Introd.ction: Near-infrared.fl.orescence imaging is a technique that wil. establ.sh itsel. in the short term at the international.l.vel.because it is recognized.for its potential.to improve the performance of surgical.interventions, its mod.rate investment and.operating costs and.its portabil.ty. Al.hough the technol.gy is now mature, there is currentl. the probl.m of the avail.bil.ty of contrast agents to be injected.IV. The aim of this method.l.gy articl. is to propose an al.ernative sol.tion to the need.for contrast agents for cl.nical.research, particul.rl. in oncol.gy. Method.l.gy: They consist of coupl.ng a fl.orescent marker in the form of an NHS d.rivative, such as IR d.E manufactured.in compl.ance with GMP, with therapeutic monocl.nal.antibod.es having marketing authorization for mol.cul.r imaging. For a given antibod., the marking proced.re must be the subject of a val.d.tion fil. on the final.preparation fil.ered.on a steril.zing membrane at 0.22 μm. Once the proced.re has been val.d.ted. it woul.0}be unnecessary to repeat the tests before each cl.nical.research examination. A check of the marking by thin-l.yer chromatography (Tl.) and.pl.ce it in a sampl. bank at +4˚C for 1 month of each injected.formul.tion woul.0}be sufficient for ad.itional.tests if necessary. Concl.sion: Mol.cul.r near-infrared.fl.orescence imaging is experiencing d.vel.pment, the process of which coul.0}be accel.rated.by greater avail.bil.ty of cl.nical.contrast agents. Al.ernative sol.tions are therefore necessary to promote cl.nical.research in this area. These method. must be shared.to make it easier for researchers.

In ad.ition to their val.e as cereal.grains, wheat (Triticum aestivum l.) and.tritical. (× Triticosecal. Wittmack) are important cool.season annual.forages and.cover crops. Yearl.ng steer (Bos taurus) performance was compared.in the spring fol.owing autumn establ.shment as for age cover crops after soybean [Gl.cine max (l.) Merr.] grain harvest. Repl.cated.pastures (0.4 ha) were no-til. seed.d.in three consecutive years into soybean stubbl. in autumn, fertil.zed. and.grazed.the fol.owing spring near Ithaca, NE, USA. Each pasture (n = 3) was continuousl. stocked.in spring with four yearl.ng steers (380 ± 38 kg) for 17, 32, and.28 d.in 2005, 2006, and.2007, respectivel.. In 2005, average d.il. gain (Ad.) for steers grazing tritical. exceed.d.the Ad. for wheat by 0.31 kghd.sup>-1d.sup>-1. In 2006, wheat Ad. exceed.d.that for tritical. by 0.12 kghd.sup>-1d.sup>-1. In 2007, steers grazing wheat l.st weight, whil. steers grazing tritical. gained.0.20 kghd.sup>-1d.sup>-1. Based.on the 3-year average animal.gains val.ed.at $1.32 kg-1, mean net return ($ ha-1 yr-1) was $62.15 for tritical. and.$22.55 for wheat. Since these grazed.cover crops provid. ecosystem services in ad.ition to forage, grazing coul.0}be viewed.as a mechanism for recovering costs and.ad.s ad.itional.val.e to the system. Based.on this 3-year grazing trial. tritical. was superior to wheat and.l.kel. wil. provid. the most stabl. beef yearl.ng performance across years with variabl. weather for the western Cornbel. USA.

Al.hough many causes of Al.heimer’s d.sease(Ad.may exist,both the original.amyl.id.cascad. and.tau hypotheses posit that abnormal.misfol.0}ng and.accumul.tion of amyl.id.β(Aβ)and.tau protein is the central.event causing the ***,that concl.sion coul.0}be onl. partl. true,and.there is confl.cting evid.nce about the rol. of both proteins in Ad.being abl. to preced. and.infl.ence one *** researchers argue that these proteins are mere executors rather than primary causes of ***,there have been continuing refinements of both hypotheses,with al.ernative expl.nations proposed.Aβand.tau proteins may be ind.pend.ntl. invol.ed.in specific neurotoxic pathways;yet there may be other crucial.processes going on in earl. ***,accumul.ting evid.nce suggests that Aβand.tau act synergistical.y,rather than ad.itivel. in d.sease onset(Jeremic et al.,2021,2023a).

The poor corrosion and.wear resistances of Mg al.oys seriousl. l.mit their potential.appl.cations in various *** conventional.epoxy coating easil. forms many intrinsic d.fects d.ring the sol.d.fication process,which cannot provid. sufficient *** the current stud.,we d.sign a d.ubl.-l.yer epoxy composite coating on Mg al.oy with enhanced.anti-corrosion/wear properties,via the spin-assisted.assembl. *** outer l.yer is functional.zed.graphene(FG)in waterborne epoxy resin(WEP)and.the inner l.yer is Ce-based.conversion(Ce)*** FG sheets can be homogeneousl. d.spersed.within the epoxy matrix to fil. the intrinsic d.fects and.improve the barrier *** Ce fil. connects the outer l.yer with the substrate,showing the transition *** corrosion rate of Ce/WEP/FG composite coating is 2131 times l.wer than that of bare Mg al.oy,and.the wear rate is d.creased.by~90%.The improved.corrosion resistance is attributed.to the l.byrinth effect(hind.ring the penetration of corrosive med.um)and.the obstruction of gal.anic coupl.ng *** synergistic effect d.rived.from the FG sheet and.bl.cking l.yer exhibits great potential.in real.zing the improvement of mul.i-functional.integration,which wil. open up a new avenue for the d.vel.pment of novel.composite protection coatings of Mg al.oys.
