Solar-blind ultraviolet(UV)photodetectors based on p-organic/n-Ga_(2)O_(3) hybrid heterojunctions have attracted extensive attention ***,the multifunctional solar-blind photodetector based on p-type poly[N-90-heptadecanyl-2,7-carbazole-alt-5,5-(40,70-di-2-thienyl-20,10,30-benzothiadiazole)](PCDTBT)/n-type amorphous Ga_(2)O_(3)(a-Ga_(2)O_(3))is fabricated and investigated,which can work in the phototransistor mode coupling with self-powered *** the introduction of PCDTBT,the dark current of such the a-Ga_(2)O_(3)-based photodetector is decreased to 0.48 ***,the photoresponse parameters of the a-Ga_(2)O_(3)-based photodetector in the phototransistor mode to solar-blind UV light are further increased,that is,responsivity(R),photo-detectivity(D*),and external quantum efficiency(EQE)enhanced to 187 A W^(-1),1.3×10^(16) Jones and 9.1×10^(4)% under the weak light intensity of 11μW cm^(-2),*** to the formation of the built-in field in the p-PCDTBT/n-Ga_(2)O_(3) type-Ⅱ heterojunction,the PCDTBT/Ga_(2)O_(3) multifunctional photodetector shows self-powered *** responsivity of p-PCDTBT/n-Ga_(2)O_(3) multifunctional photodetector is 57.5 mA W^(-1) at zero *** multifunctional p-n hybrid heterojunction-based photodetectors set the stage for realizing high-performance amorphous Ga_(2)O_(3) heterojunction-based photodetectors.

In this paper, we focus on the power allocation of Integrated Sensing and Communication(ISAC) with orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) waveform. In order to improve the spectrum utilization efficiency in ISAC, we propose a design scheme based on spectrum sharing, that is,to maximize the mutual information(mi) of radar sensing while ensuring certain communication rate and transmission power constraints. In the proposed scheme, three cases are considered for the scattering off the target due to the communication signals,as negligible signal, beneficial signal, and interference signal to radar sensing, respectively, thus requiring three power allocation schemes. However,the corresponding power allocation schemes are nonconvex and their closed-form solutions are unavailable as a consequence. Motivated by this, alternating optimization(AO), sequence convex programming(SCP) and Lagrange multiplier are individually combined for three suboptimal solutions corresponding with three power allocation schemes. By combining the three algorithms, we transform the non-convex problem which is difficult to deal with into a convex problem which is easy to solve and obtain the suboptimal solution of the corresponding optimization problem. Numerical results show that, compared with the allocation results of the existing algorithms, the proposed joint design algorithm significantly improves the radar performance.

离子掺杂已被证明是在无机荧光粉和有机-无机杂化材料中实现高效发光的一种有效方法.掺杂体系大多具有较高的光致发光量子产率(PLQY)和优异的稳定性,因此在光电器件领域有着潜在的应用前景.本论文采用同价离子掺杂的策略,通过溶液蒸发方法制备了高效发光的Sb^(3+)掺杂的铟基卤化物(C_(6)H_(18)N_(2))InCl_(5)·H_(2)O:Sb(C_(6)H_(18)N_(2)^(2+)=N,N,N',N'-四甲基乙烷-1,2-二铵),其发射峰值为565 nm,PLQY为74.6%.光物理性质表征和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算研究证明了该宽带发射起源于自陷激子.当(C_(6)H_(18)N_(2))InCl_(5)·H_(2)O:Sb杂化材料暴露在甲醇蒸气中时,在365 nm的紫外光激发下,其发射峰从565 nm显著红移到663 nm,发光颜色由黄色变为红色;当将暴露于甲醇的杂化材料置于空气中时,几分钟后其发射将恢复到原来的565 nm的黄光发射.单晶X射线衍射研究表明,甲醇与Sb(Ⅲ)中心配位后的结构畸变是导致发射红移的原因.在筛选了一系列不同极性的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC)后,我们发现(C_(6)H_(18)N_(2))InCl_(5)·H_(2)O:Sb对甲醇蒸汽表现出特定的响应.此外,当材料吸收和释放甲醇的几个循环后,其发射强度未发生明显变化.高抗疲劳性和专一的溶剂响应使这种Sb^(3+)掺杂的铟基卤化物能够成为非常有前景的甲醇检测材料.

Malignant tumors are the main diseases threatening human life. Using precise theranostics to diagnose and cure tumors has emerged as a new method to improve patient survival. Based on the current development of precise tumor imaging, image-guided tumor therapy has received widespread attention because it is beneficial for developing precise treatment of tumors, has the potential to improve the efficacy of tumor therapy and reduce the incidence of adverse side effects. Nanoprobes, which are nanomaterial functionalized with specific biomolecules, have intrigued intense interest due to their great potential in monitoring biorecognition and biodetection evens. Benefiting from the unique advantages of nanomaterials, including the easy surface functionalization, the unique imaging performances, and the high drug loading capacity, nanoprobes have become a powerful tool to simultaneously realize tumor precise imaging, diagnosis, and therapy. This review introduces the non-invasive tumor precise imaging and highlights the recent advances of image-guided oncotherapy mediated by nanoprobes in anti-tumor drug delivery, tumor precise surgical navigation, chemodynamic therapy, and phototherapy. Finally, a perspective on the challenge and future direction of nanoprobes in imaging-guided tumor theranostics is also discussed.
