Tuberculosis (TB) ca.sed.by Mycoba.terium tuberculosis is one of the top 10 ca.ses of d.a.h world.id.. d.spite the globa. impa.t of TB a.d.trea.ment received. a.ga. persists between trea.ment a.d.qua.ity of life of the pa.ients especia.ly in resource limited.countries. This stud. therefore eva.ua.ed.the hea.th rela.ed.qua.ity of life of TB pa.ients a.d.the d.fferent fa.tors influencing their qua.ity of life a. the post intensive pha.e of their trea.ment in the Fa.o d.vision of the South-West Region of Ca.eroon. Method.: a.hospita. ba.ed.cross sectiona. stud. wa. ca.ried.out in 4 tuberculosis trea.ment centers, na.ely two regiona. (Buea.a.d.Limbe) a.d.two d.strict (Tiko a.d.Muyuka. hospita.s in Fa.o d.vision between June a.d.July 2017. One hund.ed.a.d.sixty-seven TB pa.ients were enrolled.in the stud. a.d.releva.t informa.ion from them wa. ga.hered.using the SF-36 questionna.re. Va.ious a.pects such a. their perception of the d.sea.e, their socio-d.mogra.hics a.d.socio-economics cond.tions were eva.ua.ed. Results: Of the 167 pa.ticipa.ts enrolled.in the stud., 95 (56.9%) were ma.e a.d.72 (43.1%) were fema.e. One hund.ed.a.d.thirty-three (79.6%) of the 167 pa.ticipa.ts were a.fected.by pulmona.y tuberculosis a.d.34 (20.4%) by extra.pulmona.y tuberculosis. Fifty-five (32.9%) were HIV positive a.d.90 (53.9%) ha.0}been receiving trea.ment for 4 - 6 months, 73 (43.7%) for 1 - 3 months a.d.4 (2.4%) for 7 - 9 months. The lowest a.d.highest scores were record.d.on the role limita.ion d.e to emotiona. problems sca.e (30.54 ± 35.36), a.d.on the socia. functioning sca.e (47.68 ± 16.33) respectively. Introd.ction: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), adolescence is the period of growth between 10 and 19 years of age. Complications from pregnancy are the second leading cause of death for adolescent girls aged 15 to 19 worldwide. Objective: In order to reduce the phenomenon of early pregnancy, we set out to determine its prevalence as well as its outcome among adolescent girls in secondary schools in the Douala 3rd district in Cameroon. Methodology: To achieve our objective, we conducted an analytical case-control study from November 08, 2018 to June 26, 2019, in ten secondary establishments in the Douala 3rd district. Included in the study were all adolescent girls, students in one of the secondary schools in the said district who agreed to participate in the study. Data analysis was done using SPSS 20.0 software. The significance threshold was set at p a.> 0.05. Results: A total of 445 adolescent girls were selected, including 89 cases and 356 controls. In 87.6% of the cases, the pregnancy was accidental and 58.4% used voluntary abortion. The univariate analysis of the results showed that the factor associated with the occurrence of teenage pregnancies was the age above 17 years (OR = 1.44;CI = 1.31a.> a. style="font-fa.ily:Verd.na.">-a.
