The Asian longhorned beetle(ALB),Anoplophora glabripennis,is a well-known stem borer with high polyphagous properties causing frequent outbreaks in northeast *** attractant-based trap is needed to improve the sensitivity,reliability,and effi ciency for detection of the *** this study,the eff ects of attractants,trap types and color synergy of a trapping system were *** blends comprised of the male-produced,two-component pheromone plus plant volatiles were used in the fi eld in Hengshui *** volatiles(e.g.,1-pentanol,and 2-pentanol)in combination with male pheromones increased the mean number of trapped ALB compared to the pheromone *** responded better than females to traps baited with plant volatiles alone,whereas traps emitting plant volatiles plus pheromone,regardless of trap type,captured more females than *** ALB-trapping effi ciency of a modifi ed fl ight intercept panel trap was more than ten times as high as a woodborer panel trap and 1.2 times a fl ight intercept panel *** 1-pentanol and 2-pentanol attractants alone or in combination with male-produced pheromone were more eff ective for monitoring ALB than common *** laboratory Y-tube olfactometer experiments,the color brown was better at increasing attraction of both males and females to 1-pentanol,2-pentanol,1-pentanol+pheromone,and 2-pentanol+pheromone compared to the clear-glass control *** fi ndings provide a reliable and eff ective trap system to monitor ALB infestations.

Lead halide perovskites have received considerable attention from researchers over the past several years due to their superior optical and optoelectronic properties,because of which they can be a versatile platform for fundamental science research and *** structures based on lead halide perovskites have much more novel properties compared with their more commonly seen bulk-,micro-,and nano-crystals,such as improvement in antireflection,light-scattering effects,and light absorption,as a result of their adjustability of spatial ***,there are many challenges yet to be resolved in this field,such as insufficient patterned resolution,imperfect crystal quality,complicated preparation process,and so *** pave the way to solve these problems,we provide a systematic presentation of current methods for fabricating lead halide perovskite patterned structures,including thermal imprint,use of etching films,two-step vapor-phase growth,template-confined solution growth,and seed-assisted ***,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are elaborated in *** addition,thanks to the extraordinary properties of lead halide perovskite patterned structures,a variety of potential applications in optics and optoelectronics of these structures are ***,we put forward existing challenges and prospects in this exciting field.

Massive sequence view (MSV) is a classic timeline-based dynamic network visualization approach. However, it is vulnerable to visual clutter caused by overlapping edges, thereby leading to unexpected misunderstanding of time-varying trends of network communications. This study presents a new edge sampling algorithm called edge-based multi-class blue noise (E-MCBN) to reduce visual clutter in MSV. Our main idea is inspired by the multi-class blue noise (MCBN) sampling algorithm, commonly used in multi-class scatterplot decluttering. First, we take a node pair as an edge class, which can be regarded as an analogy to classes in multi-class scatterplots. Second, we propose two indicators, namely, class overlap and inter-class conflict degrees, to measure the overlapping degree and mutual exclusion, respectively, between edge classes. These indicators help construct the foundation of migrating the MCBN sampling from multi-class scatterplots to dynamic network samplings. Finally, we propose three strategies to accelerate MCBN sampling and a partitioning strategy to preserve local high-density edges in the MSV. The result shows that our approach can effectively reduce visual clutters and improve the readability of MSV. Moreover, our approach can also overcome the disadvantages of the MCBN sampling (i.e., long-running and failure to preserve local high-density communication areas in MSV). This study is the first that introduces MCBN sampling into a dynamic network sampling.

Extremely high heat flux reaching 20 MW·m^(−2) can be foreseen for the future fusion *** high heat flux would induce recrystallization of tungsten(W)material,leading to significant strength loss of tungsten material and increment of ductility at high temperature,in particular when the temperature is much higher than its ductile-to-brittle transition temperature(DBTT).In this paper,an International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER)-like tungsten divertor monoblock is modeled,and benchmark has been done first to get consistent results with ***,the monoblock structure has been optimized in order to get a lowest possible temperature and stress during heating and cooling phase separately compared to the baseline *** analysis of two kinds of states:stress-relieved tungsten and recrystallized tungsten using finite element method has been performed,aiming at finding out the recrystallization impact on the mechanical behavior of tungsten in divertor monoblock under cyclic high heat *** due to progressive deformation and time-independent fatigue lifetime of these two states of tungsten have been assessed and compared according to criteria The Structural Design Criteria for ITER In-vessel ***,the impact of different material recrystallization temperature on mechanical behavior has been explored under stationary heat *** result shows that after recrystallization,thermal stress of tungsten material can be released by the larger plastic deformation compared to the stress-relieved ***,it is easier for recrystallized tungsten to get damaged due to progressive deformation as well as fatigue under 20 MW·m^(−2) cyclic heat flux than stress-relieved tungsten because of its relatively lower yield strength and larger plastic strain,which would cause low-cycle strain ***,tungsten with lower recrystallization temperature distorts more seriously,and therefore,it can be predicted the cracks would

Refractories have an important effect on the cleanliness of molten *** interaction between CeAlO_(3) refractories and Ce treated steel was explored and compared with that between Al_(2)O_(3) refractories and Ce treated *** results show that the Ce content in steel decreases sharply after contact with Al_(2)O_(3) refractories and the pick-up of dissolved Al *** with the test of Al_(2)O_(3) refractories,the loss of Ce content is less in the test of CeAlO_(3) refractory,and the total oxygen content and dissolved Al content in steel increase *** dense and continuous Ce_(2)O_(2)S interface layer is observed at the CeAlO_(3) refractories/steel interface,which can serve as the metallurgical isolation layer and hinder the further interaction between refractories and ***,the higher steel cleanliness and less penetration of refractories by molten steel are obtained in the test of CeAlO_(3) *** CeAlO_(3) refractories show a promising prospect in the production of clean Ce treated steel.

Effect of layer thickness and voxel size inversion on leaf area density based on the voxel-based canopy profiling method

Voxel-based canopy profiling is commonly used to determine small-scale leaf *** thickness and voxel size impact accuracy when using this ***,we determined the optimal combination of layer thickness and voxel size to estimate leaf area density *** LiDAR Stonex X300 was used to generate point cloud data for Masson pines(Pinus massoniana).The canopy layer was stratified into 0.10-1.00-m-thick layers,while voxel size was 0.01-0.10 *** leaf area density of individual trees was estimated using leaf area indices for the upper,middle,and lower canopy and the overall *** true leaf area index,obtained by layered harvesting,was used to verify the inversion *** area density was inverted by nine combinations of layer thickness and voxel *** average relative accuracy and mean estimated accuracy of these combined inversion results exceeded 80%.When layer thickness was 1.00 m and voxel size 0.05 m,inversion was closest to the true *** average relative accuracy was 92.58%,mean estimated accuracy 98.00%,and root mean square error *** combination of leaf area density and index was accurately *** conclusion,nondestructive voxel-based canopy profiling proved suitable for inverting the leaf area density of Masson pine in Hetian Town,Fujian Province.

In isothermal spheroidizing process,the spheroidization and growth of the carbide formed in hot-deformed high-carbon chromium cast steel at high temperature were *** results showed that the spheroidizing growth of carbide proceeds in such a way that the bigger carbide particles swallow the smaller ones,and the short rhabdoid carbides dissolve and are spheroidized by *** the samples were held at 720℃ for more than 3 h,the spheroidization is not *** feature of the process is the size increment and the amount decrement of carbide *** empirical equation for growth rate of carbides was *** volume fraction of carbides keeps *** growth process agrees well with Ostwald Ripening Law.
