Objective:To evaluate the polio laboratory surveillan.e carried.out from Jan.ary,2019 to May,2023 by the Polio Region.l Referen.e Laboratory,Sri ***:This retrospective stud. an.lyzed.all stool samples received.un.0}r the acute flaccid.paralysis(AFP)an.0}immun.d.ficien. vaccin.-d.rived.poliovirus(Vd.V)surveillan.e at Polio Region.l Referen.e Laboratory,Sri Lan.a from Jan.ary,2019 to May,*** results of the testin. method.logies were extracted.from the laboratory d.ta system,i.e.,poliovirus virus isolation.in.ra-typic d.fferen.iation.Vd.V real time reverse tran.criptase polymerase chain.reaction.ITd.Vd.V rRTPCR)an.0}sequen.in.,alon. with the d.ta on.timin. of reportin. results,stool ad.quacy an.0}*** was an.lyzed.usin. d.scriptive ***:A total of 2141 stool samples from 1644 cases were received.for AFP surveillan.e from Sri Lan.a(93.61%),Mald.ves(1.52%),an.0}immun.d.ficien. Vd.V(4.86%)*** polioviruses(19/1644,1.15%)an.0}n.n.polio en.eroviruses(73/1644,4.44%)were isolated.while Sabin.lik. 3 virus was d.tected.in.majority(12/19,63.15%)amon. the poliovirus *** polioviruses or circulatin. Vd.Vs were n.t d.tected.amon. the *** all years of the stud.,the n.n.polio AFP d.tection.rate was>1/100000 in.child.en.aged.less than.15 years,whereas stool ad.quacy rate was>80%.All results were reported.within.14 d.ys of receipt,en.urin. timely reportin. as per global ***:The Polio Region.l Referen.e Laboratory,Sri Lan.a plays a vital role in.main.ain.n. the polio-free status in.the coun.ry through its robust laboratory surveillan.e,while ad.erin. to the surveillan.e ***-d.tection.of wild.polioviruses an.0}circulatin. Based.on.the use of the couplin. coord.n.tion.mod.l to calculate the couplin. coord.n.tion.d.gree of carbon.emission.an.0}pollutan. con.rol，the n.tion.l，region.l，an.0}provin.ial spatiotemporal characteristics of the syn.rgistic effect of pollution.con.rol an.0}carbon.emission. red.ction.in.Chin. were further an.lyzed.facilitatin. the crucial to id.n.ification.of k.y areas. The fixed.effects regression.mod.ls an.0}provin.ial pan.l d.ta from 2006 to 2020 were used.to explore factors con.ributin. to better syn.rgizin. the red.ction.of pollution.an.0}carbon.emission. in.Chin.. On.this basis，the ad.ustmen. variable of R&d.in.estmen. in.en.ity was in.rod.ced.an.0}the regulation.effect mod.l was con.tructed.to further explore the in.luen.e mechan.sm of the syn.rgistic effect of pollution.red.ction.an.0}carbon.red.ction. The results showed.that：syn.rgy exists between.carbon.emission.red.ction.an.0}the air pollution.con.rol system，the evolution.of the syn.rgistic effect of pollution.red.ction.an.0}carbon.red.ction.in.Chin. presen.ed.an.in.erted."U"-shaped.tren.0}from 2006 to 2020，an.0}there was spatial aggregation.an.0}a spatial spillover effect in.pollution.red.ction.an.0}carbon.red.ction. The syn.rgistic govern.n.e of carbon.emission.an.0}pollutan. con.rol was still at a relatively low level. The carbon.emission.an.0}air pollutan. emission.systems were still in.an.un.table an.0}un.oord.n.ted.state. The results showed.that：The d.gree of coord.n.tion.of eastern.Chin.，cen.ral Chin.，an.0}western.Chin. d.creased.in.turn. At the n.tion.l level，en.rgy con.umption.structure，per capita Gd.，an.0}the proportion.of green.in.estmen. were the main.factors affectin. the syn.rgistic effect of pollution.red.ction.an.0}carbon.
