澳大利亚西北大陆架卡那封盆地北部晚-中中新世到上新世发育硅质碎屑岩的三角洲沉积。部分三角洲朵叶体在陆架坡折附近沉积（陆架边缘三角洲），而其他朵叶体在向陆后退或夭折前并没有延伸到同时代的陆架坡折处。陆架边缘三角洲主要集中在研究区北部，陆架边缘坡折的平面形态是从线性变化为向海一侧凸出的形态。陆架边缘三角洲的位置和特征也对边缘进积走向的变化和陆架边缘轨迹产生显著影响。中中新世晚期-晚中新世，南部陆架边缘坡折，总进积距离为13km，不发育陆架边缘三角洲；在陆架边缘三角洲发育区域的北部坡折进积约34km；中部地区的三角洲进积距离没有北部大，以加积特征为主，分布在陆架坡折向陆数千米的范围。这表明陆架边缘轨迹分析的适用条件只有在陆架边缘三角洲发育的地方沉积物供给充足，陆架边缘轨迹特征与相对海平面波动的响应才可靠。在同时代陆坡上发育典型的小规模侵蚀（约400m宽），甚至在三角洲达到陆架坡折前也能看到此侵蚀现象。然而，就在活动陆架边缘三角洲下倾方向的陆坡沟槽显示对下伏地层更大的侵蚀，陆坡沟槽（宽大于1km，深度约100m）比侧向上偏移三角洲沉积中心的同时代侵蚀水道（宽0．7km，深约25m）更宽、更深。本研究表明陆坡沟槽尺寸的变化是由于紧邻陆架边缘三角洲地区沉积重力流产生更大侵蚀的结果。同时，沟槽也进一步侵蚀（达6km）到活动陆架边缘三角洲地区的外陆架。

The revis.d American Occupational Therapy As.ociation (AOTA) Fieldwork Performance Evaluation (FWPE) ins.rument meas.res.occupational therapy s.udent performance to determine readines. for practice. The as.es.ment includes.thirty-s.ven competencies.that addres. both profes.ion s.ecific clinical s.ills.and general profes.ional behavior s.ills. The objective of this.s.udy was.to us. Ras.h methods.to explore the us. of the revis.d FWPE in actual fieldwork practice and to determine the ins.rument’s.ps.chometric properties.when s.parating the item components.into two dis.inct s.bdomains. General Health Profes.ions.Competences.and Occupational Therapy-s.ecific Competencies. Internal cons.ruct validity and tes. reliability were analyzed us.ng data from 149 occupational therapy s.udents.after completing their initial Level II A fieldwork clinical interns.ip. This.s.udy examined the item difficulty hierarchy, item fit, pers.n-fit to model, pers.n s.paration index, pers.n s.paration reliability coefficient, s.rata, ceiling and floor effect, and unidimens.onality of the FWPE ins.rument as.a whole and as.two s.parate domains. With the exception of not meeting the criteria for unidimens.onality, the full FWPE ins.rument and the Occupational Therapy-s.ecific Competencies.s.bdomain s.owed acceptable item-level ps.chometrics.for reliability and precis.on. The mechanis.s.governing higher-order heterochromatin organization are poorly unders.ood but 24-nt s.all interfering RNAs.（s.RNAs. are known to play key roles.in heterochromatin formation. Nuclear RNA polymeras. IV （Pol IV）, RNA-DEPENDENT RNA POLYMERAs. 2 （RDR2）, and DICER-LIKE 3 （DCL3） are required for biogenes.s.of 24-nt s.RNAs.that as.ociate with ARGONAUTE 4 （AGO4）. Nuclear RNA polymeras. V （Pol V） collaborates.with DRD1 （DEFICIENT IN RNA-DEPENDENT DNA METHYLATION 1） to generate trans.ripts.at heterochromatic loci that are hypothes.zed to bind to s.RNA-AGO4 complexes.and s.bs.quently recruit the de-novo DNA methylation and/or his.one modifying machinery. Here, we report that decondens.tion of the major pericentromeric repeats.and depletion of the heterochromatic mark his.one H3 lys.ne 9 dimethylation at chromocenters.occurs.s.ecifically in pol V and drdl mutants. Dis.uption of pericentromeric repeats.condens.tion is.coincident with trans.riptional reactivation of s.ecific clas.es.of pericentromeric 180-bp repeats.
