A hybrid method of continuum and particle dynamics is developed for micro- and nano-fluidics, where fluids are described by a molecular dynamics （MD） in one domain and by the Navier-Stokes （NS） equations in another domain. In order to ensure the continuity of momentum flux, the continuum and molecular dynamics in the overlap domain are coupled through a constrained particle dynamics. The constrained particle dynamics is constructed with a virtual damping force and a virtual added mass force. The sudden-start Couette flows with either non-slip or slip boundary condition are used to test the hybrid method. It is shown that the results obtained are quantitatively in agreement with the analytical solutions under the non-slip boundary conditions and the full MD simulations under the slip bound- ary conditions.

Thermal transport properties of low-dimensional nanomaterials are highly anisotropic and sensitive to the structural disorder,which can greatly limit their applications in heat *** this work,we unveil that the carbon honeycomb structures which have high in-plane thermal conductivity simultaneously possess high axial thermal *** on non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations,we find that the intrinsic axial thermal conductivity of carbon honeycomb structure reaches 746 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)at room temperature,comparable to that of good heat dissipation materials such as hexagonal boron *** comparing the phonon transmission spectrum between carbon honeycombs and few layer graphene,the physical mechanism responsible for the high axial thermal conductivity of carbon honeycombs is *** importantly,our simulation results further demonstrate that the high axial thermal conductivity of carbon honeycomb structure is robust to the structural disorder,which is a common issue during the mass production of the carbon honeycomb *** study suggests that the carbon honeycomb structure has unique advantages to serve as the thermal management material for practical applications.

The rapid evolution of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies has significantly propelled the advancement of the Internet of Vehicles(IoV).With AI support,represented by machine learning technology,vehicles gain the capability to make intelligent *** a distributed learning paradigm,federated learning(FL)has emerged as a preferred solution in *** to traditional centralized machine learning,FL reduces communication overhead and improves privacy *** these benefits,FL still faces some security and privacy concerns,such as poisoning attacks and inference attacks,prompting exploration into blockchain integration to enhance its security *** paper introduces a novel blockchain-enabled federated learning(BCFL)scheme with differential privacy(DP)tailored for *** order to meet the performance demanding IoV environment,the proposed methodology integrates a consortium blockchain with Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(PBFT)consensus,which offers superior efficiency over the conventional public *** addition,the proposed approach utilizes the Differentially Private Stochastic Gradient Descent(DP-SGD)algorithm in the local training process of FL for enhanced privacy *** results indicate that the integration of blockchain elevates the security level of FL in that the proposed approach effectively safeguards FL against poisoning *** the other hand,the additional overhead associated with blockchain integration is also limited to a moderate level to meet the efficiency criteria of ***,by incorporating DP,the proposed approach is shown to have the(ε-δ)privacy guarantee while maintaining an acceptable level of model *** enhancement effectively mitigates the threat of inference attacks on private information.

Long-term moderately high or low temperatures can damage economically important *** the present study,we treated Panax notoginseng,an important traditional Chinese medicine,with temperatures of 10,20,and 30℃for 30 *** then investigated *** glycerolipidome responses to these moderate temperature stresses using an ESI/MS-MS-based lipidomic *** long-term chilling(LTC,10℃)and long-term heat(LTH,30℃)decreased photo pigment levels and photosynthetic ***-induced degradation of photo pigments and glycerolipids may further cause the decline of photosynthesis and thereafter the senescence of ***-induced photosynthesis decline is attributed to the degradation of photo synthetic pigments rather than the degradation of chloroplastidic *** has an especially high level of lysophosphatidylglycerol,which may indicate that either *** phospholipase A acts in a special manner on phosphatidylglycerol(PG),or that phospholipase B *** ratio of sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol(SQDG)to PG increased significantly after LTC treatment,which may indicate that SQDG partially substitutes for *** LTC treatment,the increase in the degree of unsaturation of plastidic lipids was less than that of extraplastidic lipids,and the increase in the unsaturation of PG was the largest among the ten lipid classes *** results indicate that increasing the level of unsaturated PG may play a special role in maintaining the function and stability of *** photosystems after LTC treatment.

