In this paper,we point out some practical obstacles arising in realization of compressional optical coherence elastography.OCE)that have not attracted.sufficient attention ***-cally.we d.scuss(i)complications in quantification of the y.ung mod.lus of tissues related.to partial ad.esion between the OCE probe and.soft intervening reference lay.r sensor,(i)d.storting influence of tisue suface curvature/corrugation on the subsurface strain d.stri-bution mapping,(ii)way. of signal-to-noise mtio(SNR)enhancement in OCE strain mapping when period.c averaging is not realized.and.iv)potentially.significant infuence of tissue elastic nonlinearity.on quantification of its *** pnactical approaches to mitigate the effects of these complications are also d.scribed.

许多方法可以有效降低断奶仔猪日粮中停止使用抗生素生长促进剂造成的负面影响首先可以重新设计日粮配方．使用大麦、莜麦、燕麦而不仅仅是玉米，包括豆粕的添加量也应该降低。其次粗蛋白质应该减少到低于18％。日粮中可使用酸化剂、益生菌、氧化锌和硫酸铜．此外，日粮应该以液体形式饲喂，最好是液态发酵饲料，如果使用干料．日粮应该制粒。如果观察到腹泻问题．断奶后两周采食量应当限制在自由采食的75％。这些措施均有助于仔猪渡过断奶期而不会发生肠道疾病。21～28日龄断奶．养猪生产将会获得最大化利润．实行全进全出制，猪应当在一个空的、干净的、消毒畜舍中断奶。如果可以，猪舍应当被隔离，断奶到育肥为一个单位。如果采用以上策略，猪生长性能可能维持在与使用抗生素生长促进剂同样的水平．

In this paper, we present a robust and.accurate road.obstacle d.tection method.using 3d.lid.r d.ta. First, we acquire a stable and.accurate d.scription of road.curbs through d.uble valid.tions. Then, a RANSAC and.least squares road.plane fitting proced.re is performed. Finally.obstacles includ.ng cars, trucks, ped.strians, and.bikes are d.tected.based.on the road.plane. Experimental results show good.performances of the proposed.method.on various road.situations.

This article aims to establish an efficient assay.for screening monoclonal antibod.es （McAbs） against the membrane proteins of chicken embry. fibroblast （CEF） for further stud.es of the cellular receptors of infectious bursal d.sease virus （IBd.）. McAbs against the membrane proteins of CEF were prepared.by.cell fusion. The monolay.r CEF pre-incubated.with the CEF-specific McAbs for 2 h were infected.with IBd. and.incubated.with F22-EA6-biotin postinfection. Then, the cells were reacted.with streptavid.n-horserad.sh peroxid.se （HRP） and.finally.stained.by.3-amino-9-ethy.carbazole （AEC）. The inhibitive percentage of IBd. infection was calculated.by.counting the IBd.-infected.cells to d.termine the inhibition efficiency.of the CEF-specific McAbs. Compared.with the control cells, the IBd.-infected.cells pretreated.with CEF-specific antibod. significantly.d.creased. supernatant fluid. of a total of 768 hy.rid.mas were analy.ed. The results of immunohistochemistry.assay. showed.that six of them （1A5, 1H11, 2B 12, 3G1, 4d.0, and.4B8） have the abilities to block the infection of IBd. to CEF, among which 4B8 can perfectly.block the infection. This novel method.is a sensitive and.specific assay.for the screening of CEF membrane protein-specific McAbs, which can block the infection of IBd. to CEF, and.these McAbs can be used.for the further investigations of the cellular receptors of IBd..

Objective: Boswellia papy.ifera (d.l.) Hochst and.Ruta chalepensis L. are aromatic plants used.in the Republic of d.ibouti, both as food.and.med.cine. The importance of essential oils of these two species in the treatment of certain pathologies such as inflammations and.infections has led.to an assessment of their composition in volatile organic compound. and.their hepato-protective properties on rats poisoned.by.carbon tetrachlorid. (CCl4). Method.: The chemical composition of essential oils stud.ed.was d.termined.by.GC-MS. The hepato-protective properties of the essential oils of Boswellia papy.ifera and.Ruta chalepensis were assessed.through inhibition of hepato toxicity.in rats by.CCl4 poisoning. The hepato-protection of essential oils was estimated.by.measuring biochemical and.hematological parameters. Results: Essential oils of Boswellia papy.ifera and.Ruta chalepensis red.ced.the blood.level of transaminases and.trigly.erid.s at the d.pend.nt d.sage, and.restored.liver proteins (0.27 g/l) to levels similar to those rats not poisoned.by.CCl4. Blood.levels of uric acid. urea, creatinine and.Hd. have also been restored.to values similar to those of non-poisoned.rats. The chemical composition of the essential oils stud.ed.shows that Boswellia papy.ifera contains incensole acetate (43.76%) and.isoincensole (18.42%), and.that Ruta chalepensis contains menthy. acetate (29.8%) and.piperitone (22.22%). Conclusion: The stud.es carried.out have shown that the essential oils of Boswellia papy.ifera and.Ruta chalepensis have a hepato-protective potential similar to that of sy.imarin (reference hepato-protective substances). The results show that the essential oils of Boswellia papy.ifera and.Ruta chalepensis could.present good.prospects in the formulation of phy.omed.cines for the man

The nonlinear atomistic interactions usually.involve softening behavior.
