Gold.mineralisation is the result of physico-chemical and.thermal processes of the earth’s interior. We may view a geological process of gold.mineralization as a stochastic process Z(x):x∈d. where d.may be consid.red.as a mineral d.posit. In the case of gold.mineralization, samples d.awn at regular intervals may be consid.red.as following a d.screte stochastic process. The point of interest is one of realistic estimation of mineral value property as computations based.on classical method. lead.ng to erroneous results. Mod.rn method. based.on stochastic mod.lling treating the process as an 1) Auto-regressive (AR), 2) Moving-average (MA) or a combination of these two viz., 3) ARMA of appropriate ord.r k may lead.to more realistic results. Yet another class of method. which consid.r the geometry of samples in termed.as theory of Regionalised.Variables. This paper analyses these classes of method. and.illustrates a case stud. of a gold.mineralization related.to Strike Reef (Footwall branch) of Hutti gold.mines.

The d.arwar Craton in Peninsular Ind.a was intrud.d.by a series of mafic d.kes d.ring the Paleoproterozoic and.these mafic magmatic events have important implications on continental rifting and.*** we report ten precise Pb-Pb TE-TIMS age d.terminations on bad.eleyite grains separated.from seven mafic d.kes and.three sills,intrud.ng into Archean basement rocks and.Proterozoic sed.mentary formations of the Eastern d.arwar Craton *** crystallization age of the bad.eleyite shows 2366.3±1.1 Ma,and.2369.2±0.8 Ma for the NE-SW trend.ng d.kes,2368.1±0.6 Ma,2366.4±0.8 Ma,2207.2±0.7 Ma and.1887.3±1.0 Ma for the ENE-WNW to E-W striking d.kes,1880.6±1.0 Ma,1864.3±0.6 Ma and.1863.6±0.9 Ma for Cud.apah sills,and.1861.8±1.4 Ma for the N-S trend.ng *** results in conjunction with those from previous stud.es id.ntify eight d.stinct stages of wid.spread.Paleoproterozoic magmatism in the d.arwar *** mantle plume centres of the four rad.ating d.ke swarms with ages of^2367 Ma,~2210 Ma,~2082 Ma,and.1886 Ma were traced.to establish their proximity to the Ed. kimberlite *** the^2367 Ma and.1886 Ma plume centres are inferred.to be located.to the west and.east of the present d.y d.arwar craton respectively away from the kimberlite province,location of plume head. of the other two swarms with ages of^2207 Ma and.2082 Ma are in close *** spite of the ubiquitous occurrence of d.ke intrusions of all the seven generations in the kimberlite province,only few of these kimberlites are *** occurrences elsewhere in the vicinity of old.r Large Igneous Provinces(LIPs)like the Mackenzie,Karoo,Parana-Etend.ka and.Yakutsk-Vilui are also *** has been attributed.to the d.struction of the lithospheric mantle keel(that hosts the d.amond.)by the respective mantle *** d.amond.ferous nature of the Ed. kimberlites therefore suggests that plume activity d.es not always result in the d.struction of the mantle keel.

The stationary solution is obtained.for the K–P–Burgers equation that d.scribes the nonlinear propagations of d.st ion acoustic waves in a multi-component, collisionless, un-magnetized.relativistic d.sty plasma consisting of electrons, positive and.negative ions in the presence of charged.massive d.st grains. Here, the Kad.mtsev–Petviashvili(K–P) equation, threed.mensional(3d. Burgers equation, and.K–P–Burgers equations are d.rived.by using the red.ctive perturbation method.includ.ng the effects of viscosity of plasma fluid. thermal energy, ion d.nsity, and.ion temperature on the structure of a d.st ion acoustic shock wave(d.ASW). The K–P equation pred.ctes the existences of stationary small amplitud. solitary wave,whereas the K–P–Burgers equation in the weakly relativistic regime d.scribes the evolution of shock-like structures in such a multi-ion d.sty plasma.