Excessive fertilization has led to nutrient use inefficiency and serious environmental consequences for radish cultivation in North *** Nutrient Expert(NE)system is a science-based,site-specific fertilization decision support system,but the updated NE system for radish has rarely been *** study aims to validate the feasibility of NE for radish fertilization management from agronomic,economic,and environmental perspectives.A total of 46 field experiments were conducted over four seasons from April 2018 to November 2019 across the major radish growing regions in North *** results indicated that NE significantly reduced N,P_(2)O_(5),and K_(2)O application rates by 98,110,and 47 kg ha^(-1) relative to those in the farmers’practice(FP),respectively,and reduced N and P_(2)O_(5) inputs by 48 and 44 kg ha^(-1),respectively,while maintaining the same K_(2)O rate as soil testing(ST).Relative to FP and ST,NE significantly increased radish yield by 2.7 and 2.6 t ha^(-1)(4.2 and 4.0%)and net returns by 837 and 432 USD ha^(-1),*** average,NE significantly improved the agronomic efficiency(AE)of N,P,and K(relative to FP and ST)by 42.4 and 31.0,67.4 kg kg^(-1) and 50.9,and 20.3 and 12.3 kg kg^(-1);enhanced the recovery efficiency(RE)of N,P,and K by 11.4 and 7.0,14.1 and 7.5,and 11.3 and 6.3 percentage points;and increased the partial factor productivity(PFP)of N,P,and K by 162.9 and 96.8,488.0 and 327.3,and 86.9 and 22.4 kg kg^(-1),***,NE substantially reduced N and P_(2)O_(5) surpluses by 105.1 and 115.1 kg ha^(-1),respectively,and decreased apparent N loss by 110.8 kg ha^(-1) compared to *** results indicated that the NE system is an effective and feasible approach for improving NUE and promoting cleaner radish production in North China.

Hardness and microstructure evolutions in 1050 aluminum alloy prepared by equal-channel angular pressing （ECAP） were inves- tigated by hardness testing, optical microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy after samples were annealed at different temperatures for 1 h both in the absence and presence of a 12-T magnetic field. The results showed that the hardness of samples after magnetic annealing were lower than that of samples after normal annealing at 150-250℃, but it was higher than that of samples after normal annealing at 〉250℃. During annealing, the rate of softening was faster, and the grains were more homogeneous in 8-ECAPed samples than in 2-ECAPed samples. A rapid grain growth occurred when 2-ECAPed samples were annealed at high temperature （〉300℃）. The magnetic field enhanced the mobility of dislocations and grain boundaries. A more homogeneous grain size was observed in samples prepared under an applied magnetic field.

Immunogenic death is a form of programmed cell death that is common in the development and progression of ***,its impact on tumor progression differs depending on the location of the ***,it also plays an important role in antitumor immunity because the process of immunogenic death can release substances that activate immunity.1 Therefore,in this study,the key mechanism of mediating immunogenic death in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)was found from the excavation of the immunogenic death characteristics of pan-cancer and the in-depth investigation of its effects on different tumor types(Fig.1A).

Electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)paves a new way to cost-efficient production of ammonia,but is still challenging in the sluggish kinetics caused by hydrogen evolution reaction competition and chemical inertness of N≡N ***,we report a“dual-site”strategy for boosting NRR performance.A high-performance catalyst is successfully constructed by anchoring isolated Fe and Mo atoms on hierarchical N doped carbon nanotubes through a facile self-sacrificing template route,which exhibits a remarkably improved NH3 yield rate of 26.8μg·h^(−1)·mg with 11.8%Faradaic efficiency,which is 2.5 and 1.6 times larger than those of Fe/NC and Mo/*** enhancement can be attributed to the unique hierarchical structure that profits from the contact of electrode and electrolyte,thus improving the mass and electron *** importantly,the in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(in situ FTIR)result firmly demonstrates the crucial role of the coupling of Fe and Mo atoms,which can efficiently boost the generation and transmission of*N2Hy intermediates,leading to an accelerated reaction rate.

Appropriate materials collaborated with reasonable structure can significantly increase the separator performance for lithium-ion *** this work,taking the advantages of microfibrous and nanofibrous membranes and compensating for their defects,we developed a composited separator(GOPPH)with excellent overall performance by first wetting-modifying the polyethylene terephthalate microfibers and then laminating a polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene nanofiber *** a combination not only offers the GOPPH separator,from the perspective of structure,with high porosity and hierarchical structure in terms of fiber diameter and pore size,but also provides satisfactory features including wettability,mechanical strength and thermal shutdown function that benefit from the selected ***,as determined by experimental and theoretical approaches,the obtained GOPPH separator exhibits considerably enhanced lithium ion transport ability with a high lithium ion transference number and transport rate,which thereby endowing the cell with superior cycling stability with a capacity retention of 93%after 200 cycles at 1 ***,considering battery safety and performance,the GOPPH fibrous membrane could be a promising separator candidate for lithium-ion batteries.
