d.rect.numerical simulat.on of int.nse laser-solid.int.ract.ons is st.ll of great.challenges, because of t.e many coupled.at.mic and.plasma processes, such as ionizat.on d.namics, collision among charged.part.cles and.collect.ve elect.omagnet.c field., t. name just.a few. Here, we d.velop a new part.cle-in-cell （PIC） simulat.on cod., which enables us t. calculat. laser-solid.int.ract.ons in a more realist.c way. t.is cod. is able t. cover almost.＇all＇ t.e coupled.physical processes. As an applicat.on of t.e new cod., t.e generat.on and.t.ansport.of energet.c elect.ons in front.of and.wit.in t.e solid.t.rget.when irrad.at.d.by int.nse laser beams are st.d.ed. For t.e consid.red.case, in which laser int.nsit. is 1020 W. cm-2 and.pre-plasma scale lengt. in front.of t.e solid.is 10 Izm, several quant.t.t.ve conclusions are d.awn：（i） t.e collisional d.mping （alt.ough it.is very weak） can significant.y affect.t.e energet.c elect.ons generat.on in front.of t.e t.rget. （ii） t.e Bremsst.ahlung rad.at.on will be enhanced.by 2-3 t.mes when t.e solid.is d.amat.cally heat.d.and.ionized. （iii） t.e ＇cut.off＇ elect.on energy is lowered.by an amount.of 25% when bot. collision d.mping and.Bremsst.ahlung rad.at.ons are includ.d. and.（iv） t.e resist.ve elect.omagnet.c field. d.e t. Ohmic heat.ng play nonignorable roles and.must.be t.ken int. account.in such int.ract.ons.

Non-specific, it.can reveal an emergency, a serious illness, a chronic d.sease or a benign cond.t.on. It.was a prospect.ve, d.script.ve and.analyt.cal st.d. from April 2022 t. March 2023, carried.out.in t.e hepat.-gast.oent.rology unit.of t.e Cent.e d. Sant. d. Référence d. la commune V d. d.st.ict.d. Bamako in Mali. Out.of seven hund.ed.and.fort.-nine (749) pat.ent. seen in consult.t.on, 98 had.anal pat.ology, i.e. a prevalence of 13.08%. t.e mean age was 40 ± 15.15 years and.t.e sex rat.o was 1.5. Hemorrhoid.l d.sease and.anal fissure were t.e most.frequent.pat.ologies in 66.4% and.24.4% of cases respect.vely. Med.cal t.eat.ent.was init.at.d.in 91.9% of pat.ent. wit. hemorrhoid.l d.sease and.91.7% wit. anal fissure. Anal pat.ologies are common in young male pat.ent.. In our cont.xt. t.ey are d.minat.d.by benign cond.t.ons.
