A>500-km-long east-west trending metamorphic belt in the Qiangtang terrane of central Tibet consists of tectonic melange that occurs in the footwalls of Late Triassic-early Jurassic domal low-angle normal *** melange is comprised of a strongly deformed matrix of metasedimentary and mafic schists that encloses lesser-deformed blocks of metabasites,Carboniferous-Triassic metasedimentary rocks,and early Paleozoic *** the blocks and melange matrix exhibit greenschist,epidote-blueschist, and locally,epidote-amphibolite facies mineral *** reveals that the metamorphic belt experienced pressures of>10 *** equilibration temperatures for mafic schists in the melange matrix decrease from east to west,from～660℃near Shuang Hu(33°N,89°e),～500℃near Rongma(33°N,87°e),to～425℃near Gangma Co(34°N,84°e).equilibration at consistently high pressures over a large range of temperatures is compatible with metamorphism of Qiangtang melange within a low-angle subduction zone beneath a continental *** structural, thermobarometric,and Ar/39)Ar studies suggest that Qiangtang melange was exhumed in an intracontinental setting from depths of>35 km to upper crustal levels ine Triassic-early Jurassic crustal-scale normal *** zircons from metasandstones within the melange matrix yield U-Pb ion-microprobe ages that range from early Paleozoic to early Archean,and could have been sourced from terranes to the north of the Jinsha *** results support a model in which Qiangtang melange was underthrust～200 km beneath the Qiangtang terrane during early Mesozoic flat-slab southward subduction of Paleo-Tethyan oceanic lithosphere along the Jinsha *** model predicts that significant portions of the central Tibetan continental mantle lithosphere were removed during early Mesozoic low-angle oceanic subduction and that the present-day central Tibetan deeper crust includes large volumes of underthrust early Mesozoic

The Qinghai—Xizang (Tibet) Plateau was assembled by the successive accretion of continental and arc terranes to Asia during the Palaeozoic, Mesozoic and early Tertiary. From north to south, the Plateau was divided into four terranes (from north to south): Songpan\|Garze, Qingtang, Lhasa and India terranes. The Qiangtang terrane was divided into two parts by Chabu\|Shuanghu suture: Northern Qiangtang and Southern Qiangtang blocks. It was believed that there is a suture as Palaeotethyan suture between the two blocks from Lungmu lake to Chabu, to Shuanghu, to Langcangjiang, but some geologists opposited this opinion, such as Wang Chengshan et al.(1987) and Deng Wanming et al.(1996). The blueschists that bear the typical glaucophane were found in the Gangmar Area in summer of 1997. The blueschists consist of glaucophane, crossite, phengite, actinolite, epidote, sphene ,rutile, and so on. Blueschists show nappe structures in enclosing rocks, and thrust over Tertiary from north to *** age of blueschist is 275～285Ma which stand for the metamorphic age of blueschist. The geochemical contents of blueschists are the following: SiO\-2 is 45 37%～53 82%, Na 2O>K 2O, K 2O+Na 2O are 3 72%～7 61%, Na 2O/K 2O is 1 70～19 67, MnO is 0 16%～0 22%, FeO+Fe 2O 3 are 11 12%～14 27%, TiO 2 is 2 34%～4 28%, P 2O 5 is 0 34%～1 03%. From the contents, SiO 2 is inverse relation with K 2O+Na 2O, K 2O and FeO+Fe 2O 3. In the SiO 2\|K 2O+Na 2O diagram, the blueschists fall in the field of Alkali basalt; in the TiO 2\|MnO(10\|P 2O 5×10 triangular diagram, these plot within the Ocean Island Basalts(OIB) field. The whole Ree content is (117 03～390 97)×10 -6 , LRee/HRee is 5 05～9 80, the Ree diagram shows the feature that LRee is rich and HRee is depleted, this is similar to the OIB. In the spidergram of trace elements show the same characterristics as the OIB. Meanwhile, the trace elements ratios, such as Ba/Nb, La/Nb, Nb/Th, Nb/Y, Zr/Y, Zr/Nb, Hf/Sm, Ta/Hf, Nb/Ta, Nb/U, suggest the tectonic setting

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have rapidly risen to the forefront of energy storage systems as a promising supplementary for Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)F_(3)(NVPF)as a common cathode of SIBs,features the merits of high operating voltage,small volume change and favorable specific energy ***,it suffers from poor cycling stability and rate performance induced by its low intrinsic ***,we propose an ingenious strategy targeting superior SIBs through cross-linked NVPF with multi-dimensional nanocarbon frameworks composed of amorphous carbon and carbon nanotubes(NVPF@C@CNTs).This rational design ensures favorable particle size for shortened sodium ion transmission pathway as well as improved electronic transfer network,thus leading to enhanced charge transfer kinetics and superior cycling *** from this unique structure,significantly improved electrochemical properties are obtained,including high specific capacity(126.9 mAh g^(-1)at 1 C,1 C=128 mA g^(-1))and remarkably improved long-term cycling stability with 93.9%capacity retention after 1000 cycles at 20 *** energy density of 286.8 Wh kg^(-1)can be reached for full cells with hard carbon as anode(NVPF@C@CNTs//HC).Additionally,the electrochemical performance of the full cell at high temperature is also investigated(95.3 mAh g^(-1)after 100 cycles at 1 C at 50℃).Such nanoscale dual-carbon networks engineering and thorough discussion of ion diffusion kinetics might make contributions to accelerating the process of phosphate cathodes in SIBs for large-scale energy storages.

