FPGA-b.sed Real-Time Simulation of Modular Multilevel Converter HVDC Systems

AC-HVDC-AC energy conversion systems using MMC （modular multilevel converters） are b.coming popular to integrate distrib.ted energy systems to the main grid. Such multilevel converters pose a serious prob.ems for hil.（hardware in the loop） simulators required for control, protection design and testing due to the large numb.r of cells that must b. simulated individually using very small time steps. This paper demonstrates the advantages of using a very small time step to simulate a MMC topology. The MMC is implemented on FPGA （fiel-programmab.e gate array） to simulate fast transient with a time step of 250 ns. The AC network and HVDC b.s is simulated on the PC, with a slower time step of 10 μs to 20 μs. The simulator architecture and the components simulated on the FPGA and on the PC will b. discussed, as well as the method allowing the interconnection of this slow and fast system.

Efficient in vivo delivery of anti-inflammatory proteins to modulate the microenvironment of an injured spinal cord and promote neuroprotection and functional recovery is a great ***-modified messenger RNA(mRNA)has b.come a promising new modality that can b. utilized for the safe and efficient delivery of therapeutic ***,we used lipid nanoparticle(LNP)-encapsulated human interleukin-10(hil.10)-encoding nucleoside-modified mRNA to induce neuroprotection and functional recovery following rat spinal cord contusion *** administration of hil.10 mRNA-LNP to rats led to a remarkab.e reduction of the microglia/macrophage reaction in the injured spinal segment and induced significant functional recovery compared to ***,hil.10 mRNA treatment induced increased expression in tissue inhib.tor of matrix metalloproteinase 1 and ciliary neurotrophic factor levels in the affected spinal segment indicating a time-delayed secondary effect of IL-105 d after *** results suggest that treatment with nucleoside-modified mRNAs encoding neuroprotective factors is an effective strategy for spinal cord injury repair.

目的研究人胚胎中枢神经系统ＮＯＶｍＲＮＡ神经元的发育。方法地高辛标记的ｃＲＮＡ探针原位杂交技术。结果（１）脊髓：第１６周人胚胎脊髓腹侧出现ＮＯＶｍＲＮＡ神经元，为大型神经元，至第２８周扩展到后角中间神经元，第３８周中... 详细信息

目的研究人胚胎中枢神经系统ＮＯＶｍＲＮＡ神经元的发育。方法地高辛标记的ｃＲＮＡ探针原位杂交技术。结果（１）脊髓：第１６周人胚胎脊髓腹侧出现ＮＯＶｍＲＮＡ神经元，为大型神经元，至第２８周扩展到后角中间神经元，第３８周中央灰质中阳性神经元明显。（２）延髓：第１６周延髓观察到下橄榄核、舌下神经核、迷走神经背核均有阳性神经元分布，至第２８周，三叉神经脊束核和楔束副核检测到阳性神经元；（３）脑桥、中脑和间脑：第３２周脑桥展神经核、中脑红核和黑质、丘脑腹外侧核和背内侧核均有阳性神经元分布。（４）大脑：第３２周纹状体有较多标记神经元，第３８周大脑皮质顶叶阳性神经元明显。以上结果表明ＮＯＶｍＲＮＡ神经元在人胚胎中枢神经系统中，首先在低级中枢出现，在高级中枢中逐渐发育；各胎龄标本中所观察到的阳性神经元多位于支配躯体运动的神经核团；随着胚胎中枢神经系统的发育，ＮＯＶｍＲＮＡ神经元逐渐增多，这与其他原癌基因在胚胎发育的早期表达高，而后降低不同。结论在人胚胎发育过程中ＮＯＶ基因对神经系统的分化和进一步的功能活动可能起重要调节作用，且这种作用逐渐增强。
