In this paper,we propose an approach to determine seven parameters of the Helmert transfor-mation by transforming the coordinates of a continuous GNSS network from the World Geodetic System 1984(WGS84)to the International Terrestrial Reference *** includes(1)convert-ing the coordinates of common points from the global coordinate system to the local coordinate system,(2)identifying and eliminating outliers by the dikin estimator,and(3)estimating seven parameters of the Helmert transformation by least squares(LS)estimation with the“clean”data(*** removed).Herein,the local coordinate system provides a platform to separate points’horizontal and vertical ***,the dikin estimator identifies and eliminates outliers in the horizontal or vertical component *** is significant because common points in a continuous GNSS network may contain *** proposed approach is tested with the Géoazur GNSS network with the results showing that the dikin estimator detects outliers at 6 out of 18 common points,among which three points are found with outliers in the vertical compo-nent ***,instead of eliminating all coordinate components of these six common points,we only eliminate all coordinate components of three common points and only the vertical component of another three common ***,the classical LS estimation is applied to“clean”data to estimate seven parameters of the Helmert transformation with a significant accuracy *** dikin estimator’s results are compared to those of other robust estimators of Huber and Theil-Sen,which shows that the dikin estimator performs ***,the weighted total least-squares estimation is implemented to assess the accuracy of the LS estimation with the same *** inter-comparison of the seven estimated parameters and their standard deviations shows a small difference at a few per million levels(E-6).

This paper proposes a new deep Feed-forward Neural Network(dFNN)approach for damage detection in functionally graded carbon nanotube-reinforced composite(FG-CNTRC)*** the proposed approach,the dFNN model is developed based on a data set containing 20000 samples of damage scenarios,obtained via finite element(FE)simulation,of the FG-CNTRC *** elemental modal kinetic energy(MkE)values,calculated from natural frequencies and translational nodal displacements of the structures,are utilized as input of the dFNN model while the damage locations and corresponding severities are considered as *** state-of-the art Exponential Linear Units(ELU)activation function and the Adamax algorithm are employed to train the dFNN ***,in order to enhance the performance of the dFNN model,the mini-batch and early-stopping techniques are applied to the training process.A trial-and-error procedure is implemented to determine suitable parameters of the network such as the number of hidden layers and the number of neurons in each *** accuracy and capability of the proposed dFNN model are illustrated through two distinct configurations of the CNT-fibers constituting the FG-CNTRC plates including uniform distribution(Ud)and functionally graded-V distribution(FG-Vd).Furthermore,the performance and stability of the dFNN model with the consideration of noise effects on the input data are also *** results indicate that the proposed dFNN model is able to give sufficiently accurate damage detection outcomes for the FG-CNTRC plates for both cases of noise-free and noise-influenced data.

We examine the meandering instability for prismatic lattices formed from triangles,squares and hexagons using a nearest neighbor kinetic Monte Carlo *** the first two cases,which are Bravais lattices,we find that facets with the orientation favored in the equilibrium shape of isolated islands are most prone to this instability,while the analogous facet for the hexagonal lattice is the least *** argue that this is due to a significant difference in the reconstructed/equilibrium versus the non-reconstructed edge energy for non-Bravais ***/edge energy is typically modeled as a single-valued function of *** put forward a simple geometric argument that suggests this picture is inadequate for crystals with a non-Bravais lattice *** the case of a hexagonally structured lattice,our arguments indicate that the non-reconstructed edge energy can be viewed as both discontinuous and multi-valued for a subset of orientations that are commensurate with the crystal *** support these conclusions with density functional theory calculations that also reveal multivalued surface energies for the set of singular orientations.

dNA methylation is an epigenetic mark that can affect transcrip- tional regulation and can he used to characterize differences in cellular states. due to the rapid reduction of sequencing cost, whole-genome bisulfite sequencing （WGBS; also known as MethylC-seq） has been increasingly applied to quantify dNA methylation status at the single site resolution throughout the entire genome. In WGBS data, the sequencing reads that overlap cytosine positions are either ＂C＂ or ＂T＂ based on whether it was methylated or unmethylated.

The whole-plant activation of defense responses to wounding and herbivory requires systemic signaling in which jasmonates （JAs） play a pivotal role. To examine the nature of the slower cell-nonautonomous as compared to the rapid cell-autonomous signal in mediating systemic defenses in Nicotiana attenuata, reciprocal stem graftingexperiments were used with plants silenced for the JA biosynthetic gene ALLENE OXIdE CYCLASE （irAOC） or plants transformed to create JA sinks by ectopicalIy expressing Arabidopsis JA-O-methyltransferase （ovJMT）. JA-impaired irAOC plants were defective in the cell-nonautonomous signaling pathway but not in JA transport. Conversely, ovJMT plants abrogated the production of a graft-transmissible JA signal. Both genotypes displayed unaltered cell-autonomous signaling. defense responses （17-hydroxygeranyllinalool diterpene glycosides, nicotine, and proteinase inhibitors） and metabolite profiles were differently induced in irAOC and ovJMT scions in response to graft-transmissible signals from elicited wild type stocks. The performance of Manduca sexta larvae on the scions of different graft combinations was consistent with the patterns of systemic defense metabolite elicitations. Taken together, we conclude that JA and possibly MeJA, but not JA-lle, either directly functions as a long-distance transmissible signal or indirectly interacts with long distance signal（s） to activate systemic defense responses.

Two threatened dipterocarp species,dipterocarpus costatus and dipterocarpus alatus are well-known endangered species in lowland forests of southeastern Vietnam,primarily from habitat loss and over-exploitation of their *** develop conservation strategies for these species,we analyzed 242 samples using nine microsatellite markers to determine the genetic variability within and among five populations of *** and three of ***,representing the natural range of dipterocarps in Southeast *** indicated low levels of genetic variability within populations with an average gene diversity of 0.223 for *** and 0.152 for *** of bottleneck tests indicated a reduction in population size of both species(P>0.05).Genetic differentiation among populations was high(FST=0.347 for *** and 0.274 for ***),indicating limited gene flow(Nm=0.662 for *** and 0.47 for ***)and isolated populations related to geographical *** of molecular variance showed high genetic variation within populations(72.92%for *** and 60.81%for ***)compared to among *** analysis and UPGMA tree also indicated the two optimal genetic clusters related to geographical *** results will provide a platform for the conservation,management and restoration of these species.
