Metals obtain optimum conditions of metallurgical and physical properties through a heat treatment. brass is one of the copper alloys which has many applications in everyday life and in the industry. brass is one of the copper alloys which has many applications in everyday life and the industry. In this work, the influence of the precipitation heat treatment temperature on the metallurgical microstructure, structure, thermal properties, and microhardness of an alpha brass is analyzed. Samples were heat treated by precipitation for 2 h at 300°C, 400°C, 500°C, 600°C, and 700°C. The best mechanical properties were found at 500°C of precipitation heat treatment temperature. Specimens were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Vickers microhardness, photothermal radiometry, and photoacoustic to study the thermal diffusivity and conductivity, as well as the heat capacity. The inverse of the full width at the half maximum analysis showed that the crystallinity decreased as the precipitation heat treatment temperature increased. Metallurgical microstructure and microhardness were correlated to the precipitation heat treatment temperatures to determine the effect on the metallurgical and mechanical properties, as well as the effect on the thermal properties of alpha brass.

Hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection affects about 170 million people worldwide and it is a major cause of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular *** is a hepatotropic non-cytopathic virus able to persist in a great percentage of infected hosts due to its ability to escape from the immune *** damage and disease progression during HCV infection are driven by both viral and host ***,adaptive immune response carries out an essential task in controllingnon-cytopathic viruses because of its ability to recognize infected cells and to destroy them by cytopathic mechanisms and to eliminate the virus by non-cytolytic *** is able to impair this response by several means such as developing escape mutations in neutralizing antibodies and in T cell receptor viral epitope recognition sites and inducing HCV-specific cytotoxic T cell anergy and *** impair HCV-specific T cell reactivity,HCV affects effector T cell regulation by modulating T helper and Treg response and by impairing the balance between positive and negative co-stimulatory molecules and between pro-and antiapoptotic *** this review,the role of adaptive immune response in controlling HCV infection and the HCV mechanisms to evade this response are reviewed.

This bombesin (bbN), a tetradecapeptide analog of human gastrin-releasing peptide (GrP) with a high binding affinity for GrP receptors (GrPr), is over- expressed in early stages of androgen-dependent prostate carcinomas, but not in advanced stages. Therefore, there is a need to develop effective tracers for the accurate and specific detection of this disease. The objective of this study was to evaluate Lys1, Lys3-DOTA-bbN (1,14) analog with the radiolabeled positron emitter [68Ga]-Ga-bbN for receptor imaging with PET, and to determine its biodistribution and radiation dosimetry using whole-body (Wb) PET scans in healthy volunteers. The highest uptake was in the pancreas, followed by urinary bladder. The critical organ was pancreas with a mean absorbed dose of 206 ± 0.7, 210 ± 0.7, 120 ± 0.9, 390.23 ± 0.6 μGy/Mbq and the effective doses were estimated as 73.2 ± 0.6, 49.8 ± 0.3 μGy/Mbq (women and men, respectively).

Low-grade intestinal inflammation plays a key role in the pathophysiology of irritable bowel syndrome(IbS), and this role is likely to be multifactorial. The aim of this review was to summarize the evidence on the spectrum of mucosal inflammation in IbS, highlighting the relationship of this inflammation to the pathophysiology of IbS and its connection to clinical practice. We carried out a bibliographic search in Medline and the Cochrane Library for the period of January 1966 to December 2014, focusing on publications describing an interaction between inflammation and IbS. Several evidences demonstrate microscopic and molecular abnormalities in IbS patients. Understanding the mechanisms underlying low-grade inflammation in IbS may help to design clinical trials to test the efficacy and safety of drugs that target this pathophysiologic mechanism.

[背景]虽然城市空气污染物是包含多种成分的复杂组合,但是关于长期暴露对健康影响的研究往往集中在某单一污染物,将其作为整个混合物的代替指标。对于探究暴露中空间差异的流行病学研究,更好地了解成分污染物的浓度和相互关系将大有帮助,它可以阐明单个污染物指标,特别是二氧化氮(NO2),在多大程度上代表了多种污染混合物的空间格局。[目的]研究城市中空气污染物浓度和相互关系,了解认识城市空气污染混合物的性质。[方法]在2009年冬季、夏季和秋季的34天里,以高分辨率系统、动态地测量加拿大魁北克蒙特利尔市的23种空气污染物。[结果]污染水平以及不同污染物统计关联间随季节和邻里而变化。氮氧化物类(一氧化氮、二氧化氮、氮氧化物和总的氧化氮类)与测量的整套污染物指标之间的整体空间相关性最高。超细颗粒物和烃类有机气溶胶浓度(用作特定的交通颗粒物指标的派生指标)也具有非常高的相关性。[结论]本研究结果表明,无论是在时间还是空间上,多污染物的组合在城市中的变异很大,因此没有任何单一的污染物能够在所有条件下成为整个污染的完美替代指标。然而,根据整套污染物指标总体的平均空间相关性,氮氧化物类是户外城市空气污染混合物暴露空间变化的最佳指标。
