The endoplasmic reticulum,a key cellular organelle,regulates a wide variety of cellular *** reticulum autophagy,one of the quality control systems of the endoplasmic reticulum,plays a pivotal role in maintaining endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis by controlling endoplasmic reticulum turnover,remodeling,and *** this review,we briefly describe the endoplasmic reticulum quality control system,and subsequently focus on the role of endoplasmic reticulum autophagy,emphasizing the spatial and temporal mechanisms underlying the regulation of endoplasmic reticulum autophagy according to cellular *** also summarize the evidence relating to how defective or abnormal endoplasmic reticulum autophagy contributes to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative *** summary,this review highlights the mechanisms associated with the regulation of endoplasmic reticulum autophagy and how they influence the pathophysiology of degenerative nerve *** review would help researchers to understand the roles and regulatory mechanisms of endoplasmic reticulum-phagy in neurodegenerative disorders.

Given Nepal's vulnerability to extreme precipitation(EP),it is imperative to conduct a comprehensive analysis to comprehend the historical trends of such ***,acquiring precise precipitation data for EP remains challenging in mountainous countries like Nepal owing to the scarcity of densely gauged *** limitation impedes the dissemination of knowledge pertaining to EP variability events in *** current research on this topic is deficient for two main reasons:1)there is a lack of studies leveraging recently released high-resolution precipitation products to identify their EP detection capabilities,which further hinders the usability of those products in data-scarce regions like Nepal,and 2)most studies have focused on the characterisation of EP events in Nepal rather than their spatial and temporal *** address these issues,this study evaluated the EP detection capabilities of four high-resolution precipitation product datasets(PPDs)across Nepal from 1985 to *** datasets include the ERA5 Land reanalysis data,satellite-based precipitation data(PERSIANN_CCS_CDR and CHIRPS_V2.0)and a merged dataset(TPHiPr).We used various statistical and categorical indices to assess their ability to capture the spatial and temporal variability of EP *** annual EP events were characterised by 11 indices divided into frequency and intensity *** TPHiPr merged dataset offered a robust depiction of monthly precipitation estimates,achieving the highest critical success index,accuracy,probability of detection and a low false alarm ratio for daily precipitation detection of 0.1 mm in ***,the PERSIANN_CCS_CDR dataset exhibited poor *** PPDs showed increasing trends in EP ***,the TPHiPr dataset showcased those trends with fewer errors and stronger correlations for many frequency(R10mm,R20mm and R25mm)and intensity(RX1day,RX5day,PRCPTOT and R99p)*** results indicate that TPHiPr outperformed ot

The advancement of direct seawater electrolysis is a significant step towards sustainable hydrogen production,addressing the critical need for renewable energy sources and efficient resource ***,direct seawater electrolysis has to face several challenges posed by the corrosiveness of highly concentrated chloride and the competitive chlorine evolution reaction(ClER).To overcome these issues,we designed a novel NiP_(2)@CoP electrocatalyst on a porous titanium microfiltration(Ti MF)*** obtained bifunctional NiP_(2)@CoP catalyst outperforms the Pt/C and IrO_(2),as evidenced by its low overpotentials of 192 and 425 mV at a current density of 500 ma·cm^(-2) for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline seawater(1 M KOH+0.5 M NaCl),***,only 231 and 569 mV overpotentials are required at the current density of 1500 ma·cm^(-2) towards HER and OER in alkaline seawater,*** importantly,no ClER was observed,demonstrating its excellent selectivity to *** selection of porous Ti MF membrane as an electrode substrate further enhances the performance by providing a robust structure that promotes the fast generation and release of gas *** promising outcomes obtained with NiP_(2)@CoP catalysts on Ti MF support,therefore,pave the way for the commercial viability of direct seawater electrolysis technologies at industrial-level current densities.

The dynamic influence of joints in aero-engine rotor systems is investigated in this ***,the tangential stiffness and loss factor are obtained from an isolated lap joint setup with dynamic excitation ***,the influence of the normal contact pressure and the excitation level are examined,which revel the uncertainty in ***,the updated Thin Layer Elements(TLEs)method with fitted parameters based on the experiments is established to simulate the dynamic properties of joints on the *** response of the rotor subjected to unbalance excitation is calculated,and the results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed ***,using the Chebyshev inclusion function and a direct iteration algorithm,a nonlinear interval analysis method is established to consider the uncertainty of parameters in *** accuracy is proved by comparison with results obtained using the Monte-Carlo *** with the updated TLEs,the nonlinear Chebyshev method is successfully applied on a finite model of a *** study shows that substantial attention should be paid to the dynamical design for the joint in rotor systems,the dynamic properties of joints under complex loading and the corresponding interval analysis method need to be intensively studied.

Interval analysis of rotor dynamic response based on Chebyshev polynomials

Uncertainty is extensively involved in the rotor systems of rotating machinery, which may cause an unstable vibrational response. To take the uncertainty into consideration for the uncertain rotor-bearing system, an improved unified interval analysis method based on the Chebyshev expansion is established in this paper. Firstly, the Chebyshev Interval Method(CIM) to calculate not only the critical speeds but also the dynamic response of rotor with uncertain parameters is introduced. Then, the numerical investigation is carried out based on the developed double disk rotor model and computation procedure, and the results demonstrate the validity. But when the uncertainty is sufficiently large to influence critical speeds, the upper and lower bounds are far from the actual bounds. In order to overcome the defects, a Bound Correction Interval analysis Method(BCIM) is proposed based on the Chebyshev expansion and the modal superposition. In use of the improved method, the bounds of the interval responses, especially the upper bound,are corrected, and the comparison with other methods demonstrates that the higher accuracy and a wider application range.

The effect of particle size distribution on the microstructure,texture,and mechanical properties of Al–Mg–Si–Cu alloy was investigated on the basis of the mechanical properties,microstructure,and texture of the *** results show that the particle size distribution influences the microstructure and the final mechanical properties but only slightly influences the recrystallization *** the pre-aging treatment and natural aging treatment(T4 P treatment),in contrast to the sheet with a uniform particle size distribution,the sheet with a bimodal particle size distribution of large constituent particles and small dispersoids exhibits higher strength and a somewhat lower plastic strain ratio(r) and strain hardening exponent(n).After solution treatment,the sheet with a bimodal particle size distribution of large constituent particles and small dispersoids possesses a finer and slightly elongated grain structure compared with the sheet with a uniform particle size ***,they possess almost identical weak recrystallization textures,and their textures are dominated by CubeND {001} and P {011} orientations.

Kinetic Characteristics Analysis of Aircraft During Heavy Cargo Airdrop

Airdrop is the most important approach for crisis transaction and unexpected events, it is necessary to investigate the flight characteristics of transport aircraft during the dropping process. This paper mainly focuses on the stability, controllability and model simplification of large aircraft with heavy cargo airdrop. In this process, the primary elements which have impact on force and moment are studied theoretically, the role of cargo mass, moving parameters and other factors on dynamical characteristics have been assessed by simulation and analysis. And then the aircraft model simplification is completed for control system designing in *** the work above shows that the parameters of cargo moving play a dominant role in flight characteristics and the flight equations can be simplified to reduce the design complexity.
