The Soft X-ray Im.ger(SXI)is part of the scientific payload.of the Solar wind.m.gnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(Sm.LE)*** is a joint science m.ssion between the European Space Agency(ESA)and.the Chinese Acad.m. of Sciences(caS)and.is d.e for launch in *** is a com.act X-ray telescope with a wid. field.of-view(FOV)capable of encom.assing large portions of Earth’s m.gnetosphere from.the vantage point of the Sm.LE *** is sensitive to the soft X-rays prod.ced.by the Solar Wind.Charge eXchange(SWCX)process prod.ced.when heavy ions of solar wind.origin interact with neutral particles in Earth’s *** provid.s a m.chanism.for bound.ry d.tection within the m.gnetosphere,such as the position of Earth’s m.gnetopause,because the solar wind.heavy ions have a very low d.nsity in regions of closed.m.gnetic field.*** sensitivity of the SXI is such that it can potentially track m.vem.nts of the m.gnetopause on tim.scales of a few m.nutes and.the orbit of Sm.LE will enable such m.vem.nts to be tracked.for segm.nts lasting m.ny *** is led.by the University of Leicester in the United.Kingd.m.UK)with collaborating organisations on hard.are,software and.science support within the UK,Europe,China and.the United.States.

采用复杂多级方法研究并证实制备具有亚微米/纳米级内部结构的球形W-Cu复合微粉的可能性。首先,采用等离子体化学合成法制备具有核壳结构的W-Cu纳米粉末(W核及Cu壳)。然后,将W-Cu纳米粉末与蔗糖的水悬浮液进行喷雾干燥,形成25~63μm.微粒,收率为50%。最后,用热等离子体射流处理由纳米粉末组成的微粒,形成致密的球形W-Cu颗粒。成品粉末的球化度为90%~95%,体积密度为8.1 g/cm.(3),流动性约为12 s/50 g,杂质中O、C和H的含量(质量分数)分别为0.7%、0.02%~0.2%和0.03%~0.05%。

We fit various color–m.gnitud. d.agram.(Cm.0}) of the high-latitud. Galactic globular clusters NGC 5024(m.3),NGC 5053,NGC 5272(m.),NGC 5466,and.NGC 7099(m.0) by isochrones from.the d.rtm.uth Stellar Evolution d.tabase and.Bag of Stellar Tracks and.Isochrones for α–enrichm.nt [α/Fe] = +*** the Cm.0},we use d.ta sets from.Hubble Space Telescope,Gaia,and.other sources utilizing,at least,25 photom.tric filters for each *** obtain the following characteristics with their statistical uncertainties for NGC 5024,NGC 5053,NGC 5272,NGC 5466,and.NGC 7099,respectively:m.tallicities [Fe/H] =-1.93 ± 0.02,-2.08 ± 0.03,-1.60 ± 0.02,-1.95 ± 0.02,and.2.07 ± 0.04 d.x with their system.tic uncertainty 0.1 d.x;ages 13.00 ± 0.11,12.70 ± 0.11,11.63 ± 0.07,12.15 ± 0.11,and.12.80 ± 0.17 Gyr with their system.tic uncertainty 0.8 Gyr;d.stances(system.tic uncertainty ad.ed. 18.22 ± 0.06 ± 0.60,16.99 ± 0.06 ± 0.56,10.08 ± 0.04 ± 0.33,15.59 ±0.03 ± 0.51,and.8.29 ± 0.03 ± 0.27 kpc;red.enings E(B-V) = 0.023 ± 0.004,0.017 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.003,and.0.045 ± 0.002 m.g with their system.tic uncertainty 0.01 m.g;extinctions AV= 0.08 ± 0.01,0.06 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,and.0.16 ± 0.01 m.g with their system.tic uncertainty 0.03 m.g,which suggest the total Galactic extinction AV= 0.08 across the whole Galactic d.st to extragalactic objects at the North Galactic *** horizontal branch m.rphology d.fference of these clusters is explained.by their d.fferent m.tallicity,age,m.ss-loss efficiency,and.loss of low-m.ss m.m.ers in the evolution of the core-collapse cluster NGC 7099 and.loose clusters NGC 5053 and.NGC 5466.

This stud. focuses on assessing the d.nam.c behaviors of carbon Supercom.ositeTm.lam.nates when subjected.to high strain-rates and.air blast load., using a shock tube for testing. The investigation aim. to und.rstand.the response of these ad.anced.m.terials und.r extrem. cond.tions, which is crucial for applications in aerospace, m.litary, and.other high-perform.nce ind.stries. Supercom.ositeTm.(CZE) prepreg, m.d. up of a 3K plain weave carbon fabric with m.lled.carbon fibers as interlam.nar reinforcem.nts im.regnated.with epoxy, is used.to create Supercom.ositeTm.(CZE) lam.nates. A woven carbon com.osite (CBE) lam.nate was also created.using 3K plain weave carbon/Epoxy (CBE) prepreg. Both types of lam.nates were d.signed.and.fabricated.using the autoclave process. The d.nam.c behaviors of CZE and.CBE lam.nate und.r transverse com.ression load. were evaluated.using a m.d.fied.Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB). The stud. found.that the 3d.reinforcem.nt with m.lled.carbon fibers significantly affected.the d.nam.c behavior of the CZE lam.nate. Stereo im.ging vid.os, captured.using two SHIm.d.U high-speed.vid.o cam.ras in shock tube experim.nts, record.d.the tim. history of back surface d.flection. The plate specim.ns exhibited.low d.flections without any visible d.m.ge. The experim.ntally observed.center point d.flections of the CZE plates d.cayed.sooner than those of the CBE lam.nates, ind.cating an im.rovem.nt in d.m.ing d.e to the presence of 3d.reinforced.m.lled.carbon fibers. This research shows that optim.zed.utilization of m.lled.carbon fibers as 3d.reinforcem.nt can withstand.high stress in the thickness d.rection and.higher energy absorption when subjected.to im.act and.high strain-rate load.ng.

This work shows that d.spite a lattice m.sm.tch of alm.st 20%, Cd.nTe/Cd.e/Cd.nTe heterostructures grown d.rectly on Si(111) have surprisingly good.optical em.ssion properties. The investigated.structures were grown by m.lecular beam.epitaxy and.characterized.by scanning transm.ssion electron m.croscopy, m.cro-and.m.cro-photolum.nescence. Low tem.erature m.cro-photolum.nescence experim.nts ind.cate three em.ssion band. which d.pend.on the Cd.e layer thickness and.have d.fferent confinem.nt characteristics. Tem.erature m.asurem.nts reveal that the lower energy em.ssion band.(at 1.48 eV)is associated.to d.fects and.bound.exciton states, while the m.in em.ssion at 1.61 eV has a weak 2d.character and.the higher energy one at 1.71 eV has a well-d.fined.(zero-d.m.nsional, 0d. 0d.nature. m.cro-photolum.nescence m.asurem.nts show the existence of sharp and.strongly circularly polarized.(up to 40%) em.ssion lines which can be related.to the presence of m. in the heterostructure. This result opens the possibility of prod.cing photon sources with the typical spin control of the d.luted.m.gnetic sem.cond.ctors using the low-cost silicon technology.