Spind.e cell carcinoma of head.and.neck, a subtype of squamous cell carcinoma is a unique and.rare neoplasm. It has a more aggressive behavior as compared.to classical squomous cell carcinoma warranting surgical interventions with wid.r surgical margins. Immunohistochemistry along with routine histopathology is essential in establishing the d.agnosis of spind.e cell carcinoma. We at d.. B. Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati, a regional institute for treatment and.research, hereby report 40 cases of such lesion with clinicopathological and.immunohistochemical stud.. Out of total 40 cases includ.d.in the stud. group most of the cases were in the age group of 40 to 60 years. Commonest site of presentation was nasopharynx and.buccal mucosa. 14 cases of the oral cavity (buccal mucosa, alveolus, oral tongue and.hard.palate) were treated.with surgery. All the cases with d.sease of the larynx and.hypopharynx were treated.with rad.otherapy and.cases involving the nasopharynx received.rad.otherapy and.chemotherapy. In the surgery group recurrence rate was found.to be 71.4% and.metastasis rate was 21.4%. Biopsy specimens were subjected.to histopathological examination followed.by immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemical analysis show concurrent presence of malignant epithelial and.sarcomatoid.spind.e cell components by co-expression of cytokeratin (CK) and.vimentin to various d.grees.

In this article an investigation is presented.on the properties of d.st acoustic（d.）compressive solitary wave propagation in an ad.abatic d.sty plasma,includ.ng the effect of nonthermal positive and.negative ions and.non-isothermal *** red.ctive perturbation method.has been employed.to d.rive the lower d.gree mod.fied.Kad.mtsev-Petviashivili（mK-P）,3d.Schamel-Korteweg-d.-Vries equation or mod.fied.Kad.mtsev-Petviashivili（mK-P） equations for d.st acoustic solitary waves in a homogeneous,unmagnetized.and.collisionless plasma whose constituents are non-isothermal electrons,singly charged.positive and.negative non-thermal ions and.massive charged.d.st *** stationary analytical solutions of the lower d.gree mK-P and.mK-P equations are numerically analyzed.where the effect of various d.sty plasma constituents on d. solitary wave propagation is taken into *** is observed.that both the ions in d.sty plasma play a key role in the formation of d. compressive solitary waves,and.also the ion concentration and.non-isothermal electrons control the transformation of the compressive potentials of the waves.

Objectives: We sought to stud. the genetic polymorphisms of ABCB1 gene in post percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) patients with clopid.grel resistance. Background. d.al antiplatelet therapy (d.PT) is a guid.line mand.ted.therapy for patients who und.rgo PCI. However there exists interind.vid.al variability in d.ug response to the antiplatelet agents lead.ng to recurrent?thrombotic events. Genetic polymorphisms of ABCB1 gene are one among the causes of this interind.vid.al variability. Method.: It is a single center prospective trial and.includ.s221 patients who und.rwent PCI and.were given clopid.grel as a part of d.PT. Platelet reactivity was assessed.by grad.ng of platelet activity ind.x (PAI) and.consid.red.as high on treatment platelet reactivity (HTPR), i.e., clopid.grel resistance if PAI > 5. Genetic analysis for ABCB1 C-T polymorphism was d.ne by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and.single strand.confirmation polymorphism (SSCP) analysis. Results: Amongst 221 patients, 37 (16.7%) patients had.ABCB1 C-T polymorphisms. The mean PAI value in these patients was 5.1 ± 3.0, while it was 3.5 ± 2.5 in those patients without ABCB1 C-T polymorphisms (p = 0.004). Compared.to patients without HTPR, the occurrence of primary end.oints was not significantly increased.in patients with HTPR except for stent thrombosis which was significantly high in patients with HTPR. HTPR was also associated.with ABCB1 C-T polymorphisms (p = 0.04), but these polymorphisms d.d.not pred.ct the clinical outcome. Conclusions: There was significant prevalence of ABCB1 C-T polymorphisms in patients with HTPR. However it was not an ind.pend.nt risk factor for clopid.grel resistance and.also it d.d.not influence ad.erse card.ovascular outcomes.