Item-Level Analysis of the Revised Occupational Therapy Fieldwork Performance evaluation Applied in Practice

Competency-based assessments for healthcare professionals are critical for safe and effective client outcomes. Rehabilitation clinical skill competency assessments must be validated and revised to produce safe and skilled practitioners. The revised American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Fieldwork Performance evaluation (FWPe) instrument measures occupational therapy student performance to determine readiness for practice. The assessment includes thirty-seven competencies that address both profession specific clinical skills and general professional behavior skills. The objective of this study was to use Rasch methods to explore the use of the revised FWPe in actual fieldwork practice and to determine the instrument’s psychometric properties when separating the item components into two distinct subdomains: General Health Professions Competences and Occupational Therapy-Specific Competencies. Internal construct validity and test reliability were analyzed using data from 149 occupational therapy students after completing their initial Level II A fieldwork clinical internship. This study examined the item difficulty hierarchy, item fit, person-fit to model, person separation index, person separation reliability coefficient, strata, ceiling and floor effect, and unidimensionality of the FWPe instrument as a whole and as two separate domains. With the exception of not meeting the criteria for unidimensionality, the full FWPe instrument and the Occupational Therapy-Specific Competencies subdomain showed acceptable item-level psychometrics for reliability and precision. While the General Health Professions Competencies subdomain showed good item-level psychometrics, it was below the criterion for reliability and only separated the sample into two strata. As the sole obligate symbiotic birds in Africa,oxpeckers offer a unique model for studying symbiotic *** to the multitrophic level they occupy and the context dependent foraging behavior they exhibit,the type of symbiotic relationship can be *** addition to providing a cleaning service to the host by removing ticks,oxpeckers frequently feed on blood,mucus,and saliva,inflicting potential damage on the ***,we used DNA metabarcoding on faecal samples to analyze the taxonomic composition of the trophic interactions of the Yellow-billed Oxpecker(Buphagus africanus)and Red-billed Oxpecker(***)in northeastern *** contrast to conventional methods,DNA metabarcoding allows for a detailed identification of dietary resources encompassing both mammal hosts and consumed arthropods within the same *** this information,we examined differences in the diet composition between oxpecker species and localities,as well as the co-occurrence between host and arthropod *** findings revealed that oxpeckers predominantly source their diet from mammals,ticks,and flies;however,ticks and flies rarely co-occur in the diet of an *** observed variability among individuals in their feeding ecology,which is strongly correlated with locality and,to a lesser extent,with the mammal *** noted a high degree of mobility between hosts within relatively short periods,with 32%of the samples showing traces of at least two mammal *** study illustrates the dynamic foraging behavior of these specialized symbiotic birds,shedding light on their potential role in pest control services and disease transmission.

Background:Physical activity(PA)is important for cancer *** of remotely delivered interventions are needed to assist in reaching under-served non-metropolitan cancer *** objective of this study was to ascertain whether wearable technology,coupled with health coaching was effective in increasing PA in breast and colorectal cancer survivors living in regional and remote areas in ***:Cancer survivors from 5 states were randomized to intervention and control *** participants were given a Fitbit Charge 2TMand received up to 6 telephone health coaching *** participants received PA print *** assessments at baseline and 12 weeks measured moderate-to-vigorous PA(MVPA),light PA,and sedentary ***:eighty-seven participants were recruited(age=63±11 years;74(85%)female).There was a significant net improvement in MVPA of 49.8 min/week,favoring the intervention group(95%confidence interval(95%CI):13.6-86.1,p=0.007).There was also a net increase in MVPA bouts of 39.5 min/week(95%CI:11.9-67.1,p=0.005),favoring the intervention *** groups improved light PA and sedentary behavior,but there were no between-group ***:This’s the first study to demonstrate that,when compared to standard practice(i.e.,PA education),a wearable technology intervention coupled with distance-based health coaching,improves MVPA in non-metropolitan cancer *** results display promise for the use of scalable interventions using smart wearable technology in conjunction with phone-based health coaching to foster increased PA in geographically disadvantaged cancer survivors.

Combined aqueous misdirection and persistent choroidal effusions following implantation of a Preserflo Micro Shunt

AIM:To describe a case of aqueous misdirection complicated by subsequent persistent choroidal effusions following implantation of a Preserflo Micro Shunt(PMS)device to treat advanced closed angle ***:A 67-year-old caucasian female with advanced primar y angle-closure glaucoma on four medications with an intraocular pressure(IOP)of 26 mm Hg was listed for a PMS insertion with mitomycin C(MMC).ReSULTS:Past ocular history was significant for pseudophakia and previous yttrium aluminum garnet(YAG)peripheral *** was uneventful but on the first postoperative day,she developed aqueous misdirection complicated by subsequent development of persistent uveal *** treatment strategies including atropine drops,YAG hyaloidotomy and choroidal effusion drainage proved ineffective.A combination of oral steroids and pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)along with an irido-zonulohyloidectomy(IZH)proved ***:To the best of the author’s knowledge,this is the first published case of aqueous misdirection complicated with the presence of significant,unresolving choroidal effusions,highlighting the possibility and sequelae of comorbid pathology in nanophthalmic eyes.
