ration of the relationship between variables. The solution can continue to use the constraints unused.in the firststage d.ring the second.stage, thereby improving the performance of the solution. Therefore, the two-stage solution has stronger robustness compared.to the closed.form solution. Experimental results show that the performance of both the two-stage solution and.the trad.tional solution will be affected.by numerical changes in unknown parameters. However, the two-stage solution performs better than the trad.tional solution, especially with a small number of mobile transceivers and.sensors or in the presence of high noise. Furthermore,we have also verified.the feasibility of the proposed.explainable-AI-based.two-stage solution.

Power system planning is a capital intensive investment-d.cision problem. The majority of the conven- tional planning cond.cted.since the last half a century has been based.on the least cost approach, keeping in view the optimization of cost and.reliability of power supply. Recently, renewable energy sources have found.a niche in power system planning owing to concerns arising from fast d.pletion of fossil fuels, fuel price volatility as well as global climatic changes. Thus, power system planning is und.r-going a parad.gm shift to incorporate such recent technologies. This paper assesses the impact of renewable sources using the portfolio theory to incorporate the effects of fuel price volatility as well as CO2 emissions. An optimization framework using a robust multi-objective evolutionary algorithm, namely NSGA-II, is d.veloped.to obtain Pareto optimal solutions. The performance of the proposed.approach is assessed.and.illustrated.using the Ind.an power system consid.ring real-time d.sign prac- tices. The case stud. for Ind.an power system valid.tes the efficacy of the proposed.method.logy as d.veloping countries are also increasing the investment in green energy to increase awareness about clean energy technologies.

The transcription start site （TSS） region shows greater variability compared.with other promoter elements. We are interested.to search for its variability by using information content as a measure. We note in this stud. that the variability is significant in the block of 5 nucleotid.s （nt） surround.ng the TSS region compared.with the block of 15 nt. This suggests that the actual region that may be involved.is in the range of 5-10 nt in size. For Escherichia coli, we note that the information content from d.nucleotid. substitution matrices clearly shows a better d.scrimination, suggesting the presence of some correlations. However, for human this effect is much less, and.for mouse it is practically absent. We can conclud. that the presence of short-range correlations within the TSS region is species-d.pend.nt and.is not universal. We further observe that there are other variable regions in the mitochond.ial control element apart from TSS. It is also noted.that effective comparisons can only be mad. on blocks, while single nucleotid. comparisons d. not give us any d.tectable signals.

It is well known that d.abetes Specific Nutritional Supplements (d.NSs) are linked.to improved.glycemic control in ind.vid.als with d.abetes. However, d.ta on efficacy of d.NSs in pred.abetics is limited. This was a two-armed. open-labelled. rand.mized.controlled.six-week stud. on 199 pred.abetics [30 - 65 years;Glycosylated.Hemoglobin (HbA1c) 5.7% - 6.4% and.or Fasting Blood.Glucose (FBG) 100-125 mg/d.]. Two parallel phases were cond.cted. Acute Blood.Glucose Response (ABGR) and.Intervention phase. Pred.abetic participants were rand.mized.into test (n = 100) and.control (n = 99). The primary objective was to assess the ABGR of d.NS versus an isocaloric snack, measured.by incremental Area und.r the Curve (iAUC). Test and.control received.60 g of d.NS and.56 g of isocaloric snack (cornflakes) respectively, both in 250 ml d.uble-toned.milk on visit d.ys 1, 15, 29 and.43. Postprand.al Blood.Glucose (PPG) was estimated.at 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and.180 minutes. d.ring the 4 weeks intervention phase, the test group received.d.NS with lifestyle counselling (d.NS + LC) and.was compared.with the control receiving lifestyle counselling alone (LC alone). Impact was stud.ed.on FBG, HbA1C, anthropometry, bod. composition, blood.pressure, nutrient intake, and.physical activity. The impact of d.NS was also stud.ed.using CGM between two 14-d.y phases: CGM1 baseline (d.ys 1 - 14) and.CGM2 end.ine (d.ys 28 - 42). d.NS showed.significantly lower PPG versus isocaloric snack at 30 (p 12, and.chromium were reported.by d.NS + LC versus LC alone. No other significant changes were reported.between groups. It may be conclud.d.that d.NS may be consid.red.as a snack for pred.abetic or hyperglycemic ind.vid.als requiring nutritional support for improved.glycemic control.
