drug-target interactions prediction(dTIP)remains an important requirement in theﬁeld of drug discovery and human *** identiﬁcation of interaction among the drug compound and target protein plays an essential pro-cess in the drug discovery *** is a lengthier and complex process for pre-dicting the drug target interaction(dTI)utilizing experimental *** resolve these issues,computational intelligence based dTIP techniques were developed to offer an efﬁcient predictive model with low *** recently devel-oped deep learning(dL)models can be employed for the design of effective pre-dictive approaches for *** this motivation,this paper presents a new drug target interaction prediction using optimal recurrent neural network(dTIP-ORNN)*** goal of the dTIP-ORNN technique is to predict the dTIs in a semi-supervised way,i.e.,inclusion of both labelled and unlabelled ***,the dTIP-ORNN technique performs data preparation process and also includes class labelling process,where the target interactions from the database are used to determine theﬁnal label of the unlabelled ***,drug-to-drug(d-d)and target-to-target(T-T)interactions are used for the weight initia-tion of the RNN based bidirectional long short term memory(BiLSTM)model which is then utilized to the prediction of *** hyperparameters signiﬁ-cantly affect the prediction performance of the BiLSTM technique,the Adam optimizer is used which mainly helps to improve the dTI prediction *** order to ensure the enhanced predictive outcomes of the dTIP-ORNN techni-que,a series of simulations are implemented on four benchmark *** comparative result analysis shows the promising performance of the dTIP-ORNN method on the recent approaches.

It is shown that a finite group g has four relative commutativity degrees if and only if g/Z（g） is a p-group of order p3 and g has no abelian maximal subgroups, or g/Z（g） is a Frobenius group with Frobenius kernel and complement isomorphic to Zp × Zp and Zq, respectively, and the Sylow p-subgroup of g is abelian, where p and q are distinct primes.

Aim: To evaluate the aphrodisiac potential of Terminalia catappa Linn. seeds using a suspension of its kernel (SS)in 1% methyl cellulose in rats. Methods: Male rots were orally treated with 1500 mg/kg or 3000 mg/kg SS or ve-hicle, and their sexual behaviour was monitored 3 h later using a receptive female. Another group of rats was orallytreated with either 3000 mg/kg SS or vehicle for 7 consecutive days. Their sexual behaviour and fertility were evaluatedon days 1, 4 and 7 of treatment and day 7 post-treatment by pairing overnight with a pro-oestrous female. Results:The 1500 mg/kg dose, had a marked aphrodisiac action (prolongation of ejaculation latency) but no effect on libido(% mounting, % intromission and % ejaculation), sexual vigour (mounting-and-intromission frequency), or sexualperformance (intercopulatory interval). In contrast, the higher dose (3000 mg/kg) reversibly inhibited all the para?e-ten of sexual behaviour other than mounting-and-intromission frequency and copulatory efficiency. The effects of highdose SS were not due to general toxicity, liver toxicity, haemotoxicity, stress, muscle deficiency, muscle incoordina-fion, analgesia, hypoglycaemia or reduction in blood testosterone level. They were due to marked sedation. Conclu-sion: The kernel of T. catappa seeds has aphrodisiac activity and may be useful in the treatment of certain forms ofsexual inadequacies, such as premature ejaculation.

Aim: To examine the effect of L-arginine, the substrate of nitric oxide (NO) synthase, on reproductive function ofmale rats. Methods: Male rats were gavaged with either L-arginine (100 or 200 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)), d-arginine (200mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)) or vehicle (0.9% NaCl) for seven consecutive days. Their sexual behaviour and fertility were evaluat-ed using receptive females. Results: L-arginine (200 mg/kg) had no significant effect on sexual competence (interms of sexual arousal, libido, sexual vigour and sexual performance). In mating experiments, the higher dose of L-arginine effectively and reversibly inhibited fertility, whilst the lower dose and the inactive stereoisomer d-arginine hadno significant effect. The antifertility effect caused by L-arginine was due to a profound elevation in the preimplantationloss mediated possibly by impairment in epididymal sperm maturation, hyperactivated sperm motility and sperm capaci-tation. Conclusion: Elevated NO production may be detrimental to male fertility.

Tissue formation, the identity of cells, and the functions they fulfill, are results of gene regulation. The male gametophyte of plants, pollen, is outstanding in this respect as several hundred genes expressed in pollen are not expressed in the sporophyte. How pollen-specific genes are down-regulated in the sporophyte has yet to be established. In this study, we have performed a bioinformatics analysis of publicly available genome-wide epigenetics data of sev- eral sporophytic tissues. By combining this analysis with dNase ! footprinting data, we assessed means by which the repression of pollen-specific genes in the Arabidopsis sporophyte is conferred. Our findings show that, in seedlings, the majority of pollen-specific genes are associated with histone-3 marked by mono- or trimethylation of Lys-27 （H3K27me1/ H3K27me3）, both of which are repressive markers for gene expression in the sporophyte. Analysis of dNase footprint profiles of pollen-specific genes in the sporophyte displayed closed chromatin proximal to the start codon. We describe a model of two-staged gene regulation in which a lack of nucleosome-free regions in promoters and histone modifications in open reading frames repress pollen-specific genes in the sporophyte.

The ternary phosphate glass series(50-x)CaO-xCaF_(2)-50P_(2)O_(5)(x=0-20 mol%)were synthesized using melt quench ***,optical and mechanical properties were investigated with increase in CaF_(2) *** X-ray diffraction(XRd),synthesized glasses were confirmed to be amorphous in *** of oxygen ions by fluorine ions increased the values of *** in refractive index due to the low polarizability of fluorine ions in the glass matrix was *** Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectra,the slight variation in v_(as)(PO_(2))band position and intensity could be attributed to replacement of fluorine ions for oxygen ions in phosphate glass *** data were well supported by Raman *** band gap energy increased from 3.44 eV to 3.64 eV with increase in CaF_(2) content,and Urbach energy decreased suggesting that the fluorine ions reduced the tail energy states in the band gap compared to the oxygen *** parameters such as Vickers hardness,fracture toughness and brittleness were evaluated from the Vickers micro indentation *** in Vickers hardness,decrease in fracture toughness and increase in brittleness were observed with increase in CaF_(2) content.

We proposed a mesh-free method, the called node-based smoothed point interpolation method(NS-PIM),for dynamic analysis of rotating beams. A gradient smoothing technique is used, and the requirements on the consistence of the displacement functions are further weakened. In static problems, the beams with three types of boundary conditions are analyzed, and the results are compared with the exact solution, which shows the effectiveness of this method and can provide an upper bound solution for the *** means that the NS-PIM makes the system soften. The NS-PIM is then further extended for solving a rigid-flexible coupled system dynamics problem, considering a rotating flexible cantilever beam. In this case, the rotating flexible cantilever beam considers not only the transverse deformations,but also the longitudinal deformations. The rigid-flexible coupled dynamic equations of the system are derived via employing Lagrange’s equations of the second type. Simulation results of the NS-PIM are compared with those obtained using finite element method(FEM) and assumed mode method. It is found that compared with FEM, the NS-PIM has anti-ill solving ability under the same calculation conditions.
