Defect detection and repair algorithm for structures generated by topology optimization based on 3D hierarchical fully convolutional network

Customized 3D-printed structural parts are widely used in surgical *** satisfy the mechanical properties and kinematic functions of these structural parts,a topology optimization technique is adopted to obtain the optimal structural layout while meeting the constraints and ***,topology optimization currently faces some practical challenges that must be addressed,such as ensuring that structures do not have significant defects when converted to additive manufacturing *** address this problem,we designed a 3D hierarchical fully convolutional network(FCN)to predict the precise position of the defective *** on the prediction results,an effective repair strategy is adopted to repair the defective structure.A series of experiments is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of our *** to the 2D fully convolutional network and the rule-based detection method,our approach can accurately capture most defect structures and achieve 89.88%precision and 95.59%***,we investigate the impact of different ways to increase the receptive field of our model,as well as the trade-off between different defect-repairing *** results of the experiment demonstrate that the hierarchical structure,which increases the receptive field,can substantially improve the defect detection *** the best of our knowledge,this paper is the first to investigate 3D defect prediction and repair for topology optimization in conjunction with deep learning algorithms,providing practical tools and new perspectives for the subsequent development of topology optimization techniques.

Fabrication of Molecularly Imprinted Electrospun Nanofibers with Mono-amidoxime Functional Ligand for Efficient Decontamination of Toxic Organophosphates

There is an urgent imperative to discover practical and efficacious artificial catalysts for the expeditious decontamination of toxic organophosphates. Herein, we propose a novel molecularly imprinted approach utilizing electrospun fiber scaffolds. Specifically, an amidoxime-based functional polymer (PMAOX) has been synthesized, which contains amidoxime groups that can act as nucleophiles and ligands for the formation of catalytic active sites. This polymer was blended with polyacrylonitrile (PAN), a well-processable material, to prepare a nanofiber mat using electrospinning techniques. Then, the amidoxime side groups on fiber surface were further cross-linked after the molecular coordination of templates to complete the molecularly imprinting process. This approach can not only enhance the content of functional molecularly imprinted polymers without affecting structural stability, but also combines surface MI technology to fully expose and leverage the advantages of active sites. The as prepared molecularly imprinted electrospun nanofibers MIF-Zn-PMAOX/PAN-6/4 catalyzes the degradation of paraoxon with a half-life of 32 min, and MIF-Ag-PMAOX/PAN catalyzes the degradation of parathion with a half-life of 18 min. The maximum catalytic rate evidence rate enhancements nearly 3700-fold of the self-hydrolysis. Thus, the mono-amidoxime based molecularly imprinted fibers demonstrate the versatility and superiority as self-detoxifying for organophosphates.

Multi-soliton solutions, breather-like and bound-state solitons for complex modified Korteweg–de Vries equation in optical fibers

Under investigation in this paper is a complex modified Korteweg–de Vries(KdV) equation, which describes the propagation of short pulses in optical fibers. Bilinear forms and multi-soliton solutions are obtained through the Hirota method and symbolic computation. Breather-like and bound-state solitons are constructed in which the signs of the imaginary parts of the complex wave numbers and the initial separations of the two parallel solitons are important factors for the interaction patterns. The periodic structures and position-induced phase shift of some solutions are introduced.

Key genes and regulatory networks for diabetic retinopathy based on hypoxia-related genes:a bioinformatics analysis

Organic ferroelastic enantiomers with high Tc and large dielectric switching ratio triggered by order-disorder and displacive phase transition

Molecular-based ferroelastics with dielectric switching properties are highly desirable for their applications on microelectronic dielectric switches,sensors,data storage,and so ***,the current reports mostly focus on organic-inorganic hybrids containing toxic heavy metal atoms,and the relatively low phase transition temperature limits their *** this paper,low-toxic organic salt ferroelastic enantiomers(R/S)-4-fluoro-1-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octonium chloride[(R/S)-F-321]were designed and synthesized under the introducing chirality *** undergo a 432F422-type ferroelastic phase transition with a high Curie temperature(Tc)of 470 K,simultaneously exhibiting excellent dielectric switching *** addition to the ordered-disordered movement of cations,the significant displacement of anions is also responsible for such high Tc and large dielectric switching ratios,which is very rare in molecular-based switching *** work enriches the development of molecular ferroelastic switching materials and gives inspiration for the exploration of environmentally friendly high Tc organic salt ferroelastics with prominent switching performances.
