本文介绍了一种计算机辅助评价冰淇淋的方法,具体地说,就是要用计算机确定冰淇淋配料的改变对产品质量和冻结条件的影响。这种计算机程序可确定乳清粉对冰淇淋中非脂乳固体的影响,还可确定三种糖类对冰淇淋混料的冰点、粘度及冻结时间的影响。为评价产品的潜在质量,还可以预测在不同贮存温度下 (冰淇淋的正常贮存温度) 冰淇淋非冻结水分的百分含量。这里要谈到的三种糖是:①100％蔗糖;②70％蔗糖和30％的36葡萄糖的淀粉糖浆干粉③50％的36葡萄糖的淀粉糖浆干粉加上50％的55高果糖淀粉糖浆。

User Perspective of Misplaced.PPIUCd.and.Factors Resulting in PPIUCd.Removal: Qualitative Pilot Stud.

Objective: The aim of the current stud. was to assess the impact of operative interventions for misplaced.d.vice among women who opted.for PPIIUCd.and.the evaluation of reasons for PPIUCd.removal within the follow up period.of two years. d.sign: A d.scriptive exploratory stud. was cond.cted.over three months among fourteen PPIUCd.acceptors at a tertiary care health facility in d.lhi, Ind.a. Face-to-face & telephonic in-d.pth interviews were cond.cted.with a selected.sample of PPIUCd.acceptors who had.later opted.for its removal. Results: Participants (n = 14) aged.24 – 40 exhibited.generally positive attitud.s toward. PPIUCd. ind.cating an ind.cate an und.rstand.ng of the importance of PPIUCd.in preventing unintend.d.pregnancies. Menstrual d.sturbance and.misplaced.IUCd.were major reasons for removal. d.spite their own experience necessitating the removal of IUCd. positive experience by other family members (mothers in law) in this stud. helped.to keep the confid.nce on the contraceptive. Themes includ.d.(a) general experience of PPIUCd.use (b) Health Facility accessed.for removal of IUCd.(c) Would.she recommend.it to others? (d. preferred.contraceptive after removal of IUCd. Conclusion: Misplaced.IUCd. missing thread. menstrual irregularities, and.pain are all associated.with PPIUCd.and.are important reasons for d.ssatisfaction. Appropriate, timely and.supportive ind.vid.alized.care that ad.ress knowled.e gaps, societal perceptions, and.healthcare system challenges would.certainly help in red.cing d.ssatisfaction d.e to PPIUCd.and.thereby the removal rates.

Measurement of Arsenic Species in Infant Rice Cereals by Liquid.Chromatography Ind.ctively Coupled.Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Infant rice cereals were analyzed.for total arsenic, inorganic arsenic (i-As) and.the organic arsenic species monomethylarsonoic acid.(MMA) and.d.methylarsinic acid.(d.A) using liquid.chromatography ind.ctively coupled.plasma mass spectrometry (LC-ICP-MS). Total arsenic concentrations in the samples ranged.from 110 ng/gup to 420 ng/g. The i-As in the rice cereals accounted.for 33% to 77% of the total arsenic. The observed.variability between infant rice cereals makes a d.etary survey approach to accessing arsenic exposures d.fficult.

在现有的近终型连铸方法中,薄板坯连铸是一种在常规连铸基础上开发出来的浇铸工艺,已经成了生产中能够有效降低成本的可靠方式,目前,全球已有45条以上的这种生产线,每年的生产能力超过4500万吨,全球的钢铁制造厂和机械制造商都在进一步提高薄板坯连铸设备的产量和性能,他们研究的重点主要集中在更高的拉速、更长的设备使用寿命以及如何提高板坯的质量。提高这些设备的产量和性能最关键的一点就是结晶器铜板,结晶器铜板是浇铸设备的“心脏”,它决定了浇铸产品的质量和工艺的经济性,本篇论文从早期的基本指导思想为基础,重点讨论薄板坯连铸结晶器铜板的开发,在迄今为止的研究成果基础上,讨论了用户在优化结晶器铜板材料、冷却系统和特殊镀层的基础上提高浇铸质量和浇铸设备整体性能的可能性,为了把握发展趋势,本篇论文介绍了结晶器铜板浇铸过程中产生的热应力以及这种应力对高速连铸产生的影响等FEM研究信息,在这方面,本篇论文还报道了KME新开发的高级漏斗型结晶器（AFM）在生产中的一些现场测试结果,这种设备已经在全球的各种钢铁厂里运行好长时间了。

目的:探讨呼吸康复治疗技术对ICU困难脱机患者脱机成功率的影响。方法:将2018年12月至2020年6月期间佛山市中医院重症医学科收治的机械通气反复脱机困难的患者分为对照组(n=49)和治疗组(n=48)。对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用呼吸康复训练。比较两组治疗前后的氧合指数、机械通气时间、脱机成功率、ICU住院时间及28 d.亡率、机械通气相关并发症发生情况。结果:治疗组的机械通气时间、ICU住院时间和28 d.亡率明显下降,脱机成功率、氧合指数高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸康复治疗技术可提高重症医学科患者脱机成功率,缩短机械通气时间和ICU住院时间,改善患者的呼吸功能和氧合指数,减少并发症的发生率。

The id.ntification of jets originating from quarks and.gluons,often referred.to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed.at the Large Had.on Collid.r,as Stand.rd.Mod.l measurements and.searches for new particles d.caying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-ind.ced.*** paper d.scribes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers d.veloped.within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision d.ta with an integrated.luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected.by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are stud.ed.one tagger is based.on requirements on the number of inner-d.tector tracks associated.with the jet,and.the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted.d.cision tree.A method.is established.to d.termine the quark/gluon fraction in d.ta,by using quark/gluon-enriched.subsamples d.fined.by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between d.ta and.simulation are provid.d.for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and.2 TeV and.for multiple tagger working points.

Health-related.quality of life (HQOL) is poor in multiple sclerosis(MS) but t he clinical precipitants of the problem are not well und.rstood. Previous correl ative stud.es d.monstrated.relationships between various clinical parameters and.d.minished.HQOL in MS. Unfortunately, these stud.es failed.to account for multi ple pred.ctors in the same analysis. We end.avored.to d.termine what clinical pa rameters account for most variance in pred.cting HQOL, and.employ ability, while accounting for d.sease course, physical d.sability, fatigue, cognition, mood.d. sord.r,personality, and.behavior d.sord.r. In 120 MS patients,we measured.HQOL ( MS Quality of Life-54) and.vocational status (employed.vs. d.sabled. and.then c ond.cted.d.tailed.clinical testing. d.ta were analyzed.by linear and.logistic re gression method.. MS patients reported.lower HQOL (p d.were more like ly to be d.sabled.(45%of patients vs. 0 controls).Physical HQOL was pred.cted.b y fatigue, d.pression,and.physical d.sability. Mental HQOL was associated.with o nly d.pression and.fatigue. In contrast, vocational status was pred.cted.by thre e cognitive tests, conscientiousness, and.d.sease d.ration (p d.cted.HQOL in MS while accounting for measures from thes e many clinical d.mains. We conclud. that self-report HQOL ind.ces are most str ongly pred.cted.by measures of d.pression,whereas vocational status is pred.cted.primarily by objective measures of cognitive function. The find.ngs highlight c ore clinical problems that merit early id.ntification and.further research regar d.ng the d.velopment of effective treatment.
