H_(2)O_(2)‑Responsive MB–BSA–Fe(III)Nanoparticles as Oxygen Generators for MRI‑Guided Photodynamic Therapy

The local tumor hypoxia has become one of the main obstacles for photodynamic therapy(PdT).To break through this barrier,the fabrication of O_(2)-evolving nanoplatform has been more ***,the uniform methylene blue(MB)–bovine serum albumin(BSA)–Fe(III)nanoparticles(MB–BSA–Fe(III)NPs)were successfully synthesized by biomineralization ***–BSA–Fe(III)NPs show high loading capacity of MB,and Fe(ΙΙΙ)has excellent catalytic performance towards abundant H_(2)O_(2) in cancer cells to generate O_(2),overcoming tumor *** these combination effects remarkably increase the therapeutic efficiency of PdT,resulting in almost complete destruction of cancer *** importantly,MB–BSA–Fe(III)NPs exhibit T2-magnetic resonance imaging,which have the potential for precise visualization of the tumor *** results demonstrate that MB–BSA–Fe(III)is a novel H_(2)O_(2)-responsive and O_(2)-evolving nanoplatform and it has great potential for clinical applications such as cancer diagnosis,treatment or drug delivery.

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder among older adults,and a risk factor for poor physical and mental ***,the relationship between insomnia and cognitive health is not well ***,we review observational studies that have investigated whether insomnia is associated with deficits in objective cognitive performance and an increased risk of dementia,magnetic resonance imaging studies that have assessed grey matter volumes and white matter microstructure,and interventional studies that have explored whether the treatment of insomnia can improve cognitive *** are inconsistent findings regarding impaired performance in objective cognitive tests and reduced grey matter volumes,and limited,emerging,evidence that suggests that insomnia is associated with an increased risk of dementia and reduced white matter *** the interventional literature is still in its infancy,there is some indication that treatment may have an impact on ***-powered studies examining sources of heterogeneity are warranted.

Around the world human communities and natural ecosystems both rely on headwater regions for vital resources. Resources provided include groundwater sto- rage （Flint et al., 2008; Clilverd et al., 2011; Cao et al., 2012） in addition to soil moisture and forest ecosystem dynamics （McNamara et al., 2005; Williams et al., 2009; Jencso and McGlynn, 2011; Smith et al., 2011; Harpold et al., 2015; Webb et al., 2015）. Furthermore these regions are ecologically vital zones （Schlosser, 1995; Lowe and Likens, 2005） that impact downstream water quality （peterson et al., 2001; Alexander et al., 2007）.

dear editor,Zika virus(ZIKV),a pathogen within the genus Flavivirus,family Flaviviridae brought an international public health emergency due to its association with neonatal microcephaly case(Platt and Miner 2017).Currently the most reliable diagnostic test is PCR detection of ZIKV RNA from body fluid ***,the short viremia window and asymptomatic/mild infections greatly reduce the success rate of PCRs(de Vasconcelos et al.2018).

基于数字图像相关法解调被物体高度调制的投影栅线平移量的原理,提出了显微栅线投影相关法的概念。该方法是栅线投影法和数字图像相关方法相结合的产物,用于测量微结构的三维形貌和离面变形。系统阐述了该方法的测量原理和详细的标定过程,研究了该方法在微薄膜挠度测量中的应用。测量结果表明,显微栅线投影相关法简单易行,测试结果可靠,配合高速图像采集系统,可用于微结构的动态测试,从而为实现微结构动、静态测试展现了新的应用前景。

The saturated hydraulic conductivity(K_(s))and water retention curve(SWRC)parameters are important properties for simulating soil hydrological processes and characterizing soil conservation around the ***,K_(s) and SWRC are related with the soil physical quality(SPQ)and several SPQ indices can be derived from SWRC,such as the pore size distribution,relative field capacity,plant available water,drainable porosity,and soil hydraulic-energy indices(SheI).It is well known that the soil structure can be assessed by using SheI,but a possible physical relationship between K_(s) and SheI was not examined ***,the objective of this study was to investigate the behavior of K_(s) as function of SheI for several soil textural *** this relationship be proved,then SheI might be applied to improve the K_(s) prediction by PTF *** this work,a data set of 395 measured SWRC's were fitted to the vG equation to obtain the SheI to verify whether they are statistically correlated and physically dependent on K_(s).The resulting parametric and non-parametric correlation results were split up according to six textural *** significant influence of K_(s) on at least one of the absolute SheI(A_(a) or WR_(a))was verified on the numerical scale when all textures were grouped and on numerical and pF scales for clayey and silty textures.K_(s) showed significant impact on A_(a) and WR_(a) indices in four textural ***,K_(s) had influence on the sum A_(a)þWR_(a) denoted in pF scale for five of the six textural classes,with a significant linear correlation in the clayey texture when log(A_(a)+WR_(a))was *** significant and high correlation of K_(s) on the ratios WR_(a)/AWC and A_(a)/4d was also observed in four of the six classes,and therefore the use of these indices is recommended for the development of PTFs for K_(s) prediction.
